    Arron and Ahkeem were great! I highly recommend this company, they did a great job! They were super friendly, helpful and made me feel at ease during an uncomfortable time.

  3. Do Not Use These Movers.

    Worst move ever! I literally moved down the street from a one bedroom apartment and it cost me over $300! Not to mention the unprofessional movers. I still had to move majority of my items. Also Ian just made nothing but excuses as to why their movers ruined my washer and dryer unit that was working properly until they moved it. As soon as they walked through my door they were asking for tips and haven’t touched a box to move. The second time they came to finish moving my washer and dryer unit and reconnect it properly they were asking for a tip again! Worst move ever! I now have to pay out of pocket for their lack of professional services.

    Please, no matter how tempting it is to buy that Groupon and use this moving service, stay far away from it. Just take my advice and do not use these movers. We spent almost three times the amount I was expecting, from my phone conversation with the office personnel. I understand that the discussion with the individual from the office was not an exact price and merely a quote of the estimated cost; however, how does a company say it should take about 3 hours to move you, when you inform them of every item you have to run, and then it turns into a 7 hour process. Keep​ in mind that the weather was beautiful, there was hardly any traffic, and the move was only around 4 miles. I feel like this company lures people into a trap. It seems like this company knows that they will attract people with the Groupon and then once they start moving you, you are at their mercy and on their time window. Let me say that this moving company believes in breaks on your dime. I understand that movers need to take a break especially in the heat; however, the movers that I had took numerous breaks and did not notify me. I am also upset that the movers threw empty water bottles and cigarette butts into the breezeway and parking lot of my apartment complex. I am not satisfied and will forever until the end of my days tell everyone I to come into contact to about my experience. Stay away from these people!

  5. Worst Moving Company Ever Dealing With!

    This company has the most unprofessional people from management to the workers themselves. They bully you if you leave negative reviews for them. The company responds by calling us mental, sick and nutters. The worked slow (it took 2 days to move a 2 bedroom apartment and we had to pay for the 2nd day as well..that's how they rip people off) Also, we have items broken, items missing (sleep number bed power cord, parts to a piece of furniture etc) Items that can easily be sold on eBay.The do not make things right only EXCUSES! After reviewing many reviews from other sources, they have been practicing these antics for far too long! DO NOT USE THEM!! There are other more reputable moving companies in the Birmingham, Alabama area that treat you right!

  6. Never showed up.

    I used them back in mid May- or tried to use them. Scheduled the appt. in March and was told they'd arrive between 12-6 pm. My husband and I had driven over 3 hrs to B'ham to help our daughter move to a new apartment (she had to be out of the old one by Sunday (Mother's Day). I called the day before to see if they could give me a closer time frame and the lady in the office told me "Sure - we'll be there between 1 and 3 pm". We got to B'ham at 11:00 am to make sure all the boxes and furniture were ready to load. At 5:30 pm, I get a call from their dispatch saying they were running a couple of hours behind, but that the first available team would call me shortly to give me an arrival time. I asked if we could leave to get something to eat, as we'd been waiting since 12:00 pm. He said "Get something 'to go' because they'll be calling you soon". I get a call at 6:15 pm and the driver says ""we are still unloading" and might be as late as 7:30 pm before we get there". Then he said, "We can do you first thing Monday morning if you don't want to wait" and I explained that my daughter had to be out of her apartment Sunday and we were heading back to Georgia Sunday afternoon". He said he understood and said they would call when they were heading my way. At 8:30 pm, I used my caller ID to call the driver back and apparently he had blocked my number because I got a message that said this number wasn't accepting calls. So I call dispatch back and ask him what's going on and he start's rushing to get me off the phone by saying, "I'll call him right when I hang up with you and make sure he calls you". By 9:15 pm, I called dispatch back again and he promised me that the driver would call me when he was finished. 9:45 pm - tried calling dispatch again and he had also blocked my number. So - we go find a hotel and I do some research and find out the name of the owner and leave her a FB message (and I was LIVID by that point). We end up renting a uHaul truck at 9:00 am and moved my daughter ourselves! Around 10:30 am, I get a text message from the owner and she tells me that one of the movers had gotten injured and that's why they never showed up. OK- I understand that stuff happens, but why did dispatch claim to have talked to the driver at 9:00 pm and then promised me I would be called - then BLOCKED my number! I told the owner that their website said that "in the event of an emergency, they reserved the right to reschedule a move within 24 hrs of the originally scheduled move time ". She claimed that didn't include Sunday.. only regular workdays.. even though there was NO exclusion for Sundays or non-work days stated on their website. I told her she also needed to find out why I was told the movers would be there between 1 and 3 pm and then why both the driver and dispatch blocked my number and no one had the courtesy to call me back after we had waited 10 HOURS! If the driver couldn't call me back, dispatch certainly could have.. So - my daughter who lives in Birmingham and works for a very large company said she would make sure incoming employees and friends know NEVER to use this company. As it ended up - I got to spend Mother's Day moving. This was a Groupon special, so I guess you get what you pay for.

  7. Do Not Hire This Company.

    This company states within their contract that you have forty eight hours to report any damage to your items. Really? Who knows within 48 hours that their items are damaged.Other moving companies give at least thirty days to report any damage. The driver lost the screws to both of my beds, broke several items, and severely damaged my dining room table by not initially determining that the entry way was too narrow to the table within the house. In addition, their fuel rate is ridiculous for 20 miles round trip I was charged $100.00. I guess you get what you pay for, I tried taking the cheaper route, and now I am stuck with damaged furniture and other goods.
