Alex and Vadim were on time, professional, took care to protect my stuff, and worked nonstop. It was a long move but still finished in good time. This is the second time I’ve useful Adept and I’ve been pleased both times. Their prices are great too. I know you can pay more and get less. I know I have.

Alex Oleg and Dima were awesome movers, they were punctual, fast and took great care of my stuff. Highly recommend them for any type of move, they moved my personal home belongings as well as my work studio equipment and everything was handled with the utmost care.

I didn’t want to fill out the survey that your foreman gave me cuz I was very disappointed ☹️ with their service.
Mind you I only had the : Cal King Sleep number bed ? and Sofa Bed ? and BBQ Grill and brown storage bin and the entertainment center..
The old massage chair was delivered immediately to a neighbor in the other side of the apartment and the other brown storage bin was delivered to an awaiting van.
Upon delivery ? setup was fine until it came with the Sleep number bed ? again. I had to google how to connect things back as I noticed that nothing worked..
This is my text to my family who knew that I had a knee problem and my sister and brother are also in the process of moving..
With this Covid-19 thing I didn't ask anyone to help except for the big things that I can't lift hence the Adept movers guys ? what a joke $59 an hour and only the Cal King sleep number bed ? and entertainment center and sofa bed ? and my bbq grill and the brown storage bin. I was a bit disappointed ☹️ with these 2 adept movers guys. Knowing I had moved everything and they charged an arm and a leg with the wrapping materials which is fine and dandy but they were moving like snails ? man ?. Praise God we got our deposit back from the apartment so it was even Steven with our payment to
