Just Horrible
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
Do Not Use This Company
They stole our clothes, my handbags. They damaged all of our artwork, my dresser showed up without legs. They held my furniture on the truck as ransom until we paid in cash the balance and then proceeded to unload all the damaged goods, smashed mirror, smashed TV,. Nothing was crated or wrapped. i have requested a refund, I am now filing police reports in 4 states and hired a Lawyer. I would like to get a group together on this and file a class action suit against, Cross Country. They should go to prison, and have to pay everyone back.
Worst movers ever !!!
They took 8 weeks to move from Florida to NH
They told me they would take good care of us and they destroyed half of our stuff and lie about everything and increase the costs at every turn. DO NOT HIRE THESE MORONS

Since picking up our goods in Boston (A day late)on 6/1/21 for delivery in Salt Lake City, we have not received our goods. The legal date of delivery as stated on the contract was 7/26. Our delivery continues to be delayed and we have been disrespected multiple times by this company. We are desperate for our things at this point, with no end in site. This company is a scam. The owner continues to get sued, then opening new companies, with new names and family members leading the charge. Please do your research about companies like this. I'm shocked they are able to still exist.
Overcharging, Damaged Goods, Terrible Customer Service
This was a terrible experience. The move was from Oklahoma City to Central Florida. The driver added additional charges for 110 cu ft at pickup even though the total volume was less than the original estimate. He demanded $660 in cash because he had no gas money. He required me, at 67 years old, to assist loading because he was too cheap to hire the necessary helpers. I was given a total of five promised deliveries, supposedly based on the trucks location near me. All of these promises were lies about his location and when he would arrive, often the same day as the promise was made. I was unable to contact customer service or dispatch, who would not answer their phone or return calls. Goods arrived damaged, which the driver acknowledged by his signature. No Bill of Lading was received, even though required by law. I submitted a claim which was 31 pages total because of all the photos and other thorough evidence proving my claim. After 19 weeks, I finally received an off hand rejection with virtually no foundation for the decision they made. This was extremely stressful caused by one of the worst companies I have ever seen.
WORST COMPANY EVER
I wish I could give them 0 stars, they are very unprofessional, They don't care about anything and they will give hard time, they never pick up the phone and when they did they were yelling at my sister every-time she calls to ask about the delivery, don't waste your energy, time and money. They will also overcharge you, forget about the price on the quote, on the pick up day they charged us almost $1000 extra and 360 on the day of drop off.
They charged us 360 because the driver cannot park on a red zone so he had to rent an UHAUL to drop off my stuff, but then he comes and parks in a red zone, if we didn't pay we would never get our stuff because when we call to negotiate they hung up on us. Even their managers have the worst attitudes. Save your life from stress and don't use this company.
Late. Dismissive Customer Service
The total charges were twice the estimate. They arrived a day late which threw my entire schedule into chaos. I have been trying to get a partial refund for this but their customer service has been trying to get rid of me. First I called to get a claim form which I filled out right away and emailed it to them. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing so I called them up again and they told me they never got it. I email it to them again. Another week goes by and I don’t hear anything. I called again and they said I sent the wrong form. I told them I filled out the claim form that they originally sent me. After two more days they emailed me a different form which I filled out immediately. It’s been a week since and still nothing.
