Miss informed information
I contacted America Prime Movers to move me from Florida to Tennessee. I gave then the list of items to be moved and size of house square footage to be moved. They quoted me little over $5,000 to do the move. I paid the deposit required, but when the movers showed up, the cost was way off. IT cost me almost $12,000 to get my items moved from Florida to Tennessee. It was not the movers fault as they were contracted by America Prime, whom I learned is not the actual mover but a broker. I would NEVER recommend using America Prime Movers to anyone. Beware of their false information.
Worst Company EVER
After looking for movers for 2 weeks and pricing out this company gave me a 1k lower offer to book that day so I did. BIG MISTAKE!!!! After trying to contact Richard (within their 72 hrs period) to discuss,Only
to find they NEVER answer the phone. On day 5 I started emailing with no response. I had to find another 800 number to try to contact I found online. I got a person CHRIS, to answer that line. Because sweet talking lying Richard is NEVER available after he gets your deposit!!!! Chris answered and was the rudest person I have ever encountered. I work in sales and I was appalled and disgusted. Pretty sure they see your number on the caller ID and just DO NOT answer! He stated a call back in 30 minutes....well 5 hours later I call back on both numbers over 10 times I get him back on the phone to be treated poorly again! Something in my instinct told me Do Not give these people anymore money! They again never returned my calls or emails for days! Never came to pick up either...just NOTHING!!!! I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY WHICH I HAD TO PAY MORE AND NOT GET A FULL.SERVICE. I also had to hire movers to move the large items in addition! What a headache as your going through a stressful.time anyways moving cross country!!!!!
I got a call from a young lady a day after the scheduled move to tell me she was hired by them to move me. I explained I had been trying to reach them and what I was experiencing with them.and that I had to hire a different company. She explained I wouldn't of even gotten my belongings from her for over a month!!!! That is clearly not what Richard stated either!!!!
A week after I am moved, George, sends me an email. Asking me to provide a cancellation email.within the 72 hour period and he will refund me....WTH!!!+ I told him I called several times with no response. He just never responded to me. I just sent another email, because obviously I need to have a paper trail to deal with this shady company. I found out about the fraudulent companies in FL and this is one of them!!!!
I gave them a 1600 deposit and still have not seen a refund and no response still. Glad I did not give these people 1 more dim. I see how they operate they are scammers!!!!

If you never want to see you items ever again in your life; yes hire them. They will hire a subcontractor that will make sure that happens. Understand! Got it! Do NOT HIRE THESE THEIVES

Worst company on the planet, liars and thieves. Stay away, they rope you in and then attempt to steal your money. I am a consumer advocate attorney and am filing a formal complaint with the Florida States Attorney General's Office. Stay away. Terrible company.
Was supposed to receive my items almost a month ago.
I still have yet to receive my things and the logistics company that they contracted with cannot be reached by America’s Prime Movers or myself so I have no idea IF or WHEN my items will come. Will be pursuing police involvement and contacting my family’s attorney. Why use a logistics company that you can’t trust to service your customers? Terrible company and terrible service.
Lied about being a moving company
Yes was told by Sam the owner that he would be in contact with me during the delivery never heard another word from him a bunch of liars and yes just because lm ex military you mess with my money l can get ghetto so please don’t respond with any of your lies you stated that you were the ones moving me not someone you contacted out to pick up my stuff l had was a brief case that disappear with all my military information you need to a review of the companies you hire we shouldn’t have to go thru thus type of issue if l would of none you were a broker l would of never hired your company
Canceled 5 days before my move
Booked my move 3 months in advance 5 days before my move they canceled, said they couldn't do my move. Asked about a refund, no response complete scam company, don't waste your time.
Moving experience
This is the worst brokerage firm. They are incompetent they never answer the phone. They are rude and dismissive. The company they used to transport my goods were 5 hours late and attempted to over charge me and didn't have enough room to even transport my goods. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they claimed to only speak Spanish and refused to allow me to speak to someone directly. When I asked for someone at the corporate office they acted as if they didn't know the number. This company is not legitimate at all. I spoke to the broker who initiated my move and he informed me it was after hours and I informed him the moving company arrived after hours and I have a valid complaint. The broker Richard never called me back or add me to a group chat as promised. I am out of my deposit and now I have to find a reputable company to transport my goods.

Another Nightmare Situation - Long Distance Move from TX to NY
The worst movers you could deal with - it seems only intention it to blackmail and rip-off customers
1) Day of the pickup - the pickup person is not reachable and they request to reschedule at last minute
2) They arrange for another mover after 10 calls
3) There is a blackmail and rate increased from $3.25 per cf to $4.18
I do not have any choice at the last minute because I have flights booked. They know how to keep you on hook.
Worst experience bring me my stuff
These people are trash they still haven’t brought my stuff all these 5star comments are fake and lies. This moving company is absolutely terrible the worst experience of my life. These people never came on time to pick up my stuff, they don’t pick up calls and when they do they put you on hold and never come back. They are always giving the run around. This company is absolutely unprofessional unreliable disrespectful and disgusting. American prime movers if you see this give us our stuff you thieves. We are at the point of suing this company. Please people don’t use this company Ever.
Great service
I had one of the best experiences, you see with every company is going to have bad reviews. But i took a chance and I was very pleased with Americas Prime Movers. If I do move again, I will be choosing them no matter what.
No delivery
We were picked up April 21st & have yet to see our things. These brokers stopped taking my calls shortly after I was picked up. I moved on to trying to deal with the moving company. Turns out these brokers gave us terrible movers & did not tell us what moving company was taking our stuff therefore we had no chance to vet them ourselves. America's Prime has done nothing to resolve the issue. Instead, when I call them, I'm told to "stop calling so much" & "it's really busy with people leaving the midwest". I've asked for a full refund & been denied. I've been offered a "discount" & asked to remove reviews. Reputable companies do not do business like this, stay away.
Day 31 and still no belongings
We scheduled a move for April 21st with brokers America Prime Movers for delivery on April 23rd at the earliest. We still have not received our belongings but also have yet to have anyone call us for an update or an indication as to when we should see our belongings again. My wife calls everyday, with promises to be called back with info only to have to call again the next day. She is brought to tears by the office staff, transferred to people that are never in the office, hung up on and lied to on a daily basis. She asked for a copy of our contract, noting happened. When called and given “Jerry’s” number, some guy who supposedly is a supervisor he ignores or ask her to text him a reminder only for that to go unheard. After several days we have a copy of contract and still no idea when we are to receive our belongings. We are currently on day 31 with no property that we paid these thieves to move. We have yet to see our stuff here in Orlando. We were given American Home Relocation out of Carol Stream, IL by brokers America's Prime Movers. To contact as the brokers will not answer our calls anymore. DO NOT USE either of these companies...EVER!
