1. Don't Use This Company.

   Best Cross Country Movers are no good. They lied to me. I had a contract and then 2 weeks before the move they tried to raise the price. This is their pattern as verified by 29 Better Business Bureau complaints in 12 months. They get you over the barrel and then squeeze you for more money. They told me the person who made the original contract no longer works for the company. I told them that is not my problem, but they will not return my deposit. Check the complaints at Better Business Bureau.

2. Do Not do Business Here!!

   All good reviews are from employees as they all generate from the same IP. Had a nightmare of a move with thus company on april. They arrived a day earlier than the contract stated. Increased the cost of the move by 40% once they arrived and broke a 47 inch tv. Beware all!! Do not let them move you. Now I can't get anyone in the office to answer a phone to file a claim along with absolutely NO reassembly at delivery address EVEN THOUGH the price was increased 40%. They just dropped everything in the living room and left. UPDATE: also a surround sound receiver that no longer works at all..

3. These guys are beyond amazing!

   I have used them multiple times, and all of the times they were superb. They were very fast, professional and just all around nice and kind. They were also very careful and super-efficient. I will definitely use them again and would totally recommend! 10/10!

4. 100% recommended!

   Crew showed up on time at the pickup address and were quick and efficient with the move. They wrapped everything and strapped all items down properly in the truck. When I'm again moving within the city I'll definitely be giving them a call.

5. Highly recommended!

   We used Best Cross Country Movers to move fro a one bedroom move. 3 guys came and wrapped up all our furniture, heavy mirrors, and frames. They were even able to help us bring down 2 old TVs, a desk, and bookshelf that we weren’t bringing with us but we needed to remove from the apartment.

   David and his crew arrived on time, very friendly, worked pretty quickly through a decent sized job, particularly because there was a long walk to my new apartment unit. Going into the new house, they were very careful and attentive to make sure all items went where they needed to go. Very happy with them.

   I can say this with no second thought that all the workers are highly professional and they know all what they are doing. My brother booked Best Cross Country Movers. He was worried about any dents and breakage but they were professional in everything and transferred everything without any loss.

   From disassembling the furniture, to pack and load our belongings, to unload the items on arrival, the movers were great with us. There was nothing they said no to. I am happy that I get linked with them. I would highly recommend these fine gentlemen for any move, as it was very professional and a good value move.

    Best Cross Country Movers and his team were extremely responsive and helpful. I must have researched 10-15 movers before picking any moving company but the reasonable rates and responsive team made my move a great one. I highly recommend using them to all the people out there.

    The guys from Best Cross Country Movers packed everything nicely and carefully. The movers were very punctual. Most importantly, the moving price was extremely reasonable. The whole crew were polite, friendly and worked very hard for the move. They made a stressful day much easier.

I was shocked that they were able to pack up and move us so quickly. They delivered everything in great shape. The price was pretty fair. I highly recommend this compnay.

15. Do Not Recommend Best Cross Country Movers.

    Move estimate was low by 33%.
    Delivery estimate, once material was picked up, increased by 86% ( from 3-10 days to 18-21 days)
    
    Mover has a weird definition of when the delivery clock starts. After informing you of what the window is for delivery "time" (e.g., 3 - 10 days), they calculate the delivery "date" starting with the date you request the goods be at the destination. Of course, it's a no-win situation if you do the simple math of pickup date + minimal delivery time. In short, your furnishings will never arrive anywhere close to the first date you put down for when you want the goods delivered. They also have a notion of "business" days even though the drivers (who at pickup ask for a delivery "date") delivery any day of the week.
