1. Never again

   Terrible. The contract states they would protect my floors and yet nothing was put down and mud/dirt was tracked onto brand new carpeting. A member of the moving team sexually assaulted me during the move by pulling me to a room out of view of others and trying to kiss me without permission, grabbing my butt, inappropriate comments, and more.

2. Movers

   I used ABC Quality Movers on September 27th . This was the second time I used this company and I can not say enough good things about it. Themovers, Dustin and Will, are great. First, they were on time, as promised, and once they started working they did not stopped until done. They were awesome: efficient, professional, kind and very accommodating to anything I requested. Great company, great hard working employees. Wonderful experience. Will recommend the company and these two particular guys to anybody

4. Moving Old Fountain soda machine

   Amazing personal service. We had a time frame to move they communicated with us every step of the way. Debra personally helped with all of the particulars. In a world where the bare minimum is the norm it was wonderful to see a company that cares about the customer and their people. Christina was at our home helping the move go smoothly. We highly recommend ABC quality moving!!!

5. Duane, Tim, Tyler

   These guys were awesome, quick, efficient, kind, and hardworking. They were able to complete the move in the time I allotted.

6. Will never use again.

   Your estimate was way off. It took 2 hours longer than the top-end of your estimate and $400 more. My fiance helped load his car for the duration of the move, we moved stuff over the day before and we still have stuff not moved! My movers were high all day, took multiple breaks they told my fiance they would deduct from their time and then never did. The movers put a HUGE scratch in my newly refinished wood floors, then wrote it in the wrong section of the contract so we wouldn't have been able to claim it. The only way to fix the scratch would be to refinish the floors in the bedroom, further inconveniencing us. I have called and left my contact info for a supervisor to call me back multiple times and no one has called. I will never use ABC again. Horrible service.

7. Superior service.

   We used Abc for a local commercial move and then again when relocating to Santa Barbara. Outstanding group of people, they know the business and care immensely, how things are done. They are not the least expensive however, offer a very personalized level of service that cannot be beat by any kid run company. Worth every penny to have such an excellent experience. We will not be moving again but will surely recommend Abc. Michael was a tremendous asset in our situation and Sally was exceptional to work with as well. Special thanks to Greg and his team.

   

8. Local Move on July 1st.

   I have to say this company does business right. They arrived on time, were polite and friendly. Jeff, Andrew and Brett worked so well together and worked hard and efficiently to get the job done (even in pouring down rain) to my satisfaction. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

9. Outstanding professionals.

   We could not be more pleased and to be pleased after moving a 5000 square home is shocking. True professionals made the difference! These guys work hard and persist with smiles and good attitudes. It was hot but they did not tire and kept things moving at a great pace. We hope not to move again for some time but highly recommend this company.
