Horrible.
If I could I would give them zero stars. I did not get my things for 3 months, my calls were not answered, I was constantly hung up on, and told so many lies. I was told I would have a consultant through the process, it was their selling point for me actually and right after I booked that consultants phone line and email went dead. It came to the point that they told me they did not know where my things were and to just start planning accordingly. I was promised compensation for this by multiple people and when the time came was offered none. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and been treated towards as a customer. I beg every person who sees this for their sake do NOT book with them so that they do not have to go through what I did.
Chiarella transportation & relocation services is a FRAUD.
Chiarella transportation & relocation services come into agreement with me to transport home goods from San Francisco to Chicago. They charged me at the time of packaging again for packaging of my TV in spite of contract that the packaging was included in the quote. They promised to deliver the goods in a couple of weeks. I made A numerous phone calls to the owner Tony and he told me every time that my goods are in transition.
Their office phone never answered to my messages, they don't have any e-mail address. Many times, my phone calls were just ignored. I received the goods only in two months and they refuse let me check the inventory until I pay the balance in cash. I noticed that my vacuum cleaner was destroyed, and driver made a note. When I unpacked my boxes, I noticed that my Visual Reality HP - OMEN by HP Desktop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB was missing. It costs approximately $1,500. Also, the UE- ultimate ears speaker was missing from the package too. Since they didn't let me check all my staff and already left I couldn't claim these items.
I put a claim with Movingclaims.net that was on my agreement for Insurance and they drag their feet, asked me for signing documents with Notary and on May 2 I received a settlement for only $60!
It was a joke, but I decided to move on with my life. The movingclaim.net sent me e-mail that now I am on my own and should get check from Chiarella Transportation because they are not an Insurance Co, but just estimators. To make long story short I contacted owner Tony by phone and text messages many times and he was lying again and again that first he already sent a check, will send it next week, he is out of the country or just ignored my calls and messages.
Please, understand that this $60 compensation is nothing compare to all my losses and troubles I had with this Company. They shouldn’t be in business and destroy people life.
