John was very helpful, honest and forth coming. We were skeptical at the beginning because we didn't think he could be accurate without coming to our home. We had 2 other companies come to our house and all 3 were within $400 of each other. John provided information on how to do research and ask specific questions based on what was important to me. All 3 companies seem to be good and respectful of our time. We ultimately chose John and we are glad we did. Earl and his crew kept us updated throughout the entire move. Picked up on time and delivered as agreed. Everything went smooth, no damages or concerns. We will definitely recommend Agility to our friends and family..
I regret ever trying to do business with them.
They where scheduled for 22 june 2019, they did not show, then the 22nd and again did not show, then again the 25 and did not show. on the 26th at 9am they finally show up, look at everything that had to be packed and decided they are to far behind and are not going to move us. top it off they refuse to return my deposit.
Last minute had to make other arrangements.
I hired Agility Van Lines to help me move from Delaware to Ohio. I was supposed to have my things picked up either Friday or Saturday, so I would be able to meet the truck in Ohio a day or two later, and start work on Monday.
Shane (the owner) kept putting off telling me exactly when my pick up would be. Thursday at 6:30pm I got a call telling me they wouldn't be able to pick up my stuff until Monday or Tuesday. I said this wouldn't work because I had a job to start. Cindy, from customer service told me she would call Shane and get back to me.
At 10:45pm Shane finally called me at told me they wouldn't be able to do my move on the weekend arranged, leaving me without movers late the night before my scheduled move.
I ended up hiring a U-Haul with an auto trailer, and doing a 10 hour drive through the mountains myself. The price was a little lower than other companies quoted me, but in the end the company was unreliable and unapologetic.
Amazing Movers.
From the moment that I spoke with the staff at Agility Van Lines I knew that I was going to be a part of their family operated company. They made me feel as if I mattered and my opinion counted. Everything was explained to me and I knew just what to expect come move day. The pickup was very quick and everything was handled with care. The delivery was 2 Days Later. When everything was unwrapped and unpacked there was no damage and nothing was missing. In my history of moving and being in the military that has never happened to me. I want to thank Angelo and the entire staff at Agility Van Lines for making my move go so smooth. The crew Victor, Carl and Damion were so polite and so kind. I will call you all again in the future.
Don't go with these guys- poor business practices.
John promised me that I was the only one on the truck back on May 21st, when we signed the contract. Then on June 18th, the owner Shane, called me and said we were not the only ones on the truck. I reminded him about our agreement that if he didn't deliver me on time, I would dispute the charges on my credit card. He then told me to find another mover..so if you are reading this and you wanted to give a family owned company a chance (as their reviews aren't great), do yourself a favor and don't use Agility.

Movers were very professional and friendly, our items arrived in a timely manner (overnight, across several states) and without any items broken. Our guys worked quickly, including packing the kitchen and loading into the new home quickly.

Best experience with moving long distance!
I was very apprehensive in choosing a moving company after reading everything that goes into moving long distance from Florida to Tennessee. This was our first time using a moving company as opposed to doing it ourselves. I worked with Shane, the owner, and he was very professional and answered all my questions. He really held my hand every step of the way!
I was so happy I found them! He made my move as smooth as possible! The workers he had were phenomenal! They wrapped everything in blankets and bubble wrap. It was delivered as promised a day early! Teddy, Ty, and T were great! Very polite, and got right to business. They didn't mess around or take their time. They were very efficient. I felt I could trust him and his company. I am not disappointed! Nothing was broken, although we are still unpacking. Best decision EVER!! I would totally recommend Agility Van Lines! I can't say enough great things about this moving company. There are a lot of shady moving companies out there and that industry doesn't have the best reputation in general, but Agility was STELLAR!! Wish I could rank them higher than 5 stars!

Outstanding service.
Unfortunately my mother passed and we had to distribute her belongings between the siblings. I contacted home advisor and came across Agility Van Lines. I was very pleased with the ratings and website. I spoke with Jimmy who made me understand everything that was going to happen.
The move day came and went and there was not a single hiccup along the way. I trusted Jimmy and felt that they were going to handle my mothers belongings with care. The crew that picked us up and delivered my stuff 2 days later were so professional and kind.
You have to check out Agility Van Lines if you plan on moving. The stress free relocation they completed was exactly what I expected from a family owned company. Thank you Jimmy and all 3 men that completed my move.

Agility van lines was great and was there for me anytime I needed them Steve was the best guy I talked to and I talked a lot. They were very unique in the fact they give your money if you cancel for any reason and they were the only company that I saw that did that. Awesome experience I’m actually shocked because is just so tough to get together. Agility VaLines was great in every sense Steve was the biggest stress reliever we ordered a full truck service from Agility Van Lines, days before the move I learned I had more than a full truck so Steve did all the footwork on finding us a rental truck in our town. It was a huge stress reliever for us bc we thought we were going to have to do this ourselves but Steve helped us out. Javier and the guys were excellent they even packed our rental truck, the direct delivered it and everything on delivery went great thank you so much Agility Van Lines hopefully I’ll never have to move again but if I do I’ll be giving you guys a call.
