Terrible Experience!!
I had a terrible experience with this company due to a huge mistake by one person there. My move date was affected and caused loss of sleep and huge inconveniences and delays with my move.
History:
9/5/18 - I called at 11:31 am and received a quote of $125/hr for 2 men with a $100 trip fee. (I did not book at that time).
9/13/18 - I called at 11:08 am to book and received a slightly increased quote of $135/hr for 2 men with a $100 trip fee scheduled for 9/15 between 10 and 11 am. (Slightly higher but it was shorter notice so whatever)
9/15/18 - At 11 I called and was informed that I was not down for a move at all. The person I spoke with wasn't there and apparently didn't do anything he was supposed to. He should have gotten a deposit from me, however, this was never even mentioned in the booking call. They did not have spaces available for that day (however, seemed to try to get me in and kept me updated) and they had something the next morning on 9/16.
The gentleman I spoke with also alluded to having to speak with the employee about what happened before any discount could "possibly" be issued even though they record phone calls and I had the date and time I called. I was asked if I was "sure I called the correct place" more than a few times. I was also told that the $135/hr rate was already deeply discounted and they never go that low (even though I received a lower quote the week prior).
When I said I would need to think about it, the guy I spoke with stated that they would have no problem filling that time slot without my business.
Long story short, this company messed up big time and negatively affected my entire moving experience and the timeline I had planned and never offered to make it right in any way and they just didn't care about it at all.
A separate company, Texan Moving, was available the next day on 9/15 and had a much lower rate. They also offered additional discounts on top of their lower rate to help us out with our situation caused by ABC Moving. Texan moving was quick and friendly and helped us when ABC wouldn't do anything.
Unprofessional and Rude.
DO NOT use ABC movers Dallas. I wish I never use them because they disrespected me and broke my $999 tv stand glass and scratched my $1,299 bed frame. Now, I am fighting with them to get my items fixed. I am considering filing a complaint with BBB, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and legal advice.
They sent me 3 guys. One of the guys curse me out and yelled at me - all my neighbors could hear because he was loud, the other threatened me to call Uber and go home, he said he took his Saturday to come help me. I reminded him that this wasn’t a favor and that I was paying for their services. The other guy was just standing around watching the others work. All of them were lazy and rude. I called ABC movers Dallas and asked them to send a supervisor immediately and they didn’t. I felt threatened by these 3 guys because it was only me as a female. This is the worst experience with a moving company.

Horrible.
The owners talk a good game and that's it. I complained, they stopped responding. I lodged a complaint with TxDMV. They told TxDMV the issued was resolved. I guess resolution simply means failing to resolve and failing to respond. There were damages, they charged 3 hour trip time from San Antonio, which they did not inform us of until after the move. Shady, spend your money elsewhere.

As much as we all hate moving, from time to time you have a great experience. This was the case for me and ABC Movers. They were supremely professional and helpful. The first time I called I knew that I was in good hands. They showed up ahead of scheduled, wrapped and moved me with efficiency. I hate moving, but these folks made it just a bit easier.
