  1. Pendulum

This is a very poor mover. We have someone s pendulum. Offered terms then resended them . Came up with money and it is not enough. Still won't give our stuff. They mishandled most of our stuff. Now what do we do?

  2. Stay away from this mover, they are crooks

They failed to deliver all of our items, will not respond to voice mails or emails, despite calling and leaving messages and emailing their customer support. We're now 106 days and still now response on when we will get them delivered. Also increased our ship cost by 40% from estimate and told us that after they had loaded our stuff. Totally a bunch of crooks.

  3. A class movers

Able Moving and Storage did excellent moving my belongings. Smooth service from start to finish and everything went as scheduled. My things were picked up within the window and the crew moved everything with care.

  4. I am so appreciative of their hard work

There was no damage to any of my belongings and nothing was lost during the move. Their movers we had were different from all. They were efficient and so careful with our furnishings. They helped us so much. Overall, it was a very smooth and efficient expedience.

  5. They are my favorite movers now

I used them for my last move which was cross country relocation for work. My company was paying so honestly I wasn't too concerned with price however I was concerned with the level of service I would receive and the service I received was top notch. I will be using them if I ever have to move again.

  6. This is the best company

The transfer had no problem, and all went as planned. I was very surprised that at this pocket-friendly price they would provide me with such assistance. They're great, truth is told. The whole thing would have been a bad dream if they have not performed there task in a professional manner. I'm always going to work with them.

  7. Liars and crooks!! Run FAST!!!!!

This company has the worst customer service Both Andrea and Joel Garcia are LIARS!! Will Destroy your belongings. Will Not deliver on promised dates many excuses why!!! Will loose your belongings, Unprofessional!! Wont answer email, phone calls, texts when they do Joel especially is a RUDE LIAR!! They should be shut down!! RUN RUN RUN..Better have a lawyer when using Able Moving Arkansas!!

  8. Best Moving Service

I have received perfect service from Able Moving and Storage from the very beginning. I found them online. I faced moving from a large house to a very small residence. The movers helped me preserve important things. All boxes were scanned, picked up and delivered back to me when needed. They have a polite and professional staff on the phone and in person.

  9. NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! -100 stars if that was an option!

I have never dealt with more scrupulous, underhanded, unethical, crooked people in my life. This company should be shut down immediately!! In September, my son contracted with Alliance Moving in Florida to move from Clarksville, Arkansas to Yakima, Washington. I paid them a $1250 deposit when they said was half of the total. I said ok because it was cheaper than a U-haul. They brokered it out to Able, a 1-star company with 0, I repeat 0, good reviews. Able showed up 8 hours late and asked for more money. My son paid them. We have paid over $6000. Does my son have all of his furniture, 3 months later? Hell no! They told my son they had 30 business days to get the furniture to them, even through the broker company told him it would be there by Oct. 7th. I have a very long text trail of lies from Able. On Oct. 6th, they texted me that it would arrive in 3-4 days. On Oct. 10th, they said it was in Utah. A partial delivery (not even half of his items) was delivered on Oct. 12th with the promise of the rest of his items within a week. Ha! I finally got in touch with Joel at Able who was much more upset that my son had called Alliance and complained than the fact that he didn't deliver the furniture. No apologies. Finally, on Nov. 10th, I received a text that stated "give the driver 72 hours and he will arrive with compensation". No reply when I asked how much the compensation would be. On Nov. 22nd, 41 business days after pickup, a driver brought my son's furniture with 2 antique pieces of furniture missing and 1 broken. No reply from Able when we tried to contact them. They won't answer phone calls or return texts. If you call, you get an automatic response to text them, which they won't return. The County Sheriff has been called on them by 3 families and they aren't even at the same address anymore. We have no idea what happened to my son's furniture or his compensation. A complaint to the BBB went ignored. These people should be in jail!

  10. Run fast and far- negative stars if possible

Able was subcontracted unbeknownst to us as our cross country movers. We were up charged $7k more than our original

Quote after they loaded all our items ending at 8pm and the crew talked about their felonies the whole time. This was 10/6/20 and put approx delivery date was 10/17/20. Getting updates once they were paid was al to none, deliver date passed, the a week passed, then I was told we had to wait 10 more business days as they were allowed that. We got a call early morning saying our items were 3 hours away and the truck accidentally went to Virginia instead of TN. Half hour later we got a call the truck had flipped earlier that morning and the contents were in a new container and being scheduled to be transported to our address to assess. We got the same response from Andrea every day for a week, then nothing. It’s been a month since contracted delivery Date and over 2 weeks since the accident. Our 4 be house of items was destroyed because the driver (22) fell asleep driving on the highway at 2am, drove into the median and flipped ripping through trees. Luckily he wasn’t badly hurt, nor his passenger and he didn’t kill anyone. But our lives are devastated and the company, Andrea and the owners Joel and Ray have no compassion or remorse. They won’t return calls or answer and told me they have other customers they have to deal with. I am a single mom escaping a domestic violence situation with 3 kids that now have no personal belongings, furniture or cherished memories and keepsakes because of their complete negligence.

  11. Pickup and Delivery.

Joel was very nice and a hard worker, and was thrown into this at the last minute. But, he was late coming to pickup and late delivering.

  12. I may never hire movers again.

I moved from CO to IL on 9/6/2020. Today is 10/22/2020, and I still do not have my things.

That alone should be enough to dissuade anyone from going with Able, but in case you need more:

    - Movers showed up and priced my things at around $1500 more than was estimated to me the day before.

    - I was not provided a Bill of Lading or the contract I signed upon pickup. I had to demand these documents later. Our list of items included "5 dressers" and "2 big dressers"..? We are two people. We have two dressers, one small dresser, and two bedside tables. We have no idea what this refers to. No wonder it cost so much.

    - I have been told NUMEROUS times, by Joel and Andrea, that my things would arrive on a specific day. Then nothing arrives. No call to inform me of a delay, and often no response to my many calls. No explanation or even apology most of the time.

    - A few days ago I was told my things were in Omaha (west of me). Today I was told my things are in Chicago (east of me). Apparently a truck drove past my house without stopping. What?!

This has been the most violating, stressful, humiliating 6 weeks of my life. Spare yourself.

  13. Still Waiting on my mom's stuff.

My mother recently moved from Arkansas to Oregon after retiring from Proctor and Gamble with 31 years of service. She is 66 years old. Has been living alone for some time now. As you would guess she was already very emotional about the move across country to my sister's home. A new state, and new life of retirement.

Able Moving was subcontracted by a bigger company, so we had no idea of who this was picking up our mom's things. When they arrived they immediately informed my mom that it would be $2000 more than what she was previously quoted. This is not okay to do to anyone, especially to take advantage of someone that has no other choices available at the time.

I have spoken with a JOEL GARCIA on the phone multiple time. He had assured us of several different delivery times. 3 weeks later.. we are still waiting on delivery.

As a logistics company, there should a little more knowledge of when a shipment is to be delivered.

I just wonder how many other people they got $2000 more from because of being able to prey on an already emotional situation.

I do NOT recommend this company to anyone in the Ft Smith Arkansas area. Please look further, there are other, better, more concerned companies to move your elderly family members
