  1. Unauthorized Charges to Bank Card.

Aallpro Movers applied unauthorized charges to my bank card twice. The first time for over $4,300 and the second time for over $2,100. The first time they credited our account and Mr. Joe Rondinelli said it was a mistake made by a new person in their office. The second time they did it was after all our goods were moved, (what was left of them, and by the time it was over I knew it was pointless to file a claim), and we had a signed bill of lading from their moving foreman marked, "Paid in Full". Regardless, Aallpro Movers still made the unauthorized charge against our bank card for over $2,100 after the fact, and they would not return my calls or, eventually, answer my calls on the matter. We had to go through the hassle of getting our bank to refuse the payment to Aallpro Mover's bank, (which they did), but despite the, "Paid in Full", receipt, Aallpro Movers still had both an employee and an attorney make phone calls to us threatening litigation. We also received a letter from an attorney retained by Aallpro Movers, and in all cases we either emailed or faxed copies of the, "Paid in Full" receipt. A disgruntled former Aallpro Movers employee said that Aallpro Movers sues a lot of people and it could be easily seen in the public record.
I was intially taken in by Aallpro Movers by the "A" rating they had with the BBB in Sept '09, but by now, (4-1-10), they are down to an F. When I complained to the BBB about Aallpro Movers attempting to take money that didn't belong to them, Aallpro Movers' response was that I had written the, "Paid in Full", on the bill of lading myself. My rebuttal was that the bill of lading also bears their representative's signature and it is open to expert analysis, to which Aallpro Movers did not respond.
There is much else that can be said against Aallpro Movers but it can appear argumentative and subjective, so I will contain my comments about them to these irrefutable points I make above.

  2. Aall ProMover of Denver.

I recommend that no one use AAll ProMovers of Denver or any new companies which may be started by owner Mr. Joe Rondinelli in the future.

These are the problems that I experienced on my move in Sept 09:

    1. Late pickup by 20 days (after I paid deposit).
    2. Late delivery.
    3. Very poor customer service.
    4. Dropped from an"A" to a "D" BBB rating.
    4. DOT license has been revoked.
    5. Violated my contract in 5 major areas.
    6. Company no longer has an office.
    7. Company lost all employees.
    8. Company did not pad or cushion my furniture for my cross country move resulting in major damage to $35,938 of my furniture.
    9. Company refuses to respond to my claim in over 120 days.
    10. Company no longer answers the phone or returns my voice mail.
