  1. This company is the worst I have hired.

Communication is poor Customer (myself) was not told everything at the beginning. Confirmation of who was going to do the packing and loading was not made clear to me.  I had said that I would do some of the packing and could they drop off packing materials to me.  They did twice.  I was left boxes, etc but, nowhere near enough packing containers for all my household items!!   My shipment of household belongings was held in storage for approximately 3 weeks because the company was not able to reschedule my delivery.  I was told it would be delayed about a week.  Was given a second set of dates.  In the end this did not happen. My personal belongings were held in a storage area for nearly 3 weeks until they finally were able to schedule with a driver and transfer company along the route. My route was from Green Valley, AZ to Cedar City, Utah - approximately 608 miles in distance from Point A to Point B.   Things that were taken apart in Arizona were not put together in Utah as the company claimed would be done.     There has been a lot of damage to furniture, broken pieces including lamps, glassware,  exercise equipment, TV parts were lost and never found (after all boxes have been unpacked), damage to door frames in the unloading process, one driver and one helper who was in training and clearly did not want to be unpacking my goods, the driver was shouting at him toward the end about varies things including not to drop the furniture, overall it was the most horrific experience I have ever had moving.  I have moved interstate previous to this move (5) times and never have I encountered such unprofessional, stupid and discourteous people in my life.  From the man and woman who came to my house for the initial quote to the final day in Utah.

I can't wait to start the Insurance Claims process.  I did not buy extra insurance.
Even if I had it would not make a difference which is what I hear from other folks
who did buy extra insurance and were still made to 'jump through hoops' to get
    any money back.  .
