  1. Mover vs Broker

This is not a moving company. They are brokers and are just charging you a fee to find you an actual mover. The mover we were hooked up with (Cheetah Movers) was unaccredited and provided the worst service we have ever experienced in 15 moves. They were hard to reach, weeks late on delivery of goods and careless with furniture. Run from All United and from any of their affiliates. Go directly to a national mover. You’ll save $ in the long run and have people with a reputation to uphold. Don’t even consider All United Moving and Storage, a true bait and switch operation.

  2. Scam Company stay away

They asked for a deposit the 1st time then another one a few days before our move. Then they told me the system crashed and couldn’t tell me who our movers were the day our movers were supposed to show up, and then stopped answering the phone eventually. We had to hire a whole new company because we had to be in another state on a specific date. Pretty devastating that people like this exist.

  3. Scam company

Do NOT use this company. They are a scam. If a Jake Weber talks to you, he will scam and lie to you. Noonetold me they were putting something in the contract they will deliver my stuff up to 21 business days after my move in date. My move in date was Nov 11, but now my stuff won't get here until maybe Dec 16th because it's not convenient for them to bring it to me. And somehow this is legal. They have terrible customer service and are a terrible immoral company. Do not use them no matter what.

  4. This company is a Scam

This company is a complete fraud and a nightmare. They are a broker company which they book jobs with no carrier then place it on a board to find someone that can move it. Please book directly with a moving carrier to avoid unnecessary hassle and miscommunication between the two. This company takes no responsibility and can care less about their customers, once you pay your deposit and the 48 hr window is up you lose your deposit and that is when the night mare begins. Do your research on these companies. This broker has only been in business 5 months. Be responsible with your money we are in hard times.

  5. LIES, DAMAGES and Bait & switch

Our stuff arrived a whole week after pickup COMPLETELY BROKEN OR DAMAGED!!! Bed frame is unusable, wardrobe mirrors look like someone took a hammer to them(!!!) and my antique mirrors which was survived several decades and about a dozen moves, and DID NOT HAVE A SINGLE CRACK prior to this move is now in PIECES!!!! They have caused thousands of dollars in damages!!

-They also arrived a day and a half late for pickup, knowing full well we had a 10 hour trip in front of us and had our rental car booked for the exact day of the move (I was told over the phone in the original call that an early morning pickup was no problem. What if we had flights booked!!?)

    - Movers arrived at 4pm and didn’t finish the job til 9pm! (We didn’t arrive to our new place til 7am the next morning!)

-ON THE DAY THEY ARRIVED, THEY DEMANDED $1200

    MORE

    THAN

WAS AGREED UPON IN THE BIDING QUOTE OR OUR STUFF WOULD NOT BE MOVED!! The guy said we were “underestimated” even though I reviewed all items with company days prior and was told we actually have less items than was quoted for!! We were also charged extra for TV boxes ($35/tv) which we have been told on all prior calls that it would be included, and $75 long haul charge per person (2 movers) so a total of an additional $220. I called the company about the additional charges the following week (since theyre not open on weekends and we could not reach them on the day of pick up), but the rep was completely unapologetic and said she cannot do anything.. even though we have been lied to by this company on several counts!!! We were completely defeated and left with no choice since our stuff was picked up on the last day of the month, a day after I booked the move for (Oct 31st, so we could not stay any additional time since our lease was up) with our rental car already picked up, on a Saturday with nobody to call because your company or the carrier was not pickup up the phone!! We had no choice but to agree to the additional charge under duress or we could not move (and we’ve been waiting for them for 32 hours at this point).

  6. Buyer Beware

I would give this company a Zero Star, if that was an option. They had a smooth-talking person contact us to sign a contract. We paid them a $638 deposit. They cancelled the contract and went off. I have been in contact with the Department of Transportation, BBB, and the State of Florida about this rip off. I seriously hope that you don't go through what we did with these people. Watch out!

  7. I wouldn't trust these con artists to ship a lead bar.

    Sirs,

We were told several times that"Insta Move Inc" was one of your best carriers - If they were the best, I'd hate to see average, or worse.

Their drivers did not do any type of inventory on our goods arriving. Its a responsibility of "Insta Move Inc" that we paid for this as part of our agreement. The driver said 'Oh it was inventoried before it left the warehouse' Nothing we could do, as they started to unload the truck and staging things in our driveway.

We knew it wasn't going to be good, when one concrete statuary had its head broken off, the neck is the diameter of a salad plate.

They barely helped put our bed together, and they refused to touch the spare bedroom sectional that they totally disassembled in DE. We were again told, by both COs would put everything together, that they disassembled, and that didn't happen. We even confirmed this with a phone call to THEIR dispatcher, who I had on speaker phone for the drivers to hear. Again, we were told this by you, and by them.

They also never unpacked anything that they had packed - we were told that they would be unpacking EVERYTHING that they packed. We were told this by both CO's. We had to pull teeth just for them to unpack our large TV's so that we could look for any visible damage.

We were told the following by you -

    1) The original call, we were told 3-5 days for our stuff to arrive,

    2) We were told by you, that with the amount of stuff that we have, that it would be the only shipment on a truck, again leading us to believe it was going to be non-stop from Delaware to Florida.

    3) I made countless calls, to go over our inventory, we realized we had more than 750 SQ which was originally quoted by Gary. Less than a week until move, I heard fm Kris, we went over our inventory, down to the number of boxes. We received a new quote, I asked yet again, how many days for delivery, and this time I'm told 3-7 days. AT NO TIME WERE WE EVER ADVISED THAT OUR SHIPMENT WOULD BE LOADED ON ONE TRUCK, AND UNLOADED IN A WAREHOUSE IN NEW JERSEY, TO WAIT TO BE LOADED ON A SECOND BIGGER TRUCK.

    4) After having been quoted an amount by Kris, and advise that we could use a credit card, AT BOTH ENDS. by Kris. We found out while they were loading our truck, that NO, at the distant end, it had to be cash or USPS Money Orders.

    5) We were never told by you, that there would be additional charges for any heavy items - or what the weight limit would be, before being charged the day of the move by them. On our inventory with Kris and Gary, it listed a Power Wheelchair, which we said was several hundred pounds, and a Gun Safe, also several hundred pounds. Addition $400.00 surprise AFTER the truck was fully loaded for heavy items ?" We were also told by the driver the day of pickup that there would be a $250 charge for packing materials, but NO MORE than $250 - we were charged $350.

    6) During pickup we were now told 3-10 days - this point is when we found out, that it was not going to be a direct shipment. We were told we would hear something from them when the truck was loaded for Florida - the driver said 'We have several trucks going to Florida weekly, your shipment should be loaded by Sunday (2 days) We never got that call, we waited a few days, and I started to make phone calls. THEIR Dispatcher said, that they had up to 30 days per federal regulations. NO ONE EVER SAID IT COULD BE 30 DAYS - a later call and we were now told 30 BUSINESS Days !

    7) Receiving Day - they come in to get paid, and they want me to sign (but I learned my lesson the hard way with your company about not reading what I am signing) They wanted me to sign that everything was received in good order, EXCEPT WHERE NOTATED ON THE INVENTORY. We haven't even seen our shipment, let alone inventory things' 'But sir, you are signing that you gave us this money' (Another CON attempt)

    8) An 18 Wheeler, 2 guys, They had a mixture of 2 shipments in the back of the trailer - and they started to unload everything, no matter what the sticker color was. Theres no lift or ramp to unload. How are they going to unload a gun safe ? Theyare *VERY* lucky, that we had a 14 ft folding ramp for my wheelchair. The unloader stepped on, crushing some, to reach higher items.

    9) I already stated that they didn't inventory, and didn't put things back together, nor unpack what they packed.

The driver then wanted me to sign off that everything arrived in good condition except where was notated on the inventory that they STILL have not performed - I wrote where the signature was to go 'NO INVENTORY - NO SIGNATURE' The driver insisted that 'You don't get a copy, because you didn't sign' I took the paperwork out of his hand, and I said, 'NO, I DO GET A COPY, TO PROVE THAT I PAID YOU' I took the Pink copy away from him.

  8. Long Distant move from Vancouver, WA to Memphis, TN.

Worst experience ever. Late on pickup with no phone calls to inform. Crew was over 24 hours late. But the biggest problem is that they brokered a load to Map Moving and Storage, pickup date of 9/17/2020 and its over one month (today's date is 10/19/2020 and load is still not here. Have called dozens of times. Was promised on 10/16 the load was to be loaded and starting to mover over the weekend and we would receive an email when this occurred. No email was received and we started calling Sunday and Monday and was finally told it would be another week and half until delivery. They have not provided any explanation why this load has been unreasonably delayed.

  9. Scam.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are not movers!! They are brokers that will promise anything to bet you to leave a deposit. I was offered a quote, it was just over the cost it would have taken me to do the move myself. I was quoted 2700 to move from Las Vegas to Louisiana. I left a 975 dollar deposit after a high pressure sales pitch. Needless to say, that quote didn't mean squat because there was to be another one by some quality which happened to be in the same building and gave me a completely different quote. Twice as much!! They stole my deposit and never even moved from their desk. Never even arranged a moving company. And of course the the guy (Jack Webber) who said he would be with us every step of the way is ghost. Whatever you do, "company" they will take you for a ride then treat you like you are the ignorant. Total Scam!!
