  1. Car shipping

I will use this company again. Great service, great communication skill. Diego was outstanding. Thank you.

  2. Buyer Beware!!

I called several companies and received price quotes for an out of state move from Colorado to GA. All running similar in price & 7500-8500. I decided to go with VIP Moving and Storage, which is also doing business as A & H Transportation.
I was told by Chris Connor my delivery would be 5-7 days because I had a large load and that their paperwork stating 21 days is the max based on several people being loaded onto the same truck. He told me, I did not fall into that category because I has a full load. Once the driver showed up (Taj I believe) and they were done with the second load, he informed me it would be 21 days unless I paid an additional 7000. He also gave me an additional quote of $5000 for what they had just done. I was floored! I said for what? he said the additional load and the cost of the shrink wrap they put on my items for additional protection. BUT NEVER MENTIONED THIS WHILE THEY WERE DOING IT FOR APPROVAL. So now you're done, and my times are gone that you hit me with the additional cost. He made several comments about how nice my home was and that I had the money, I just didn't want to pay. I immediately tried to call the contact person who set this all up (Chris) and he didn't answer. So now I’m stuck..I told the guy I was not paying 5000 and I’d be complaining to the company. He told me that if I called to complain, they would only charge me more and that him and I could work it out. they were there from 9am to 9pm. To be done and without any other options, we agreed on $2800. Once I was able to reach Chris to find out where my items were 7 days later, he blew me off for 3 days saying they were trying to track down the driver and his current location. I repeated, but my items are in transit. he said "yes". I finally called the 800 number, only to get the guy who loaded my items, and he tells me that since I didn't pay the additional 7000, my items were still in storage in Colorado and they had 21 days legally to get it to me. Apparently this is their practice to get more money from you or hold your items hostage. So, to date, I still do not have my items and now no one will answer/ or return my calls. So, a $7500 invoice turned into $19500. My items are not worth that, I could have purchased everything new for that. this practice should not be legal.
