Thanks a lot, men, for serving us the best. No complaints against Alliance Van Lines. Nothing was missing or stolen or broken or damaged during our move. Everything went as efficiently as possible. So, I thank the movers and the sales rep for a super job.
Fantastic Mover!
Wrapped all wood furniture with a blanket then covered it in plastic wrap. It took approximately 2 hrs. 45 min to move a Two-bedroom apartments to another Two-bedroom apartments located within a miles away. Both apartments had an elevator. We had Gaylord, he is excellent (now I had my second move with him). They did outstanding work, worked hard, and fast and were very careful with all of my furniture. They are well worth the money!

The Alliance Van Lines knew EXACTLY how to take apart our furniture to get it down the narrow hallway. They also wrapped our furniture SO incredibly well. Nothing got damaged! Highly recommended to all.

Russell and his crew moved a heavy piece of equipment from the garage upstairs today. They did a great job making sure to pack/wrap it well and put it on its stand. Recommended! I liked their work.

The team was careful with my fragile items. They were careful with my hardwood floors. They did not leave even a single scratch on the walls or my furniture. Alliance Van Lines is awesome. I had so much stuff, they packed the truck perfectly and unloaded it to our designated locations. They are very efficient and really should take some breaks! The prices are great, and they are dependable. I recommend Sanford and Felicia to anyone making a move!
Move from Jacksonville IL to Madison IN
Everything went smooth until the actual move started. Loading team blew the first two appointment windows and arrived during the last 30 minutes of the third window for that day. Furniture was in storage for 30 days took 3 weeks to get it delivered. Delivering driver was Russian spoke broken English, left as soon as the truck was empty did not remove moving blankets or re-assemble an of the furniture. Lots of damaged furniture. See pictures.

They were very professional and speedy! The three workers that helped me were enjoyable and took extra special care of every item they moved. I thought it was lovely to have their manager check in with me via text in the middle of the move to make sure everything was running smoothly. Awesome Mover!
Solid movers. Before the move, everything was communicated efficiently/clearly via email. On moving day, they arrived strictly within the promised period. I got 3 guys with a HUGE van. They worked really fast, were very careful with all my stuff - even more cautious than I would have been personally! No complaints! Well worth every penny.

The service from phone call to arrange van kept up to date with what time they would collect and deliver items to the following address was excellent. The men were constructive and followed Covid's guidelines. Outstanding service, thank you. I don't have any complaints, and I would use them again without any doubt!
