  1. Fantastic experience during a stressful time.

I can't believe I used SOMEONE ELSE to move my items into a Round Rock storage unit.

I should have used Copper Palm for that part. The other company was more expensive and packed so poorly that things were broken just from NW AUSTIN house to Round Rock storage.

When Copper Palm came along they were super professional, and packed things so that Round Rock to Florida it doesn't look like anything broke! ?

So glad I found you. Wish I had listened to my friend and used you for the first part of our move.

    Well done!

  2. Terrible company to deal with.

This company was a big disappointment. The owner, Blake Miller, likes to make the sale and then he has one of high turnover employees respond.

Due to poor training, his employees did not properly pack several items. The worst was the improper packing and misplacement of a remote control for our bedroom fan. Without the remote, it rendered the fan useless. We will have to purchase a new fan, hire an electrician, and have the new fan installed. To make it worse, his new office administrator said that there was no proof that they had not properly packed the remote control. My husband suffers from dementia and did not touch it.

The insurance was expensive and worthless.

We suffered one of the hottest summers yet in Texas due to not having a working fan in our bedroom.

The original quote was around $500 and the total cost ended up being almost $2,000.

He does have one employee, Miguel, who goes above and beyond.

I would not recommend this company to anyone.
