Prices are low; will give them that. However you get what you pay for. They came out to my house and gave me an estimate; however they did not bring a big enough truck on moving day. We have to drive back (out of state) and rent a uhaul box truck in order to get the rest of our things. Multiple items were broken (they "double wrap" some things and don't wrap other items; they purposely wrap excessively to bill for time). They did not follow directions - started loading things that we had set aside for donation. Also did not follow our request to load basement and garage last (so it would be first off); instead they placed those items all throughout the truck. Very slow - one man giving instructions to the workers as if it was their first job. They also "milk" the clock in order to run up the bill - foreman arrived and said the load would be take only 2.5 hrs; the load lasted 11 hrs! We ended up helping them unload and just place everything in the garage to avoid a higher bill (so we are now having to move boxes into different rooms ourselves). Quote (for all of my items) was $1100-$1300; final bill was $1800 and like I said they did not even get all of our items. STAY AWAY unless you are on a strict budget and don't care if your items get damaged.
