SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Our walls were scratched, furniture scratched/gouged, dishonest pricing, clothing dropped in mud, items missing, rude employees, receptionist Tracy hangs up on phone calls, etc. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE.

DO NOT hire this company if it is even a company! I am pretty sure it's 1 guy who acts like other people. I Got a quote and all the documents for the move a week prior to moving Then at 4:30pm the night before they are suppose to show up at 8:30 the next morning they call and say they don't actually own the size truck they said and it was going to be $1000.00 more. The so called manager wouldn't even get in the phone so either it's the one guy or this manager is the worst employee ever. Again if you want to get scammed use them.. I will also be calling the Better business Bureau on them.
And five minute local move took 8 hours are better.
This was the worst experience of my life and it was supposed to be the best that's why I hired a company they broke my floor they broke my dresser they didn't come on the day they were supposed to they were are the rudest people in the world Arneal Chris the middleman is a great guy if you want a horrible move and not know if they're going to be there on the day they're supposed to call this place other than that go somewhere else run fast oh yeah by the way they break your stuff and then tell you did you get insurance never offering insurance and telling me about it I'm a Noob time doing this that's what their job is but no that's not funny rip you off.

Never had such a great moving experience. of course I packed all my things but they were fast and efficient. thanks guys I really appreciated all your hard work. Needed the extra time to get my affairs in order. I would defintely recommend this company to my associates and friends. They did a wonderful job and would gladly use them in the future. The best part of the job was the inexpensive costs.

I used Citizens for my last move on 11/2017 and the experience was horrible! Darrius was one of my movers and he damaged my TV and I called the Manager Darnell immediately when I saw Darrius flip or rotate my TV that was in a TV box from UHAUL. Darnell reassured me the matter will be taken care of. I spoke with several people over a course of almost a month, one person being Marie who normally handles the insurance cases. Now come to find out after being given the run around she is no longer employed there. I will be taking this matter further as people hire movers to professionally get the job done without damage. Accidents do occur, but how does a professional mover not know what a TV box looks like and to rotate a TV box that is labeled Fragile and TV. Now Citizens is telling me that they are not responsible because of some fine print that states something about electronics or anything that has a plug. There is physical damage to my TV and now the TV will not show a picture. Jackie (taking over for Marie, I assume) informed me today that the physical damage would have nothing to do with the TV working. They need to be accountable for their employees as well as their lack of professionalism to their customers. If you have nice things I STRONGLY suggest going with another moving company. It is not their belongings so they don't care, they are in the wrong business as they do not care about their customers. Going to take the next step in this matter; this is not how you do business!
