I was concerned about the transition moving to Memphis Tn. from Florida but Vince Perrano with Agility Van Lines was very professional and handled any of my concerns in the most professional manner. They were very competitively priced but exceeded their value when it came to service. The Rivero Brothers was assigned to my move and delivered all of our belongings dent free. I would recommend Agility and the staff especially the Rivero brothers to anyone needing a good price and quality service. Thanks again, Ron W.

I hadn't moved in 15 years and this was a major move for me. Agility Van Lines did a fantastic job beginning to end. All of my items (which I had approx. 180 items - mostly boxes) was inventoried and accounted for. The furniture was well wrapped with blankets. All of my items made it safe & sound and not 1 was damaged or marked. Very impressed. I also was pleased with the timeframe for delivery, faster service then other offers. Also, the teamwork and conscientious care from Alfred & Ken was great. Very thorough! I am very happy with my move and this company. From the beginning conversation with John, I was hooked on his great customer service and Somers terrific communication and follow up. I always felt I was in great hands.

By far the best movers I've ever hired, the price was right and the movers were all very nice and took care of my things with a lot of care. I will for sure hire them again 10/10 best movers I've ever hired. More than satisfied! My aunt is also moving and she will be using agility van lines. John the sales representative was more than Beyond helpful answering our questions and concerns. I know moving is stressful and they made it easy, if you pack right things will be nice and safe, as john the sales representative told me it's a team work from our side and their side.

Had a wonderful experience with this moving company, Worked with John he was very respectful and educated and knows how to do his job and made me feel comfortable with choosing this company. Then men arrived on pickup when expected and delivered in a timely manor. I’m also very satisfied wish the customer service with somer. Had a wonderful experience working Agility Van Lines .The movers were very experienced. They did a wonderful job packing and took great care in your belongings.These guys were very pleasant to work with.My husband and I spent 2 days with them and they felt like family by the time they finished. I would recommend using them again should I need to.They had to shuttle which is the difference in cost.

Even though I heard that this was a good moving company I had doubts..I thought that the move would definitely end up in a disaster. I thought that the workers would be very tired or dehydrated but I was TOTALLY wrong. I cannot explain how these workers managed to handle everything perfectly even in the heat of the Florida sun and we moved at record time. I give them A++ for the nice job they did in this move. Agility van lines moved our house, the equipments and everything in such a speed. Somer was such a sweetheart and she kept me updated with everything!!We have never seen such level of professionalism at display in a moving service and for that we will hire them on and on for our moving services. They are simply the best movers around.
Terrible Company.
If I could take away the one star I have to give them I would.
I had a six day delivery window from AUGUST 21st.
Today is September the 23rd and they have not completed my delivery!!
They picked up my belongings on one truck and decided to off load it and reload it with another persons belongings. Not only did they not put all of my stuff on it they lost all of the nuts bolts and power cords to my adjuster able bed.
They told me it would be a week before they could send someone to fix it!!
Because they repacked the truck there are many scuffs and scrapes and broken items.
I was promised a reimbursement from the owner over two weeks ago and have not received it.
Today they told me I would get a call this morning for my delivery window. No call!
I called them and they said that the truck will be here around 5.
BBB will be hearing my complaint.

I never used a moving company before. So it being my first time I was hesitant. But the staff and crew of agility van lines made me feel very comfortable with my decision. The movers that came to pick up my stuff were very fast and efficient. And the call center was very helpful as well. I couldn't have asked for a more better experience with a moving company. Agility Van Lines is a fantastic company. They wrapped all my furniture.They delivered my stuff fast and all arrived in great condition.They even reassembled my bed. the communication with their office was great. they call me before, during and after the move to make sure we were all in the same page at all times.

Started taking quotes and then I came across this moving company that was recommended from one of my employees at work. All I can say is I am extremely happy I went with agility the crew at pickup and delivery were awesome !! The service that I received was beyond what I expected. Recently relocated to Florida and worked with Vince to set everything up. Vince was always available to assist along the way and very thorough. I was picked up early and delivered on time. Ken and his men put everything where we needed and helped to set thing up. Price was on spot and no damages. Great company, great service. Would highly reccommend.
