  1. Do Not Use Them!!

    DO NOT USE their services. We received our belongings 2 months after the due date. It took many emails, phone calls and threat to call our attorney and police to get a response. They finally called us letting us know they were 6 hours from our new house without any warning. 2 men arrived and did not speak english and asked for $1000 more to start the delivery. During the 2 months wait, no communication from their part, Anthony disappeared and we, luckily, were able to trace the driver who picked up our belongings in Los Angeles through your phone carrier. A 2 months nightmare not knowing where was our stuff and when the movers arrived, they were other people stuff mixed with ours. Do not believe the quote they give you, they doubled the rate at pick up and asked for even more when they delivered. If you refuse, they just walk away. This was for a move from LA to Seattle. Not sure this is a real company, all the people we talked to suddenly vanished or they say that there are drivers or representatives and then when you text them back or call them back they are not. RUN FAR AWAY!!

  2. Do Not Use Their Services! it is a Scam.

    Our stuff was picked up June 28th and it is now August 5th and we have not yet received our belongings or had any update where they are. We have continuously called both Cesar and Anthony but neither will provide a return phone call, text, or email. We had to resort to filling a police report and filling a complaint with FMCSA. At this point who knows if we will get our stuff. Our move was from NJ to TX. This has been a nightmare that has already cost $4k to just hire the company. I promise you, no matter what price they quote you RUN FAR FAR AWAY! They are scumbags and should have their licensed revoked along with some type of penalty.

  3. Is this even a real company?

    I'm beginning to wonder if my stuff was just stolen!

    First of all, the original estimate based on inventory to be moved was nearly doubled at time of pick up - even though I only added a couple of items - and took some away.

    Delivery guys picked up my stuff on June 17th. I had asked for delivery on 6/20, and wasn't told that this was not going to happen until the drivers showed up. Driver said he would send email that day with all documents I signed. Never got them. The next week when I called to check when delivery might happen I talked with Cesar he essentially said if I wanted my delivery quickly I should let him off the phone so that he could get back to work! He also promised to send the documents that day - never received them.

    And now no one answers the phone or returns my messages. Have left two messages for Anthony and one with Cesar.

    I am aware that the contract allows for delivery to take up to 30 days, but I would appreciate some communication along the way. For company reference - Job number: AT5580172.

    I'm still hoping to have a good ending to this experience. But frankly, I'm beginning to worry I'll never see my stuff again.

  4. Pandemic Move.

    I just accepted a job in New York working at a hospital during the pandemic and had to move on short notice. All States was the company I found with the best reviews that was able to move me fast. They had great pricing and the rep Anthony was very helpful in making the move an easy process. The movers were great and took good care of my furniture. I definitel recommend them to anyone looking to move with the best company out there. Thanks All States for getting me to my new home!

  5. Dishonest and unavailable.

    Was quoted $6000 for a move from AZ to WA. Days before the move, quality assurance determined we were not quoted correctly and doubled the cost. Everything was lined up with travel and we couldn't back out. I was promised I would get a refund for any space not used. The day of pick up the movers said they couldn't fit it all in and the price would double again, to $24,000!! This move was supposed to have covered a 3 bedroom home. What arrived at the destination barely filled a studio. No one is answering the phone. The only way to talk to a live person is to request sales. I finally got ahold of customer service after a month and was told I would have to talk to the claims department. I filled out my claim form and submitted and 5 weeks later I still haven't heard from them. I was never given a number or any contact information for the claims department.

  6. Dishonest and non-responsive.

    We have had a terrible experience with this company and strongly recommend avoiding them at all cost. The move took more than twice as long and cost more than twice as much as we were quoted on the phone. At each stage of the process the company demanded money that had to be paid in cash to continue with the move (which we had to pay to get our stuff back) and for two months we've been unsuccessfully trying to get a receipt so I can submit reimbursements but can't get a response.

  7. Flexible.

    The thing that I liked about all states moving the most was that they were able to send me a blank inventory sheet to fill out on my own time as I could not stay on the phone for hours telling them each piece that first day. We went back-and-forth for a few weeks leading up to the move we exchange phone calls and emails and I even wound up face timing them to show them certain items. They are excellent at allocating space for the truck and are more than willing to cut costs if it means taking on a new customer. I know there’s a lot of horror stories out there about moving companies So it’s important to know exactly who you were dealing with. They also provided us with additional insurance in case of an emergency our furniture would be covered. They did whatever it took and we even got some complementary boxes and TV covers as well free of charge. They were fordable and they fit exactly what we had in mind.

  8. Hard work.

    We had no idea but moving is much more work than you anticipate even hiring a long distance mover. The preparation that was involved in this move was extensive. We walked room by room listing off each item that was to be shifts as well as mentioning any item that needed special packing or crating. As well they reached out to a third-party auto transport so we were able to have her vehicles picked up and moved the same day as our household. They are a company that puts the customer first and will always find a way to be cost-effective as well as courteous and professional. Highly recommended company at affordable pricing is what everybody is looking for and I would suggest anybody looking to give a call.

    We were very happy with the work from all State moving. Coming into this we were only familiar with some of the major Van lines we had never heard of them before we started talking with them. We really like their sales representative he was very enthusiastic and willing to teach us a few things as well as package the perfect move together for our specific relocation. He was a very experienced gentleman. We went over this numerous times to make sure that I move there there would be no last We were very happy with the work from all states moving. Coming into this we were only familiar with some of the major van lines we had never heard of them before we started talking with them. We really liked our sales representative he was very enthusiastic and willing to teach us a few things as well as package the perfect moves together for our specific relocation. He was a very experienced gentleman. We went over this numerous times to make sure that I move there there would be no last minute charges and there wasn’t. Very easy-going but most importantly a company that keeps their word. This is a five star company no question asked.

  10. Really like.

    We like all states moving a lot. They were the first company to return a request so we spent a lot of time with them. We spent a lot of time making sure that every piece in our home was documented onto a list so we can see room by room what pieces were coming in which pieces we would leave behind. They were very generous in helping cut costs especially after the holidays when everybody is pretty much spent and tapped out. There’s no way possible that we could’ve done this month on her own so we really had to trust the right long-distance mover and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. I know there are people out there who had bad experiences With companies so it’s important to read up from clients as well as any other helpful resource you may have. Always moving is unbiased and more than fair.

  11. Fair.

    We found our states moving online while researching another company actually. We were reading some feedback from previous clients and decided to give them a call personally to see what they have to offer. It turns out what they were offering was much better than we originally had planned to move forward with. Thank goodness we were able to speak to them in time and made the proper arrangements and have always moving handle our relocation. They were always available and never treated us like we were second-best we were always Priority when we called and we appreciate that. We also appreciate not being overcharged were charged at the last minute you guys are an outstanding company and if we ever did move again we would be making one call directly to you.

  12. First call.

    All states moving where is the very first company to contact us. They called this within five minutes of submitting a request. Everybody that works for the company is very knowledgeable and they’re all willing to help all the time. They understand that moving can be expensive so they try to help the client save as much money as possible whether it be downsizing or just flat out discounting the move. There is always somebody available to speak to it didn’t matter what time it was we would always get a call or an email. We also got regular status updates on our belongings. They are a real company that does quality work.

  13. Enjoyable.

    We enjoyed our time working with all states moving. Out of all the companies we spoke too we felt like they were the best company for the job. We got the best overall pricing from them plus we had a sales team that was available anytime of the day or night. I had a blank inventory list of my own that I filled out because I work late and I was able to email them back-and-forth to my representative to get an estimate. That estimate included all the labor costs as well as all the gas and travel so as long as my list was correct there is no reason that any extra money should’ve been paid and It wasn’t. It’s a good feeling working with the company you can trust especially with your life long treasures on their truck. They had to do it again I would absolutely use them.

  14. Still waiting:(.

    We’re so disappointed in this company. Our furniture was picked up on 11/21 and we gave a first available date of 11/23. They asked for a cashiers check, so we gave them one. Fast forward a few days and they let us know that because we gave a cashiers check they needed to wait for it to clear, so our new first available date was adjusted to 11/27(by them- not us). Initially we were told that the items would be delivered within 3-10 days of our first available date. It’s now December 28th and we’ve been living out of a suitcase with our 4 month old baby and still don’t have our things. His crib, a huge container of our medicines, tons of important items we trusted to be delivered within a couple of weeks at most.
    I’ve spoken with our dispatcher Jeremy multiple times and he’d update us saying that the truck was ready but waiting for a driver, or waiting to be loaded, tons of different excuses that never matched up when we would ask another customer service rep who would answer. The most recent excuse was that the driver had our trip scheduled and even lived here in Florida which was “more incentive for him to get to us faster” but suddenly got injured and was in the hospital. Nobody would return our calls and now it’s the weekend so we’ll have to wait until Monday to try again.
    We’ve filed a complaint with the FMCSA and are now working with an attorney- which is not convenient or by any means something that we WANT to do. We just want our things. Absolutely the biggest mistake trusting this company.

  15. Close.

    I stayed in close contact with Allstate moving. Have an excellent staff who is available basically around the clock. They were very flexible and helping me get picked up and delivered in the timeframe I was asking for. Most companies were working late shifts during the holiday season but all states Moving that was not the case. They had trucks that they were looking to fill and I had the furniture so we both benefit and I save myself a lot of money by doing so. There on time for all their appointments phone calls emails whatever it was they were always available. Whenever I had any questions or concerns I called the same number and I spoke to the same person It was very convenient. So happy holidays to you and all your family you guys really helped out a lot.
