Worst movers Ever
I don't know how these people can even stay in business. I moved from NH to FL and they said that because they had trucks in both locations they could give me a good deal. That good deal changed really quickly. Once they arrived to start packing they told me it was going to cost more money just to start. The driver charged me an extra 1,300 for him and his partner separately from the price. Said it was his fee for helping me out and that he couldn't load my stuff until I agreed to pay it. Then there was thousands of dollars in damages when they arrived at my new place and they wanted more money just to bring it in my house. Then I tried to file a claim and nothing. No one got back to me no one answered my phone calls, emails, nothing. It's like they just vanished. I even filed a claim with the better business bureau and nothing happened there either.
I say if you have a choice choose someone else.
Poor service
We got our things today and all the furniture was damaged, I hate to see when we start to unpack boxes. We had a brand new hand truck and they kept that. The company that we called safe ship they subcontracted to CR7 we had no idea about them and they upped our price $4000. And then they had the nerve to ask for a tip.
I would leave a -5 as a score if I could
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Every single one of my $30.00 totes are busted or damaged totaling over $900 and also they slammed packed all my stuff in 14 ft cubic space charged my over $6,000 and broke alot of my stuff I asked for a simple refund I get told I am a liar. Lost TV, damaged furniture, and boxes
Avoid this company is unprofessional and trashed my belongings and lost majority of my stuff my 65 inch tv, several boxes than have the nerve to block me after they received payment in full and I have half of my stuff pay more don’t go with this company

This company picked up my belongings august 27th2021 from Massachusetts to Florida!It’s October 15 and nobody knows where my items are I’ve called and emailed with no specific details of delivery if you can avoid this company I will advise to pay more and get better service I wish I sold my things or donated horrible experience
Worst Experience Ever
This was a nightmare. Worst experience ever. Movers were supposed to pick up at 10am, didnt show up til 730pm, my things were supposed to be delivered 2 days later it was 4 days. Damage to most of my furniture, they stole my bowflex weights that were brand new 600$, they lost an entire box of my things with additional exercise equipment. The drivers were looking for a handout of 3-400$ on each end after an already pricey move, pay your drivers better. They left all the garbage on the curb that I had to clean up, broke my leather couches, bench and every storage bin that was loaded I had to throw them all out. They didn't set up my desk or chair and ran I mean ran out of here. What's worse is they don't return calls at all to file a claim, they owe me serious money, I have called 15 times. Filed a BBB report if they could get negative 5 stars I would give it to them they are thieves don't use them.
Mudanza
Son la peor compañía de mudanzas me rompieron un TV ,lavadora y secadora y no tan solo eso perdieron varias cajas de la mudanza y no solo con eso ahora dicen que me van a pagar 187 dolares por que firme un documento que decía que en caso de que se rompiera algo o se perdiera el pago era de 0.60 centavos por libra cuando yo tengo en documento y no dice eso no la recomiendo tienen el peor servicio de mudanzas y pague desde Massachusetts a Florida casi 5,000 dólares y lo perdí casi todo con un total reclamado de más de 4,000 dólares para que ahora me quieran pagar 187 dólares ala verdad que son de lo peor ojo con esta compañía por que ni empacar saben
Price Hiked Quote, Late Delivery, Damaged Items, Fraud
This company "helped" me with an interstate move from NYC to Houston. When the contracted movers arrived to pack, they increased the price over 2x even though I had already compensated for extra items. The moving team did not seem to be vetted and they added on extra charges like $150 for bubble wrap (no items were bubble wrapped) and clothing boxes (all items were tossed in; not hung - and were subsequently damaged). However, this is not even the worst of it.
The contracted moving team subcontracted the job again and my items did not show up on the delivery date. They blamed it on their truck breaking down and gave me a sob story about how difficult it is to run a business and that I should just be patient. After a few days, they located my items and the new movers showed up... with someone else's items. They then had to go find my property which took another several hours of waiting.
When they finally arrived with my items, many of the boxes were damaged, unpackaged, and repackaged. They refused responsibility as they are "only brokers" and told me to file a claim with their contracted moving team, CR7 Movers. After discussing the damages with CR7, they told me to file a claim with CSI Pro, their insurance claims company.
After having to create an account with a significant amount of steps, CSI Pros took several weeks to work with me on filing a claim. After hours of effort, and utilizing the only pictures from the moving damages I had left, I submitted a claim and they notified me that it could take up to 120 days to get back to me. However, they assured me that they would update me when the claim was reviewed.
Months later, I received no update. I inquired to Ernesto at CSI Pros, who claimed that my case was closed due to "Lack of Interest". I asked him why I was not notified and never received a response. After logging back into my account and checking my claim, the insurance company stated that no one was responsible for damages.
In other words, the moving companies went through my boxes, damaged my property, and were late to dropping everything off after misplacing my possessions for days. One excuse about my broken printer was "technology breaks" and that I cannot prove my $650 printer was damaged in transit. They stated that they gave me a ~$12 check. And while I never received my ~$12 check, my damages were in the THOUSANDS.
In short, I wouldn't trust this company, CR7, or CSI Pros with a penny. Whether you have to move down the street or across the country, DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR PROPERTY.
Lost items + damaged others
I am unbelievably disappointed in this company. I didn't even book with them knowingly, a broker handed me over to them and I will never make that mistake again. First, they charged me $1500 more than they quoted. Second, they took 7 days longer than they quoted to deliver our things. Third, they lost/misplaced cherished items and broke our furniture and fragile glassware. Finally, they are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with - there are no systems, no organization, no customer service, and no follow through. Do not do business with this company.

If I can help in anyway I will tell who ever is moving don’t hire CR7 to help with moving. First they overcharged the asking price was around 2000 and then they came in said 4000! And than I called the owner to find out when my stuff would arrive the owner cursed me out and told me in 2 months and I told him the deal was to have my stuff there in 5 working days. I told him you need to send my stuff to me immediately he than told me you are nobody I will throw your stuff away you can’t stop me or even god. Don’t trust this evil man and company with your belongings.
Dishonest and Bad company
CR7 is terrible, when you get an estimate from them expect to pay even more because they give some unrealistic excuse for why you need to pay extra. We booked through a broker company, why they still do business with this mover is beyond me. We were given an estimate of roughly $1800 we’ve now spent double that. They demanded more money just to unload our furniture at our storage unit like it was some kind of inconvenience that they had to actually take it off the truck! While Barbara in the office and the first driver were nice everyone else was rude and condescending when doing business with them.
Damaged items, items arrived dirty and with footprints on them
Moved from VT to OR. We had our items packed in to less than 1700 cu ft (two Uhaul trucks), and when they transferred the items to their truck, they told us it took up 2250 cu ft. Their "inventory" of our items included items that were not in the truck (we had gotten rid of them between the verbal inventory and the physical inventory), and the number tags on the items didn't match the item listed for that number tag on the inventory sheet. They didn't wrap several wood furniture items, and they all arrived damaged. The reimburse 60 cents per pound, so offered me $94 to cover damages to $2000 worth of furniture. They broke several of our items, nearly every box had water damage, and several of our plastic bins had footprints on the lid (indicating they had been stepped on).
Unprofessional, unreliable, and they blatantly overcharged me for truck space (we knew that our stuff took up no more than 1700 cubic feet because we had had to pack everything in to Uhaul trucks because they couldn't arrive on the day we contracted them to arrive).
Scam Company -Move NJ to Texas
The worst experience of my life. Everything that they moved was either damaged, lost or broken. I found this company online and someone who I did not know was a broker gave me a quote. This price was increased twice including on the day of the move when it was increased to triple the initial quote. There was no communication while items were in transit and items arrived a week later than promised. The driver was beyond rude apparently his children ages 21 and 15 are the only employees and only the 15 year old spoke English. My concerns regarding my property had to be addressed to the 15 year old. My furniture and boxes were crammed into the back of the truck. My marble table top was destroyed as was the chaise lounge where tape was placed and the dye removed. Every box was crushed. All of the plastic bins that I had purchased were broken. Many of my boxes and a couple of chairs never arrived. I filed a claim with their insurance company in May and to this day, 7/19/2021 have never received a response. If I could give no stars that would be more accurate than one star.

DO NOT HIRE!!! Top Country moving who I hired and is apparently a broker (was never told this) hired this supposed moving company called CR7 to move my studio apartment from ME to FL. The driver was extremely rude upon arrival and when he told me I had to pay DOUBLE the agreed amount (in cash or through cash app super sketchy) and I was obviously upset at the news, I asked him to let me call the actual company I had spoken with and had made this agreement with which was Top Country to then be told by the agitated driver of CR7 that they don’t have all day and to tell them whether I wanted to proceed or they would leave. Now this is on top of them arriving 2 days earlier than the agreed moving date because they had another delivery in my area and it worked out better for THEM. After I reluctantly agreed to pay half the newly given amount until it was delivered, again as agreed upon by top country to pay half upon pick up and remainder upon delivery plus the down payment/deposit I also have Top County, the driver of CR7 asked me if I could tip him and the two movers. I’m a single mother of three young kids. I don’t know how much more unprofessional that whole experience could have been but here’s the kicker. Now a month has passed and when I call to find an ETA of my belongings, I spend a week calling back and forth to be told the warehouse manager can’t be located, my things are essentially MIA, and now that they ultimately have been in some storage unit in NY this whole time that I never agreed to or knew about. Both companies have fallen so very short from the service I was promised which is the ONLY reason I chose not to get a Uhaul and would have been far cheaper.
Not professional at all PERIOD
First thing they always seem to do is to increase the price but I am not here to complain about that. My furniture was broke and brand new sofas were badly damaged during the move. I wanted to raise a claim and was asked to contact some third party claims company. I rejected the initial claim as the weights they put were less than half for the sofas. Claims company said that CR7 will directly handle my claim but never heard from CR7 even after contacting multiple times. Basically they do not care about you or your furniture. With no other options I have raised a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs division and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Waiting to hear from them.
