  1. Thieves and crooks

    They will steal your valuables and damage them without a doubt. They are terrible. The management seemingly supports the stealing and will add undisclosed charges and attempt to hold your belongings hostage. Do not use this company, it will become an instant regret

  2. Move to Pinetop-Lakeside

    This company treats furniture and possessions terrible! Deeply gouged an antique desk packed a printer on its back and the print cartridges leaked inside the printer damaging it beyond repair/cleaning and the ink soaked thru the box onto the carpeting. They just packed liquid bottles up side down and on the sides letting them leak all over everything in the box. They stacked 12 packs of soda on top of glass bottles and dishes!

    These guys moved our office into storage a couple of days ago and we were super pleased. Professional, helpful, on time, fast. I would definitely use them again. I also recommended them to another company that will be moving a month later and they are pleased with the office staff and ready for their move.

  4. Extremely poor customer service

    I definitely do not recommend this moving business!

    My daughter paid for moving services in December 2020 . The moving crew was extremely late by many hours . They set up beds in her new residence that have been ruined due to lost parts. Tasks that were supposed to be completed by the crew were not completed, and after over 20 communications to this business manager, Art Lopez, responses have been ignored.

    She has finally filed a complaint against this business at nccdb.fmcsa.dot.gov(National Consumer Data Base). The BBB has a record of their complaints, as well as a myriad of complaints on many sites.

    She finally was able to speak in person with the owner, Art Lopez, who was not receptive and was belligerent.

    This business needs to be closed!

  5. Pathetic customer service

    I was speaking with this company for two days. I repeatedly informed them that the piece that I was looking to move was 1000lbs. The response that I continously received was that it wouldn't be a problem. The day of the move, I informed them again about the weight and they assured me that it would not be an issue. I was given a time of 12pm-3pm with a 30 minute courtesy call when they were on their way to the pick up location. I never received a courtesy call but instead got a call from the company telling me that the piece was too heavy to move with 3 guys and that they needed a total of 5 guys at my expense. Are you kidding me!? Candice, the woman I spoke with, then proceeds to tell me that it is also raining outside, which it had been for 2 days and didn't start suddenly when the movers got to the location. I told her that the rain wasn't sudden and she tells me that she hasn't checked the weather chanel and that maybe it's "more wet".....it's raining! That's what happens when it rains! I asked to speak to a manager. He was very rude. As I was explaining the situation, he says, "I'm going to cut you off because this is just the situation." He also informed me that it would cost me an additional $150 for 2 more men and that it would have to be done the next day. This caused a huge inconvenience for me since I took time off of work to receive the item and the person that the item was being picked up from put her home renovation on hold for a day so that the piece could be moved. The company also told me that there were 3 steps that they didn't know about. In the 2 days that I was speaking to them, no one asked me about steps at the pick up location or at my home. As a matter of fact, no details about either location was asked. I have moved across the country as well as in state and have never experienced such an unprofessional moving company. To top it off, the manager informs me that my deposit will take 10-12 business days to get refunded! I just paid them a couple of hours before they got to the location! Why would it take that long!? If I could leave a negative star review then I would. Extremely pathetic customer service.

  6. Great moving Experience.

    Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality

    I had a great experience with this company. I was quoted for 8 hours to move a 4 bedroom house. They moved it in 6.5 hours. They came disassembled my furniture, wrapped it in moving blankets and loaded it into their truck. I was afraid of the items tipping over. I took a quick sneak peak into the trucks back and saw everything so neatly packed, strappred it looked like a Tetris game! amazing. OVERALL the mover saved me money by beating the quote and transporting my items safely. I do recommend them and will use again.

    PS: Ask for Eddie and see if they have any moving specials. Eddie told me depending on the day the rate can change lower.

  7. Scammers.

    We had the absolute worst experience with this company and their incompetent owner Art! He obviously has zero morals and should not be running a company here in AZ! I really wish I would have read reviews on them before we hired them because at least then I would have known they were nothing but a con company trying to swindle Monday out of actual hard working people! DO NOT hire this company to move your personal belongings, unless you want to be double charged for THEIR mistakes and then get threatened with keeping your stuff if you don’t pay! I keep reading all these bad reviews and most of them are the same experience I had! I will keep posting this on every review platform I can find, so that others don’t get scammed by these people!

  8. Terrible experience.

    Do not hire this company as your movers! I was quoted one price upon hiring them and charged another price on moving day. There was a substantial increase. I would have understood if they’d gone over their allotted time, but they finished with 30 minutes to spare. They weren’t careful with any of my possessions and I ended up with several broken items. In addition, they dented the walls in my apartment multiple times, thus ensuring that I will never get my security deposit back. After creating all of this damage, they had the nerve to overcharge me and then demand a tip. They also left trash at my doorstep when leaving. After they left, I called their corporate office and I was told there was nothing they could do. Hiring this company was a huge mistake. Do yourself a favor and pay more for someone else. It will save you a ton of aggravation. These people do not know good business practices and do not put their customers first. Disgraceful, unprofessional and unethical.

  9. Great movers.

    My movers were Edgar and Mike and they showed up on time, worked hard and came in under budget for our move. My sales lady Niki let me know all cost associated with the move and there were no surprises. Thanks!

  10. Inefficient, has hidden fees.

    They are very inefficient, took 4 hours to move only a few items (2 beds, 1 sofa, 1 settee, 1 dining table and chairs, 1 chest drawer, 1 chester freezer, 1 tv with stand and 2-3 light weight items; that's all - even no boxes) did not bring necessary tools to dissemble and assemble furniture, very slow and super inefficient. They cost me double than the estimated quote, add additional charge for wrapping (I asked about this before I get their service, they said there would be a one time fee of $95 and it would cover everything including wrapping items with blankets, but at the end they changed additional $45 for wrapping). I found later that the mover did not fix my bed properly, so I had to do it by myself. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with their service!

    I hired A&C Brothers Moving to help move my Mother from her home in Phoenix to Tucson. These guys were great, from the initial point of contract when I received my estimate up until the day of my move. My movers were hard working, courteous and very professional. The move came in under estimate, I was very pleased with the overall service. I would highly recommend.

  12. **do Not Use This Company**.

    I hired A&C Brothers Moving & Storage to move my belongings from Phoenix to Tucson. Shortly after the move, I called Stephanie to let her know that a brand new, white, leather chair had been damaged during the move. She sent me the claim form and copied Art (Claims) on the email. I completed the claim form immediately and also sent a picture of the damage. This was sent to Art and Stephanie. Several weeks later, I called and learned that Stephanie had left the company. I attempted to reach Art many times. I finally was able to get a response in late September. He argued that he did not receive the emails and then told me that my chair was dirty and not damaged. I took an additional photo that clearly displayed the damage. Art told me that he would look into it. That was September 27th and I have not heard back from Art. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

  13. Stay away from this company.

    Stay away from this company. They are not worth one ounce of your time and effort. Completely unreliable and poor to no customer service.

    I moved in Phoenix with this company. They were the worst! Didn't show up for the move on the move date and time. Had to reschedule for the next day which caused me the inconvenience of needing to change my scheduled meeting and appointments. They never offered me anything to offset my inconvenience.. oh, they did reduce their hourly rate $6.. whoopie.. They loaded up my stuff and when it came time to unload, they made me pay them before they would unload my things. In all my years of moving, I've never seen this practice of "holding up" a client. They use rented trucks and their movers were kind of slow. So, it cost me 1 and 1/2 hours more than what I budgeted for.

    From what I understand, they had to cancel every move that late afternoon and reschedule for the next day or two. Horrible management.

  14. Great Company Competitive Price.

    This company did a great job of relocating our belongings to our new home. The customer service team was very helpful and gave us tips on how to cut costs down. The mover were personable with a genuine attitude to want to help. All of our belongings were treated with care and handled with respect. I highly recommend A&C Brothers Moving.
