Local Move
This was the first time we used Cento for our move and could not have asked for better customer service. Renee was always professional, friendly and made the move one of the easiest we have had. The moving team, Kevin, T and Brian were amazing. They were highly professional, made the move in less time while making sure each of our belongings were carefully handled. I highly recommend Cento.
Great local move
Cento Family Moving did an outstanding job of packing and moving for me. Each of the team members was efficient, very pleasant, and professional. The move was completed in less time than I had anticipated. I highly recommend them.
Stolen belongings.
Used this company for my move and they were very rough with our belongings. Threw all of our things into the truck and shoved it all in to fit. Upon unpacking a of our boxes we are “missing” an Xbox and all the accompanying games, a portable Bluetooth speaker, and all of our bath towels (of all things?). Would not recommend this unprofessional company that seems to think they have a license to steal since you sign away your rights when you sign for the move.
Will be using from now on.
Renee was great to work with and helped me as a new person be able to get what I needed, fairly. The men who came with the truck that day were very kind, answered any new person questions and helped me with whatever I needed. Stuff was packed well and they were extremely quick! I was so afraid of my highly expensive TV but thankfully I had my own box and the guys understood so they handle with care. I will be using Cento from now on.
Move From Longwood to Apopka.
The entire experience was outstanding! The estimate process and recommendations were accurate and very helpful. Communication was proactive and checked in several times up to the day of the move. Both moving crews loading and later unloading were very friendly and experienced. We never had to ask for anything. They anticipated our needs and did what was needed. Moving from Orlando to Lake County.
If I could give them 10 Stars I would. The 2 gentlemen (John and Courtney) that came to move us, were on time, polite and very detail oriented. They handled our furniture with care, wrapped and taped each piece. At the unloading they reviewed where each piece was to be placed and proceeded accordingly. We were very impressed with how conscientious they were even to making sure our cat didn't get out. And the quote and final cost were right on target. We highly recommend this company and would use them again. Thanks so much Granny Fay and Linda.
Not in good faith negotiator - terrible experience.
Negotiated a price for what I thought was a fair amount. On day of pack/load was presented a bill to sign off on. It was reasonable and in line with estimate. On move in day was presented another price for the move in that blew the budget. Attempted to blame higher price on more items to move however there were many items that they did not have to move. Was treated poorly in attempting to dispute the claim. Use anyone you can but this dishonorable and untrustworthy business. Never again.
Stay Away.
Horrific experience! I got a quote from them and decided to use them over other companies because they came recommended. When the movers got there, they were complaining from the start. It took them 30 min before they even lifted anything. The one gentleman spent more time on the phone than moving. We moved more boxes out to the driveway than they did. An hour into it they had a third guy arrive to help. He was able to speed things but but we also added two more people on our side to help move things. When it was time to pay they added $40 an hour to the rate for the third person. The owner was so rude and wouldn't even speak to me. He said he would call on Monday to discuss because I was unhappy but still no call. One of the movers said that the owner does this all the time. He under quotes the time and price and when its done he jacks the price up.

Cento Family Moving & Storage is Absolutely Wonderful!
When I decided to move and was going to pick a mover I was not excite about having to start THAT whole process but a co-worker said they had used Cento Moving when they moved and were happy. My past experience with movers has not been pleasant so I was really dreading this adventure. You know the guys and truck show up are not really nice, don’t care about your possessions so you have to watch every move they make as they pick up your belonging and throw them in a truck!
Well…. I wanted to reach out and let you know how VERY PLEASED AND SATISITED I am with the services provided by Cento Family Moving & Storage. I started the process on line which was very painless, talking to Connie and Felipe in the office….. they are WONDERFUL I could tell they really cared about me and my move!
Moving day came, Bryant and Jerry showed up a few minutes early, introduce themselves and went right to work. Bryant and Jerry where very personable and provided great customer service taking time to communicate with me. The guys wrapped in blankets and shrink wrapped each piece of furniture before it went into the truck and treated it like it was their own. I didn’t feel like I had to watch everything they did… as a matter of fact I just got out of the way and they did their thing. I had a couple of totes in a shed out back that I hadn’t gotten around to moving to the garage and Bryant grabbed a dolly walked back and retrieved and loaded them.
Moving is a very stressful thing to do but then lets add moving around the holidays to it … OMG what was I thinking… But my whole experience with Cento from Connie, Felipe, Bryant and Jerry made the experience very painless and I was actually under the quoted amount. THANK YOU to all of you I will definitely recommend you to anyone that is needing to move YOU ARE ALL AWESOME!!

Moving a third floor apartment.
My wife and I moved to a home from a third floor apartment and we did have anyone to really help us move during the week. Her sister recommended Cento Family Moving and we could not have been happier for how everything turned out. They moved everything and under the estimated time frame. Everything was moved safely and the movers were not only professional but also very friendly. We would definitely recommend Cento Family Moving to anyone looking for movers!

PRICE GAUGING and broke furniture.
Here is my Honest review on Cento Moving company that I personally hired for my elderly parents move on 7/13/18. Moving from storage in Ocoee to home in Haines City, Florida My initial impression based on my interaction with Connie in office was great Connie initially was very professional, and very pleasant as she handled my initial inquiry and questions. It is a shame that based on my first impression I wasn't able to rate a better experience with Cento Moving which quickly DECLINED along with Connie as the day progressed. Met crew leader Bryant who had the three man crew. Started off with one of the laborer running about an hour and half late for the job. What started off with an agreed upon cost of $1472 for two 10x25 storage unit quickly ending in trying to charge us close to $2000 for only one unit due to Bryant stated we had double the items we initially listed on inventory sheet. Keep in mind price was initially based off of an 8000 pound weight they came up with based on items I listed on their website. Which Bryant is basically stating they moved 16,000 pounds of items and furniture in one storage unit. Which according to their process is calculated only when each item is entered in computer. Not sure how Bryant calculated did manually on site since it wasn't entered in system. I Attached both list for review. I was told by owner Felipe the cost would be more but nothing crazy and received no communicate on rate until they arrived to the new location two hours after leaving storage. Keep in mind the distance between storage unit and home is only 50minutes. Also I was never advised by Connie drive time is part of labor hours apparently I am paying for those hours. That was NEVER DISCLOSED over the phone with Connie was told price includes assembly of furniture. was told no by Bryant when they arrived to home. Worst part of it all received call from Friendly Connie who WASNT so friendly anymore and lost all of those kind and professional skills she so pleasantly displayed at point of sale. She advised her crew could no longer finish the job due to we had double the items and in her own words stated "my guys can't stay there all night they have another job tomorrow and are going to be tired" She advised they could not get back out there till Tuesday mind you it was Friday. Leaving my elderly parents to incur additional cost not just from Cento, but also storage facility, and cost for new movers I had to scramble and stress about on a VERY SHORT notice. Since Cento DROPPED THE BALL on that. Spoke to Felipe and explained situation received NO EMPATHY, FLEXIBILTY, But a cold argumentive response. Not good for client customer relations. I refused to sign any paperwork that would say I agreed to any additional charges and was told by Felipe who already ordered the three man crew to stop unloading and lock up truck, that if I don't sign paperwork he would be coming to the home and by not signing I am basically authorizing him to leave with my parents personal belongings, which in turned caused me to call Haines City Police enforcement to have our items released, by me unwilling signing on the terms of $1600 payment for only half of our items, and the rest left in storage. Was stressed beyond reason that day and all because a company who I put trust in to help my elderly parents have a seamless move was to focused on business instead of really taking a real problem and bringing a reasonable solution for both parties that in turn would have resulted in a better rating and review. I am seeking a fair resolution for my parents, as I feel this was Price gauging and Cento was not true to their estimated figures given initially. Based on my experience I would not recommend their services however I do believe if a company is willing to accept their mistakes I would be willing to give an additional review based on the type of resolution Cento is willing to provide, as I know these negative review can affect any future business. My intent is not to affect their business, but to give Cento the opportunity to MAKE THIS RIGHT!!
Very Disappointed.
I used Cento Family Moving to move from my home, storage for 1 month, and move into temporary apartment. Connie Lake, in the office, is OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately, the packers are poor (except for 1 gentleman from NY), wasted time discussing movies while my clock was running. I was told that the time needed to pack was "underestimated"! Needed to allow more time for conversation, I guess. More than 1/2 the boxes were not marked with the room the contents came from, much less identifying the contents. 1 living room end table has broken leg; wicker chair is damaged at the top and is unravelling; Copper Chef pans were not wrapped and are now scratched. These are the items I have seen. Due to lack of labelling, though I am in only temporary housing, I need to open every box. I am told that there will be no consideration for the extra time charged to pack, the lack of labelling, nor the damage, though I was charged many thousands of dollars for this temporary move. For sure, I will not hire Cento Family Movers for my next move, coming up shortly.
Cross Town Review.
This is the 2nd time that I have used Cento in the last 9 months.
First was a cross country (the detailed review is here) This past move was from the temporary apartment home to our permanent home (4 bedroom, 2 bath)
The guys again were great to work with. Connie in the office had us set up and scheduled. The crew showed up right on time and it took less than 4 hours to get us packed and loaded We chose to pack most of the stuff and have the crew pack up the large items (TV, pictures, mattresses,and so on).- moved across town and then unloaded and set up in the new location.
Never any surprise fees or problems. I just recommended them to my realtor who just bought a new house and is moving

Chris and the Cento Moving family are FANTASTIC. I was having a difficult time finding a reputable moving company. Everyone I looked at had bad reviews and problems with BBB. I heard about Cento Family moving on the radio from some people that I trust and respect so contacted them. Chris got back to me right away. I was really worried about my moved from Dallas Tx to Orlando but Chris helped me through it all. We chose to pack most of the stuff and have Chris and the crew pack up the large items (TV, pictures, mattresses,and so on). They showed up even a bit early on packing day and had us all moved out in no time. I had a couple of special items and the guys took extra care packing them up for me. When other companies told me that it could take up to 2 weeks from the time of pick up to delivery .. Chris told me 3 days and I asked to make it 4 and he was there. They laid out a runner over the carpet and stairs and Chris and the crew started moving us in. They set up the bedroom exactly as we wanted it and the rest of the house too so quick and carefully. NOT ONE damaged item. Then came the big surprise. Everyone had told me to prepare for about 10% additional on the day of delivery well that is where the surprise came in NOT A PENNY MORE than the estimate.
I highly highly recommend Cento Family Moving and Storage.
