Liars and Theives.
They showed up 6 hours late with out calling to alert me of their delay and never answered their phones to give me an eta. I couldn't leave a voice mail because the box was full. once they finally showed up they " forgot" the forms to mark all my items but said they would do it that night once they got back to the warehouse and send me a copy in the morning. They called me to tell me that my price had doubled because the price they quoted me was less than what my items weighed, but that was the only time I received a call from them. I was promised a one week delivery guarantee! Even with daily calls, a police report, and many sleepless nights some of my items arrived 4 weeks later. They unloaded my items and then tried unloading other peoples items. I had to have them reload several items that did not belong to me. I lost a lot of high dollar items including my computer and dyson vacuum along with several boxes including several kids toys. I lost 8,000 dollars worth of items minimum and when I filed a report with their insurance company the insurance company denied me any payout since I had no list of items.. This company is TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM!!
They are not as great as they represent on into description.
They Good with Capitol letter. I ll be short. First minor but also important issue, schedule at 8-9 am and end up arriving at 10:15 am, I had to call myself and updated delay. No detailed info about extra charges, end up paying $2230 flat/binding price which beginning price was $1547.86. BUT they are truly professional movers, none of them wearied a back belt cause the way the worked seemed easy, accurate and safe. They really put love in to my belongings by wrapping every Item except boxes with blue moving pads and plastic wrap. Delivery was 1 day delay. Received call from driver about 2 days prior which was ok.everything arrived with no damages only few dishes, few picture glasses got broken since I packed and that'd PBO. Another thing, hopefully the will fix this issue, no communication. Hard to reach. Best way text massage. Here is the number of Dmitry he is a dispatch or customer service 818-312-0678. This Company does not Deliver.
I moved from Los Angeles to an out-of-state location about two weeks ago. My possessions from Ally were supposed to arrive 6 days later. It has now been over 2 weeks and I have received no word about my delivery. I've had to spend money buying a number of things that should have already been delivered. I plan to sue this company for the extra expenses incurred. .

I moved last week and hired Ally Relocation. I want to give them my highest recommendation! I scheduled my move with Hank, who was professional and very helpful. On my moving date, Ernie and Ricky showed up ON TIME and made my move sooo smooth and reallyquick. They were such good movers and both had such great attitudes. I was a little concerned the cost might be too high for me but it was so reasonable and worth every cent (including the tip I gave the Ernie and Ricky).

First off this company has nothingbut tweeakers n heroin addic erick is a thieve its been thtee months n I haven't recieve my stuff I csugh erivk smoking out of a glass pipe in his truck try to cheat me on the weihht n cubic feet don't make the same midtake I did n going with thede druggies.
