Damages to heirloom quality furniture.
I have an heirloom quality Ethan Allen set of shelves. There wasn't a scratch on them before these movers got a hold of them. They managed to take a chunk of wood out of the front and center of the base piece. Great job (not). Also, you would think they would be using padded furniture dollies, but they don't. Very disappointed. They don't care about your stuff.
