As soon as the truck arrived at our new home, we unpacked our belongings. We double-checked our inventory list to make sure everything was still there and functional, which it was. I was relieved to learn that the movers had exhibited no symptoms of discontent during the relocation.
I liked working with this company
They were fast, efficient, and super cautious with my furniture. They were super friendly with me and made my day with how courteous they were. They honestly take away the stress of moving. I recommend this company to everyone who's looking to move. They actually came earlier than my time.
Don’t do it!
Where to start…. Have them a complete inventory list, from myself and my husband, just to confirm we weren’t missing anything. We’re told the cost was around $4000, ok that’s fair, we were packing a 3br/3ba house. On moving day, they show up in a truck that was too small. They said they could go get a larger truck but it would cost more. When inventorying our things, my husband and I both told them 40-50 boxes. Apparently that box estimate was for 40-50 medium boxes. At no time were we told about box sizes. So because we had larger boxes and more stuff than we told them (we did not) we basically were railroaded into paying another $2000. We were also never told that it would be 5-10 business days before we got our delivery. The actual movers that did the move were very nice and polite. As of today, we’ve received one phone call back after our many attempts to call about a delivery date. And the one person we have talked to was rude and unprofessional. So we are on business day 12. No furniture, no idea when we will get our things. And no calls or updates. I’m fearful of the state of things when I do actually get my things. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, piece of sh*t “business” I have ever dealt with and would recommend to anyone looking to use them that they would be better off renting a covered wagon and horses and Oregon Trailing it across the country!

These movers moved all of my things in exactly 3 hours and they knew exactly what they were doing. Thank you to all three of the guys who put in a great effort today. I will use this company in the future

The employees have been fantastic, and this is their second flow of the day. They were kind, professional, and prompt, and they worked quickly and efficiently without causing any harm to either end of our flow. They were also on the money with the estimate they gave us ahead of time. We have been grateful for their efforts.

Seamless experience
I had two sets of movers since I needed my household moved to a different part of my house.They helped with putting felt on the bottoms of all of our furniture and were very careful. They were all around nice, interesting guys.
Professionals!
This group of guys was great, highly recommend them. We had a storage unit with them for several years and whenever we needed to access it they were very accommodating and friendly. They will get first shot at our business if we ever move.

My parents sent me my childhood stuff, like my blanket and comforters my toys and books and my very first computer which my father bought me in 2005. I had a great sentiments attached to that stuff. But American Knights company delivered all the stuff safe and secure. My computer is safe and other stuff as well.
