  1. Terrible - beware.

    We used all moving for a recent moce and it was terrible. A compmete bait and switch from sales to service. They no showed our pick up appt and when they showed up to days later were unprofessional and rude. It has been almost 3 weeks and I have no idea when my stuff will be delivered. No updates and managenent wont return calls. When we do call, they are completely unprofessional.

  2. Helpful and affordable.

    I choose to use Sara from All Moving because of her persistence and patience with us during this move process. She was able to accommodate our needs and gave us the best overall. The movers were great to work with didn't make our move any more stressful and took good care of our things. We would recommend this company to anyone and will be sure to keep them in mind in the future.

    I used this company mainly because of Jennifer and Joseph. Both did a great job communicating with us and made sure ever request we had was done. I would recommend them to anyone moving.

  4. They have an F in the BBB not an A+.

    The worst possible nightmare occured with this company.. date scheduled, everything packed up

    They did not show up. FYI also 5 months pregnant at the time.

    Multiple calls to dispatchers and all they did was give me and my husband the runaround.

    Joe was a total disaster of a manager. Had to threaten legal action for weeks just to get my deposit back.

    Blamed it on summer hours, blah, blah.

    Not an excuse! Do NOT overbook!

    I have no idea how they have so many five stars since the Better Buisness Bureau revoked their accreditation and on their website they say BBB A+.

    **look at BBB website yourself they lost accreditation because of the many complaints they had!

    False advertisement and a bunch of crooks

    Stay away!

    Choose All moving because of Joseph. He was the most professional and knowledgeable sales person I spoke with during the entire search. You could tell he just knew his stuff and had an answer for every question I asked. The 3 crew members were also just as amazing they took extra good care of our items and delivered everything safely without any damages.

    We recently had the pleasure of working with Joe and his team at All Moving. These guys were very professional and extremely helpful with everything they did for us. Great job everything was perfect as could be they made sure of it. They made sure to load everything safely on the truck took extra time and care for some of our more delicate items. Can't thank them enough for all the hard work.

    After reviewing all the calls and quotes we got we decided to choose all moving and storage. They were the best price and by far had the best reviews out of the bunch of movers we checked out. I'm glad Tony & Joseph were able to help us out on a last minute move. I'll use them again for sure!

    I'll use this company again in the future when I need to move. They did a good job and I think for the price we paid it was worth every penny compared to doing it ourselves. I'm happy with the services.

    I consider myself a very fair and reasonable person. I understand it's busy season (July 2018). I understand traffic is not within their control, but a bad situation became worse because of this company. The day of the move, the sales rep, Joseph Cohen, was hard to reach and rude. I was frustrated with their late arrival and admittedly spoke to him rather curtly, but he yelled back which was shocking. I said "WOW" aloud because I truly could not believe a customer facing staff member was speaking to me that way. I sincerely regret the decision to hire this team, and if I had to do it over again I would not. I was charged what I was quoted (with the exception of a long haul fee), but everything else was a negative experience. The movers didn't start work until 9:50PM after initially being quoted 9:00AM..which turned into 2:00PM-6:00PM which turned into an 8:40PM arrival. I called and checked in two weeks before the moving date trying to be proactive about any potential issues we might have. I was told by Joe that the movers would be able to double park "no worries" only to get a call on the day of the move because the movers couldn't find parking. Not only that I would be charged a long haul feel because of it. Additionally, they outsource their movers (which they were not necessarily transparent about) and there is very poor communication from the sales team to dispatch to the company they hire to move. As I mentioned I am a fair person and will give credit where credit is due. The movers worked very hard and quickly and were respectful. The foreman and team did the best they could, but he did not speak English very well and we had a hard time understanding each other. I wrote notes on the boxes "FRAGILE", "HANDLE WITH CARE" but the notes weren't read or understood. Also the team came dressed in shorts and sandals and the overall reality did not match the expectation of the professional moving team I had hired. I am awaiting my things now-- I was expecting them yesterday-- and not sure when I will actually get them. I pray that their in good condition, and I get them relatively soon.

  13. Move from NY to FL.

    I choose All Moving & Storage after speaking with Sara. She was very helpful and we loved everything she had to say. I would recommend this company for any one looking to move. They gave us a quote and that quote didn't change from pickup to delivery. Very happy with all the effort the guys put in to make sure everything was done correctly. As a quick suggestion to everyone looking for movers I'd say make sure you read your contract and ask as many questions as you can!

  14. Spare Yourself The Headache.

    DO NOT DO IT TO YOURSELF

    I knew I had to move interstate since January of 2018 so I started researching moving companies that were reliable and had good reviews. I received many calls from other companies, got great quotes but for some reason I went with ALL moving and storage. I got a call from Joseph Cohen who is the manager, I have him an inventory of 36 items and he gave me a quote for approximately $1550 for 500sq feet. Through the following months, I was able to ask as many questions as needed and he was very prompt with his responses. I inquired multiple times if this company was a contractor or if the company was indeed All and I was assured that it was, only to find out that that was not true. I secured my pickup date and paid my deposit but things went awry when I had to change my intended state.
    I emailed Joe in the beginning of June to alert him of my change of address, I was assured that my address would be updated and this change would be communicated but it was not. Few days before my pickup date I (the customer) had to call to confirm my pickup and verify the amount of money I needed to have on hand when the movers arrived. I also had to confirm the time that the movers would arrive and I was told between 9am-12pm.
    On the day of the move, everything was packed and ready to go and I waited and waited then I got a call at 1130 am that they will be there at 3pm, this aggravated me but the thing that pissed me off the most was the attitude I got from the driver when he made me aware that he was coming from New Jersey as if that was a concern of mine. I am the customer and if you tell me you will be here between 9 and 12, I don’t care where you are coming from, you need to get here at the time you told me. Few minutes late is fine but a whole 3 hours is unacceptable.
    Four movers came and as soon as the “leader” came, he told me it would be 75 dollars extra since it was a long carry from the truck to my door(this was fine). After they gathered my things into the truck, the mover came back and told me that the price was $2972 for 49 items. Now, I understand that a quote is just an estimate, but how did the price double just by adding 13 more small pieces, how did we get to 800 sq ft. I sent a copy of the inventory and the manager agreed that what I told him was what was pretty much on the list except for a few small added items. They expected me to roll over and just accept that, well I didn’t. After calling Joe and discussing this with him, they “scrambled” the prices and came back with $2200- which was ridiculous but I said ok and paid the half. In the midst of the scrambling, the head mover was on the phone speaking in his language and laughing while I was standing right in front of him. I don’t have an issue with people speaking their native tongue but in this situation, it rude and disrespectful. I gave the mover the $915 that was due plus $85 tip. This dude had the nerve to tell me that was too little of a tip and the movers should get at least $40 per person WTH?? After you doubled the price, you are now telling me how much to tip?? Ok!
    I told them that I would like my furniture by 6/25 (pick up was 6/20 giving them 5 days to deliver furniture from NY to N.C.) I was promised drop off on the 25th, if that was not possible then someone should have communicated that to me (no one did) and I would have made other arrangements. On the 25th I waited, emailed and called and I was told by Sophia that dispatch was not aware of the promised date but a shipment would be leaving on Tuesday 6/26 and I should receive my belongings on the 27th (the Wednesday) Wednesday came and went, no phone call, so I waited; Thursday came and went- I called twice and left messages and no response, Friday came and went, I made calls to Joe Cohen, Sophia in dispatch, the 866 number and no response. I am so disgusted that a company could treat its customers this way. This is the worse customer service I have experienced in my life and I URGE YOU… SPARE YOURSELF THE DRAMA. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!! no one communicates, the hand does not tell the foot what is happening and the customer gets screwed. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER.
    Lodging is very expensive and I didn’t think I should be waiting over a week for my furniture especially when I was promised 5-7 days (NY to N.C.).

  15. Customer Beware.

    Joe of All Moving and Storage was good in selling and setting up the order to move my stuff from Connecticut to California. But he left some important information out about his company’s operations that I should have known. For examples, Experienced Transport Inc would be the company contracted to move my stuff. My stuff would be picked up in a small truck and transferred into a big long truck for interstate travel. The big truck might not be able to get close to my house.
    It was a shock when the truck driver called and told me that his big truck could not come to my house (although one next door neighbor told me that he had seen big trucks stopped at our street) and asked me to get a small truck to unload my stuff or pay $600 for him to do it. I ended up paying him $350 and waited for 2 more days for him to make the delivery. There were other problems with the company. Although an inventory was taken at the pickup site, inventories were not taken during the transfers among trucks. Good thing I kept my inventory. I found out a headboard was missing. Since I did not buy insurance, I had no recourse to recover my loss. My other complaint is that the crew did not wrap the mattress and box spring in full, left 2/3 of them exposed to rubbing. The mattress was received with scratches and black marks. Another thing was that the crew did not handle the boxes with care. One of the plastic boxes was broken. In stocking the boxes, they did not follow the signs (arrow or fragile) marked on the boxes. I paid the company $2450 though the estimated charge was $1950.
