Dylan and John were great moving my daughter from Boulder to Fort Collins. I have used A Good Moving Company several times in the past and will use them again!
A Nightmare!
The movers were high on drugs, they stold a box marked new bathroom items for new bathroom worth over $300.00. They also left in the middle of the move. The owner Cipriano was beligerant and rude. He overcharged when he found out an organization was covering some of the cost for my disabled son. Took advantage of a disabled person. MOVERS BEWARE HE MAY LEAVE YOU STRANDED IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR MOVE! HE IS ALSO NOT INSURED! YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING IF THEY RUIN SOMETHING! AND THEY DID! The move was supposed to cost me $600.00, it cost me about $2,500.00 including my losses. They are not professionals.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with A Good Moving Company.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. First, this is not being wrote in retaliation. I am not one to write bad reviews, but dealing with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company was brought in through Caring Transitions to move my Senior aged Mom from her 5 bedroom home after her house was sold.
1. A contract was never signed by myself or my Mom.
2. Within the 1st two hours of being there they weren't paying attention loading furniture and a wood filing cabinet rolled off the back of their ramp at door level and broke into pieces.
3. Within the two hours they were there they realized it was too big of a job for just 3 people. We approved calling in 2 more people to help with the move at a rate of $50 per hour. After they told us they could get the move done in 3 hours.
4. There were 2 pieces of furniture that the movers were told multiple times not to move because of being very old and family heirlooms. This direction was completely disregarded. And ended up being damaged.
5. The next 2 movers that came on were useless, moving around slowly or sitting down more than have the time. Yet we were supposed to pay for professional movers?
6. At the end every single piece of furniture that was moved was damaged in some way, shape or form. From a gouging and sheering off corners on a wood dining room table to pieces broken off of book shelves to white paint ground into the top of a red couch.
7. Multiple items were broken or destroyed that we saw as things were being unloaded.
8. At the very end they bring a bill inside for $2,250 and we said we are sure you are bonded & insured as we will need time to assess all the damages through unpacking. It was very evident that we did not have professional movers, but just some college students moving things.
9. A few days later we call and talk to the owner, Mr. Duran to get his take, and he took responsibility for NOT having professional movers there after representing he did have trained movers to move.
10. We said we would need few more days to go through unpacking to assess all of the damage, Mr. Duran said that was completely unreasonable and he wanted this settled today.
11. He offered to discount the bill by $550 because of all the damage IF the bill was PAID in CASH THAT DAY.
12. Mr. Duran stated his insurance would only cover .60 per lb of any damaged item and we told him that was not acceptable.
13. Mr. Duran said he didn't want to have to go through legal avenues and the expense, and we informed him we were fully willing to take this that route if things were not made right.
14. We had 2 very heated conversations over the phone with Mr. Duran and they both ended with hanging up on him for his demand for payment.
15. Mr. Duran did say he would take care of everything that needed to be fixed but he would have to be paid that day in cash. He would also come and move things out of the garage since the movers literally threw where ever into the garage clearly labeled boxes instead of putting them in rooms they belonged. We declined his offer, as his company had already done enough damage.
16. Based on another review on their FB page, we are glad we didn't pay him that day as it is clear that he says he will take care & fix things after he is paid, then does nothing.
17. We were served today April 18, 2018 with papers suing us for $2,500. If you have read this review, you see the amount has changed 3 times as well.
18. We will be happy to see A Good Moving Company & Mr. Duran in court with pictures of damages over double what he is trying to charge as a professional moving company but using guys with ZERO experience.
DO NOT USE A GOOD MOVING COMPANY EVER.
Great customer Service.
A good moving company Is the best. They made a very hard move so much easier on us. We are moving my 84 year old mother in law closer to us. she had lived in her home for over 35 years. lots to sort and move. I really thought we would just move it sort later. They helped us sort and pack It. Was the best team feeling working with us to do what would make it easier on us. The move was much harder than expected and the packers was suppose to leave us at noon but they stayed with us all day and we was still charged what we was told. we did need to set up an other day. and I am sure it will be Great. Best customer service ever starts with the first phone call.
A GREAT moving company.
I wish I had known about this company sooner! High quality workers, and great communication! The supervisor I talked with was very reassuring that my movers George and Chris were very professional. They arrived on time and got to work right after a walk through of my home. They were non smokers and moved all my things quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated that!

Very good company to work with. Their dedication to community service, and helping those people who need it is amazing. Great People to Deal with. I was very pleased with the service and the level of respect. Although they were very late in getting my job done they turned it into a very positive experience. I would refer people to them over and over again.

I have not moved yet, but so far, A Good Moving Company has been outstanding in their custuoer service and attention to my needs. I am sure the move will exceed my expectations.
It is not everyday a company goes out of their way to bless someone with cutting edge service, friendly employees and a drive to make an experience like moving a little less overwhelming to the customer. Alex has done all of that and more.

We have done business with this company for our own move and had excellent service so when I came upon a situation at work, I knew who to call. I am a nurse and had a patient who was in desperate need of a handicap ramp. We located a ramp in Loveland but had no way to get it to his home in Longmont. I called A Good Moving Company and was willing to pay for the delivery myself because this particular patient already had so much to overcome. When I askew how much it would cost- they told me nothing. They provided the service on a last minute notice, we're professional, and fast. They have my undying gratitude, loyalty and respect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Everyone that works for A Good Moving Company is very professional and has a high level of customer service. The movers were right on time, very polite, knowledgeable and strong! Their price was great. I will definitely recommend them to any friends or family for any moving needs. I hope I won't have to move for a long time but if I do I will call A Good Moving Company.

Excellent Moving Company!
"A Good Moving Company" is a truly excellent moving company! The movers were extremely prompt, polite, efficient, hard-working, careful moving your belongings and of the surrounding area (storage unit, interior of home, etc), and had a positive attitude. This is, by far, the best moving company that I've ever worked with, in Colorado or across the country! This is also a company that is truly passionate about quality customer service, positive support of it's employees, and giving back to the community. They will provide free services to those in significant need, such as: victims of domestic violence and disabled veterans, as well as provide generously discounted service to others in need, such as: senior citizens and the disabled, etc. This company deserves the community's support and continued business - AND, they are fantastic movers too! I HIGHLY recommend this moving company for moving services!
