  1. All the WRONG Moves!

    All the WRONG moves!
Avoid this company unless you want your things damaged.  We hired all the right moves to move us from
Denver to Castle Rock.  We had just
purchased a new LG stainless steel refrigerator a few weeks prior to the
move.  When it was delivered there was
not a problem in getting it through our front door.  But when the movers started trying to get it
out they were clueless as to what they were doing and destroyed our new
refrigerator.  I made the driver Deon
aware of the issue and he took pictures of the damage and called the owner
Marty to make him aware of the damage.
Marty wanted to set up a time to come out and look at the damage and
said he would get back with me.  He never
did so after waiting 3 days I called and spoke with his ex-wife Susan.  She said "oh, don't you worry honey
Marty is very good about taking care of all damages caused by his drivers” and
she was going to call him and ask him to reach out to me.  That never happened do I waited 2 more days
and called her back and she again assured me that he would take care of it and
would ask him to call me.  After waiting
2 more days and not hearing from him I called his personal cell phone and left
him a pretty stern message asking him to call me and he again did not call me
so I called Susan back and she made the comment that she was sorry that he was
ignoring mine and her calls and text but since she was his ex-wife she could
not make him do anything and she had no say so Deon was his "new
    wife"..  Sickening to say the
least! So he finally reaches out to me asking if he could come to our house to
view the damage and take care of it on Thursday 2/4/16 and we set up a time and
he emails me that morning saying that he had a driver that called in sick and
he would not be able to make it.  I
replied asking when he could make it and Marty replied can we do it Friday or
Saturday and I said yes to Friday and never heard anything back until Tuesday
2/9/16 after I had to call Susan back again and told her if he did not call me
back I had no choice but to seek legal action and Marty responds that he never
got my voicemail or emails.  We finally
set up a date of Thursday 2/11/16 at noon to meet.  He was 15 minutes late and came in and said
and I quote "wow this is a lot worse that Deon said it was.  He tries to polish it out.. You can polish
out deep scratches and dents!  He then
says we you didn't take the extra insurance for $250.00.  Deon, asked if we wanted to purchase extra insurance
and I said " Susan said that you guys were licensed and bonded, correct
and he said yes so I replied then why would I want to pay you and extra $250 on
top of what I was already paying?  He
said "true" and just sign here.
I said okay but if there is anything damaged they would be responsible
for it and he said "yeah".  Now
Marty changed his mind and started to get an attitude saying we are not going
to cover the damage but did offer me $200.00.
The cost to replace the 3 doors is roughly $1000.00 quoted by
Lowe's.  I told him I was not going to
accept his offer of $200.00 and he said we will just have to see where it goes
from here and I told him I would be forced to get an attorney and he said go
for it in a cocky voice and I told him to get the He** out of my house and he
smarted off saying gladly and threatened me by saying come outside with your
attitude and walked out and I watched him walk away and when he got right
outside of my door he turned around and said " that is what I
thought" Chicken s**t!  I told him
to get off my property before I called the police. and he said go for it and
I'll kick your a$$!  This guy is nothing
but a crook and I will have already set up an appointment with my attorney to
sue him for the damage as well as communicating threats.  Avoid All the right moves because they are
nothing but a scam.  I called Susan back
to inform her as to what happen and she turned on me just the same as Marty did
saying she could not do anything and I would have to talk to him and hung up on
me!  I will do everything I can to spread
the word about how bad of a so called company all the right moves is…

  2. Movers damaged property and owners are unresponsive.

The first time I used their service, I had no complaints. My lease was up and I needed to use them again so called and scheduled my 2nd move on May 18th.  I was booked at 9am and I was ready to go.  1) They scheduled a move ahead of mine without asking if it they could come earlier or if I was ok with them coming 2.5 hours late.  2) The move took longer than last time even though it was an easier move with shorter distances to walk and a freight elevator reserved for their use.  3) I noticed a crack in the trim of a dresser and they offered to credit me 1/4 hour but I wanted it repaired as opposed to a $20 credit.  4) I went ahead and tipped the guys $50 each = $100, because they are laborers and deserve to be tipped..so I thought.  I noticed AFTER they left the handle on my Weber grill was completely broken off (and completely obvious but no mention by the movers), there were scratches on the my leather sofa that has been move 7 times in 4 states with out any issues prior to this.  5) I called Susan and she said she would at least refund the $100 tip, I would be owed the standard cents/pound, and she would come out to evaluate the damage to see what she could do to help.  She scheduled for that week.  I emailed her pix of the damage.  6) NOTHING!! I called again the next week and she said she wasn't coming out alone and that it was month end.  That it was crazy, she would schedule something next month.  7)  NOTHING!! 45 days later, I have not heard a word from Susan or Marty and NO plan to resolve my issues.  DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!
