Best moving company I ever used
Apex moving group is the best company I ever used. I been using moving companies for the last 7 years. Apex moving group assured me they would handle everything from start to finished. I was beyond impressed with the work they did from start to finish. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond. I highly recommend apex moving group to anyone!

PleaseI beg you if you need to move never I repeat never use Apex Moving company. I have absolutely nothing to gain from writing this review but you have everything to loss. First Beware of GAVIN FOX. He will be the one who initially contacts you and goes over your contract and their pricing. Beware he appeared to be knowledgeable and trustworthy but once he got my initial down payment he never returned any of my multiple daily calls or emails I made days before my move.
In fact No one from the Apex company returned my calls. They only pick up the phone when I used another business line that was not recognized in their system. Corey contacted me on eday before my move( instead of the promised 5 to 7 days ) to go over my inventory. Nothing had changed in what needed to be moved from my apartment but somehow he generated a new price that was $1000 more than the original quote. The movers came12/31/2021 30 minutes late and wanted to charge me another $500 because they had to use the elevator in my building to access my apartment. Apex stated in the original contract as well as verbally that there would no charge for use of the elevator. The movers stated that their contract was different from Apex and if I wanted my stuff to be moved I had to pay an additional $500 elevator fee. He also added additional charges for handling glass tables that were already packed. This was again never stated in the orignial contract. I told him to leave and had to find another moving company in less than 24 hrs. I lost the original down payment of $752.00 paid out to Apex Moving Company and had to pay several thosands of dollars to get my apartment moved this weekend.
Please Apex company is a wolf in sheep clothing.

Worst experience of our lives. We paid $3550 to Apex for NOTHING! Our furniture wasn’t picked up on time. We had to pay the new owners of our home $400 to move our belongings into the garage. When truck finally showed up, he asked for $7700, not the $2500 that Apex quoted us. It took 2 more days for our stuff to be picked up, and another $300! Now, we have no idea where our furniture is. The driver who took our belongings did not answer his phone. We contacted Apex and they said each time we called, “we will reach out to the carrier to get an ETA on your delivery “. No call back. We call Apex again and again, still no answer from the carrier. It’s now been 30 days, and we have no idea where our belongings are. We moved from No. California to North Carolina, for a new start, and to be near family. We are in escrow on a new house, and now have no furniture or clothing, no electronics, no pictures of our children, my late grandmother’s wooden hutch and Hummel collection. This robbery! We paid almost $12,000, and have nothing. This is criminal! We just want our stuff!

Let me start my saying this company is TRASH and a SCAM!!!!!! STAY AWAY BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY!!! I gave a deposit and was scheduled to have my belongings pick up on the 28th then got a call less than 24 hours later stating one of the guys got into a car accident and had to reschedule for next day……Next day came along, I was preparing for them to pick up my belongings and once again I got a call 30mins prior to my schedule time stating “the truck is having mechanical issues” and was told they would have to reschedule 2/3 days after. At this time, I’m outraged. They were supposed to call me back for a solution, NEVER got a call back. I called multiple times both Apex and Van lines of America and left VMs still no call back answer. The next day, I called back with still no answer. PLEASEEEE, do me and yourself a favor and do not go with this company. They are not liable and with very poor communication skills and UNPROFESSIONAL. NOW I have to call my bank to get my deposit back as they did not provide me the service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!’

Apex moving group was easy to work with and nice to talk to. They have me a very competitive quote and we’re ready to get everything moved ASAP!
Excellent movers
I spoke to a couple of reps and they were all really great. They kept me informed the whole time. The crew showed up on time and they were really friendly. Everything was wonderful. I've been through multiple military moves and this is the best move I've ever been through.
