Fraud and Lied.
We were initially in contact with David. He was nice and informative. We requested our items be delivered and sure enough they were on time. When they arrived to my condo building, they arrived in a semi truck(which we knew nothing about). Upon walking up to the truck driver he told me every 75 feet they walk is another charge. They told me that David instructed them to come anyways knowing that it would not work. They refused to open the truck until we paid another $400 so they can get a different truck when this was not our fault. They had a choice to come in a smaller truck but didn’t becuade David wanted another $400 out of us. Long story short, both my surfboards were damaged. My guitar was damaged and our jewelry box with all our jewelry was missing. Of course the most expensive item with the most expensive contents go missing. This man obviously stole our item and is no longer calling us back. He is ignoring our phone calls and saying that he doesn’t know where our item is. For proof I took pictures of all the items before they were sent.I will be filing a police report and reporting him to the better business burea so his company will he shut down and he can’t scam anyone else.

The worst mover company!
We were told they’ll deliver our things within 2 weeks after pick up. 2weeks later the person David text me that our things are in LA & will not load it to the truck until we give him additional payment. My husband went ahead & give him additional payment on Friday comes Monday David again texted my husband stating that they wouldn’t deliver because they didn’t get the money?? Then they settled to be given the full amount upon delivery CASH/MONEY ORDER. My new TV is broken. My COUCH have GUM all over including my plastic storage boxes are damaged! I texted David with the picture of my tv & nasty couch NO REPLY. Seriously this company added stress to our move!! Paid additional almost $300 for materials & our tv not even wrapped in bubble wrap nor boxed! They’re all about money & not care for customer satisfaction! My boxes, appliances & furniture were delivered this Monday & so far I saw broken TV, COUCH with chewed gum & dinted FRIDGE & DRYER! No Reply from the person who COLLECTED OUR MONEY.
NEVER USED THIS COMPANY!
THEY’LL PUT YOU THROUGH HELL!!
They use a broker who you can never contact after collecting they’re part of the MONEY!
Very Bad Experience..please Dont Hire This Company For Moving.
Very bad experience with BBB movers.
DAVID JOHNSON was the person I was contacted and initially they were very polite and took the order and gave good discount.
items were picked up on 5th July 2018. I asked for 30days storage, as per policy they provide free storage. I asked them to deliver on Aug 6th..but after multiple calls and emails I got my items on Aug 23rd 2018.
all the boxes were got damaged, when I asked the deliver guy he told its not his fault, packaged were already damaged at storage.
my daughter bike and helmet was not delivered. deliver guy was so rude until I gave complete amount he did not open the truck doors.
i was keep on calling or messaging DAVID JOHNSON for my bike and damage no reply or call back.
PLEASE DONT BOOK THIS MOVERS THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND THERE IS NO ON TIME DELIVERY , IF YOU LOST SOME THING THERE IS NO REPY BACK..

This review is long overdue and I cannot say enough good about this company. I've never had to deal with a moving company before as a women, something keep telling me this was the one of course my feelings were right. Everybody at company was wonderful, especially due to hurricane Matthew came through at the time of move, I had to change dates 3 times. There was never a problem & anyone I spoke to said no worries we understand. This is a company that I would recommend to anyone making a move, everyone is so professional, especially my movers. Duwain & David were the BOMB!! So professional, sweet, upbeat personality, &; Helped any way possible to make this so pleasant. My Mom was totally amazed with Duwain & David, she said she could not believe how well & fast they work together & packaging, wrapping everything so well. Was moving my Mom from Las Vegas, NV to Boca Raton, FL. When we arrived at drop off location a couple of her neighbors came over & said when they moved into there the company they hired could not back the truck down in the cul-de-sac & had to shuttle all her stuff, my guys had no problem what so ever. They were amazed at them & I told them I guess you hired the wrong company, they laughed & said they wish they had went with Call Me Van Lines. The price was great, not to mention again my guys were the BOMB!! Could not ask for any better. I hope their boss gives them a nice vacation & a nice bonus, because that's what makes a company earn the respect it deserves. Also at time of pickup their boss called me to check & see how things were going & also called back later after move to make sure things were right. I think this was very nice, how many people would do this!! Also dispatch called me to see how things were going, I said GREAT. No problems what so ever, if anyone is thinking of a big move I would definitely recommend giving this company a call first. Hope this will help someone else with a move they are planning. This was a very large move ; price very reasonable. I want to thank everyone one that helped me with this, especially Duwain and David & of course the rest of you with the company. Thanks so much again for everything!! My Mom is still amazed !! If by any chance I had to do this again I will definitely call them again!! THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU!! You are the BEST!! Movers had to break down almost everything & wrap also set up & unwrap. Not to mention all the walking they had to do from pickup location, due to such small road with deep ditches on both sides. This was up & down driveway on hill. My Husband has drove semi trucks for a living before & also was director of training school, semi trucks heavy equipment for 25 years. He said there was no way the guys would be able to make that turn, also said he could not even do it. Said there was no way, they do need some room, people need to take things like this into consideration. My husband also said he would not even attempt, & said I feel sorry for driver. Which this was very true!! Again very pleased with service I received from all involved in this move, everything went according to plan.
