Since I have asked you repeatedly to remove my company from your market and you insist on redirecting my traffic to your advantage. I will be reporting you to DOT for using my # with my permission. And I will be seeking damages to my brand as well A1-transport my Eye! Email address all contact info that I have asked to be removed (3) years ago!
Very Unprofessional.
The two helpers were pleasant. The person in charge, Keith Hardin, was unprofessional in his appearance, behavior, and communication skills. He was also irresponsible.
On the day of the move he wore a wife beater t-shirt and kept throwing it up in the behind showing his underwear near the end of the move when he was angry and using profanity.
His behavior was rude and unacceptable. He was threatening and used bullying tactics prior to finalizing the move. Made reference to showing his female helper how to use a knive to take care of business in my presence. At one point he sent his helpers out and threaten to not finish my move until I paid him the remaining portion through a PAY PAL account. Did not tell me this at first. Took the first part of my payment by check.
He was irresponsible in that he did not show up prepared to begin moving. They took 45 mins. or more to clean the PENSKE rental truck out putting the trash and recycle in my bins. They left for a 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. lunch break, not realizing he was only delaying the move. Refused to lock the truck with some of my items on the truck when they left. Said he didn't have a lock and said my lock wouldn't work without allowing me to try it.
Failed to communicate as to how long the lunch break would be and I had to call them to find out what time they were coming back to finish the loading. He used lots of profanity in front of his workers, myself, and my daughter (words like - dam, gd, mf, and sh--), rude tone of voice, and made several accusations (I added more items, I didn't trust them because I took my purse to another room), I had played games with them all day - because I closed the garage when they left for lunch).
There are other things I could say to vouch for his unprofessionalism but it would make for a much longer review. This could have turned out to be a much worse situation. I refused to argue with him and was relieved when they were finished late in the evening. Will not use his services again.
A few items were damaged and since I'm not finished unpacking, I am unable to determine if anything is missing.
Military move.
Great experience with Best Price Movers. They unloaded a large POD at my new residence. Communication was great and they were very flexible with my schedule. They were very careful to avoid damaging my wooden floors, and they were knowledgable about the assembly/disassembly of pieces of furniture. Would highly recommend to anyone needed moving assistance in the Columbus area.
