  1. DO NOT HIRE! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY!

    Summary - Bunch of unprofessionals including the operational manager Joe and Kent. They have no ethics, no respect for the customer. They don’t care about your furniture or the property getting damaged. All they care about is getting your money. Never give your credit card information at any cost, they will debit your money as they wish. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

    Got a crew of 3 for $159/hr, my final bill was $606.56. For that price, one would expect good service but it turned out to be a stressful week dealing with this company.

    My complaints

    1. They made 6 dents on the walls in my old property, two of them are big cracks. Note that this is a rental property and the lease ends the next day.

    2. They broke one dining chair, a dresser chest.

    3. All furniture also got scratches, none of them were wrapped.

    4. Money was debited the day after the move with no consent or discussion about the damages. I don’t understand how one would do that before settling the damages.

    5. On top of all of this mess, double charging the deposit money. They will take $75 deposit as part of the reservation but won’t deduct it in the final receipt. When you question it, you have to prove yourself by sending Joe your bank statement to prove it because they are unprofessionals with no proper paper trail to keep track of their own financials.

    I moved on a Sunday and informed Kent about the damages. I didn’t get any update on Monday from them and had to call AM Moving company in the afternoon multiple times before I get the operational manager (Joe) on call by evening. My lease ends the same day but they didn’t really care about what the customer’s situation is. Joe, the operational manager attends the calls by evening and says I had to wait for 72 hrs to get it fixed which basically means extend the lease for 3 more days. He charges my credit card the very next day(Tuesday) even though he hasn’t done anything for the property damage or the furniture damage. This is ridiculous. He sent a handyman on Wednesday to fix the dents on the wall but they did an average quick job, the patches are clearly visible on the wall. My owner took money out of the deposit for that damage and the 3-day lease extension. Nothing was done to address the furniture damages to this day (it has been two weeks since the move).

    Imagine this whole experience and the stress that you have to deal with for a week - the damages, the conversations you had to have with these unprofessionals, the time spent on fixing the damages, cleaning the home, extending the lease by a week. You charge a customer $606 for this kind of service? I haven’t yet received any refund from them and still battling with them for them to refund the money for the damages caused. No honest human would steal away money like this.

    What I need is -

    1. Compensate for the property damages

    2. Compensate for the additional days of lease extension

    3. Compensate for the furniture damage

    4. Compensate for the stress and time spent on dealing with the damages caused

    5. Compensate for the unprofessional service from the company

  2. Poor Moving

    I used this company in the past n they were grt so i hired them again, bad mistake on my part. they were slow and lazy which cost me an additional $300 in overages. Also they damaged my dresser in the back. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!

    Would not recommend this company. . Damaged my dining table. Scraped my wall . Very slow and disorganized. Put two charges thru to

    My bank . I had to wait 5 days to get my money back. It was $460.00. The owner was nasty when I called and reported the scraping the wall . Never apologized for anything . Depend on the crew they send.

    I used them 2 times . The first time was good - two Hispanic guys. The second time two white guys and one black guy was when I had the problems.
