Great guys! They arrived on-time and did a great job!
I moved from a 4th floor apartment, to a home with a ridiculous driveway. Apparently, my entire apartment building was moving the same day and using the same elevator. Also, the home I was moving into was in a far away land. Not the easiest move, but Selvin and alex were amazing. They were professional and efficient. Even though there were many obstacles, they handled them like it was just another day in the office. When I move again, I will definitely use them. Thanks for the great service!

Highly recommend this company. Honest pricing, great guys who work hard to move your stuff safely. Will put your things where you want it. Friendly and professional, from front office to the movers themselves. After reading reviews and pricing on other movers in my area, it was easy to choose this company. Best moving company in West Palm Beach, FL.
Amazing movers!! Wow, these guys are fast, reasonable and honest. They meticoulusly explained to me about my moving cost upfront, any additional coverage, extra time. And even sent me contract to sign online to avoid misunderstanding! Prior the moving date, the send me a reminder and on the moving date they call me when the were on they way and arrvie 5 minutes before the moving time. I was kind of surprise to see how happy were the movers and ready to work. Fortunately, it was a very small local move in west palm beach, but they did the complete move in less then 2 hours. I was so pleased with the entire service, I even gave each movers a $50 tip. They are simply the best local movers EVER! Great moving experience..

After reading up online reviews about Big Star Moving, I decided to go with them for my move..and I'm so glad that I did! I was forced to change the moving time and location the day-of, but my sales contact was accommodating and helpful. The crew was early, quick, professional and did an outstanding job. He made sure to take the time to ask me where I wanted my things and the entire experience was painless. I'll be using them for my next West Palm beach, FL move and so should you!..

I hired Big Star Moving for a move from West Palm beach, FL to North Palm Beach, FL. I could not be happier with the job done by Big Star Moving crew. They worked extremely hard, did everything I could've hoped for in helping me out on both ends of the move, were great people who were extremely polite and cheerful throughout the entire process, took the highest care not to damage our stuff or the houses on each end, and generally made every effort to make sure we were served perfectly by them.
On top of all that, the price was the best I was offered for a "full service" move. I highly recommend Big Star Moving and will refer my friends, family and colleagues without hesitation. Don't even waste your time having other companies come to your home for a survey and estimate. The surveyor from Big Star Moving was the most skilled and made the best weight estimate of those I had at the house.
The two large national companies I had out for an estimate made me feel as though I was about to get scammed. One gave a wildly high weight estimate and then offered a very high, set price. The other made a wildly low weight estimate and offered what seemed to be a reasonable price. Not so much. If I went with them I would've ended up paying way more than the estimate. Big Star Moving's weight estimate was very close to the actual weight of my belongings and the final price was very close to their offer, within 5-7 percent. Kudos to Big Star Moving for a job well done!!
Outstanding move.
This was our 2nd outstanding move with Big Star Moving. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. Great attitudes, personalities, and strong work ethic. Very responsible and careful in padding, wrapping and moving our furniture without any damage. We heartily recommend this West Palm beach, FL moving company and this awesome team! A moving company!
Big Star Moving men worked hard but were so gentle handling everything. Very polite and professional. They work with the sweetest smile on their faces (I love it :D). Surprisenly they wrapped the big fiurniture in plastic wrap to protect items during the move. Highly recommend them if you are in West Palm beach, FL area. A moving company!

Fantastic experience.
Had just a fantastic experience with Big Star Moving and crew. They were friendly and had the best attitudes the whole day despite having a "long carry", and stairs to navigate. Moving is a huge pain, but these guys made it a great day. Very grateful and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in West Palm beach, FL area.
