  1. Everything Gone.

We put all of our stuff in storage with Delta Force. We have tried for over a month to get it back and they have given us bogus addresses and now wont return calls. They have literally taken our stuff, or lost it, while we paid monthly fees. Now have to spend money on a lawyer. The most bizarre thing ever.. Please feel free to contact me.

  2. Mowers.

Showed up 4 hrs late over charged had to have my bank assist $620 returned to my acct then when I went to storage unit found TV with finger through screen Told to send pictures which I did it has been 2 months still no resolution I can't wait to see what else is damaged.

  3. Stay away from these crooks.

The company is very unresponsive they took 3 hours late to get to my house. they was rude the florida location was never helpful some of the most rude people I have ever felt with. they backed the truck up to my house and while doing so they damaged the side of my room knocking off some tiles. it was all no problem they said that they would handle it and I waited patently for 2 weeks with no response and one guy the dispatch he had my number and I had his and he told me he would handle it. he blocked my number and never contacted me and so this company is TRASH TRASH WORKER TRASH TRUCKS AND WAS NOT EQUIPPED FOR A BIG MOVE. they also took my friends deposit after we decided them not to handle the move since they can't even handle backing up the truck. they hire felons since one guy told me he can't drive for that reason. Worst moving company ever please do NOT USE one guy even walked in with dirty boots and left prints on my carpet no respect at all.

  4. Don't take the chance with this company.

I scheduled my move a week in advance, I paid my deposit, the day before they called to comfrim ( after I called numerous times begging for a reply ) Comfrimed truck and a crew of 3 will arrive between 9 - 10 AM. Husband takes the kids ages 2 & 3 up to the new house while I wait at the current location with my 3 dogs. It's now 11 AM I'm calling the office no answer, by noon I'm stressed out, I call the bank to request a charge back on what I've paid, had to cancel my bank card. 1 PM I receive a phone call, we are on our way. WHAT? You were scheduled to be here by 10, well they double booked us, I replied with well you couldn't pick up the phone and let me know? Well we will just cancel and he hung up. So I am left at a totally packed house with 2 little kids and 3 stressed out dogs, my landlord has new tenates moving in next weekend and everybody else is booked out, do NOT take the chance with this company, somebody should have contacted me about the mix up, or at least to let me know they would be late, the driver was rude and quick to cancel, I'm out money, my card had to be canceled, and I'm STUCK. look for another company.

  5. The worst moving experience.

This "company" swindled me. They purposefully took over eight hours to move my one bedroom apartment into a storage unit. The two movers disappeared several times during the day for 45 minutes at a time, and had the nerve to tell me they were looking for a screwdriver inside the truck. I tried calling Kelly (the woman who booked my move) and her phone kept ringing. No voicemail, no answer. I had to argue with the owner, Jason, about the length of time it was taking and the cost. He was extremely disrespectful and accused me of being disingenuous. Then, they tried to shake me down for an additional $250 in cash at the storage facility after I paid the owners in full via debit card. They wouldn't leave the property so the storage unit staff had to wait with me well after closing time until they did. It was horrifying. I also have no idea how they can advertise that they're working with veterans; it's simply a farce. They said they would send me a Certificate of Insurance the day before my move, but I never received one. I don't believe they're licensed or insured. Beware—Do not hire them.

  6. Worst Moving Company.

This is by far the worst moving company in the business. My husband and I hired them because we thought we were helping out military veterans but that was a joke. My husband served in the Marines and deployed several times and all he wanted to do is help out a military owned business. The movers were very professional during the process. When the movers arrived at our new home, one of them misplaced the legs on our television. He gave us $50.00 to order a new one online which was nice. My husband checked on our 65 inch LG 4K television and saw that the screen was cracked. We called the office and they told us to fill out a claims form which we did. We were told they ordered us a new television. Two weeks has passed and we never received anything. We asked for a tracking number to verify they ordered a television but one was never provided. After reporting he company to the BBB, my husband was told he would only be given $100 because he gave them bad reviews. The television was worth $1300 and brand new. They first come off polite but beware!!

I just hope no one else goes what we went through.

  7. Worst Company!

Worst experience moving. I am a military brat, meaning my mom was in the military and we moved a lot. This company says they are ex military professionals and I don't think is true. This company charge me 6 times for the same moves and I am till disputing charges. Have thousands of dollars in damage property and missing items. They asked me to send them the information via certified mail, which I did and a month later received that mail back to me with "Refused Return to Sender" on it. They don't answer their phones or emails and I'm here stuck with stolen and broken property in my house. Worst moving company ever.

  8. My move with Steven & Robert.

My move with Steven & Robert.
The above 2 movers were highly professional, courteous and efficient. The move was on 9/9/2016 and was completed within the scheduled time frame; as a matter of fact, the movers charged a little less for the shortened time.this is my 4th move with the company, am also a veteran but never had to discuss that with anyone.
In would highly recommend this company to my closet friends without hesitation/

    Steven Gulfman.

  9. Delta Force Movers.

What an awful experience we have had! Please share this as much as you can. I am all for reviews and supporting others in their business always! But today I am saying..Beware of these movers and giving them a big fat negative!! Delta Force Movers is the most unprofessional, deceitful moving company. Please be sure to warn your clients! Do not allow these crooks to move your clients, friends and family! These are not Veterans moving your belongings and sadly this is how they sold me. That they were going to donate a portion of my move to the Wounded Warriors Project. They have not even brought me all of my furniture and belongings yet and what I have received is damaged.

  10. Shysters.

    DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

They try to hook you with their claim about 'helping veterans' blah blah blah but in the end they're all about getting your money and stringing you out long enough so that you just give up and let them keep it even if they fail to deliver on their promises.

Sheer incompetence prevented them from actually performing my move (which I'm now thankful for), and when I asked for my deposit back they said they'd get it to me. One month and three angry phone calls later I still haven't gotten that deposit back. Now I'm sicking my credit card company on them so hopefully that will work.

Bottom line - they LIE to you on the phone. They UNDERESTIMATE what they're capable of doing and just hope that you'll surrender your deposit willingly. Don't make the mistake I made of trusting them.

  11. Worst Experience, Horrible Service.

    *Update below.
They deserve zero stars..not sure how they have the current rating. Apparently flawed rating system.

Anyway, I picked these guys over the rest because they "supported the troops"..I'm retired AF myself. I was highly disappointed and would rather be giving a better rating however, there where multiple issues with this company from the start.

Showed up hours late, one person short, with a rental truck and no supplies. I called multiple times to find out if my appointment was still on but no answer and no call back ..ever.

They used up ALL OUR packing supplies, they couldn't pack or load properly, had to make multiple trips and damaged multiple items and our home. The claim process has been a nightmare and still going. They have the worst customer service ever. We're still waiting on the claim report or any "repair" work to start. Good luck trying to get anyone to call you back. And when you do get someone on the phone, they (female) are rude. They are still giving us the run around on our claim.

I do not recommend these guys at all!!

*Update on claim 4/08/16 - they did not appreciate this review, threatened to give $0.60 per pound because of it..hmmm, ok. Seriously goes to show the type or personnel and management operating there..subpar, unprofessional and just plain rude. I will inform my network of friends and possibly the base paper of their lack of customer service and support. I highly recommend using a different company if you want real professionals. We are taking them to court. Thank you for reading.

  12. Worst Moving Experience Ever. STAY FAR AWAY!!

The worst moving experience of my life. STAY FAR AWAY - BE WARNED!!

    - They rolled up 2 hours late to our move (2 HOURS LATE!!)

    - They over-charged me big time on the whole move (quoted $490 move cost $1,100)

    - They damaged very expensive Pottery Barn Couch, Chair (really bad damage)

    - Badly damaged our stairs and Front door trying to move (left grooves in the stairs from dolly and gouged door and door frame with dollies time and time again even after we showed them they were causing damage)

    - The movers STOLE items from our boxes (Verizon FIOS router along with other items went missing)

    - They moved ridiculously SLOW and ran up our charges (10 hours instead of 6 hour move)

    - They took 1.5 hours to drive 3 miles to our new house (we got there in 10 minutes and were waiting)

    - They took 2 hours and 15 minutes worth of breaks and only excluded 30 minutes for breaks

    - They were hostile towards me when I asked them to move faster please
(they actually all most got violent because I started to unload boxes faster then they did)

    - Talked to management and they asked us to send them photos of damage, we did and they blew us off and we never heard back from them.

    - They then has the moving boss who supervised our move call me and harass me about how they did nothing wrong.
I would love some customer support here but don't expect it.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

  13. Disappointed.

Let me begin by saying this was a huge move. We operate a dairy farm, so I knew up front we would need two 26 foot trucks. I had several companies do onsite estimates, and they agreed. Delta Force quoted me $2200, and they showed up on time with two trucks and two crews. They worked at the speed of light and were very professional and friendly. Towards the end, the trucks were full, and we had not yet started on the garage. They called the company, and another crew was immediately dispatched with a third crew. The crew leader on the first truck assured me the remaining items would only fill half a truck, and it should go quickly.

The third truck arrived, and things went downhill. The crew was slow, they wasted time, and they did not properly load the truck. The half load we expected filled the whole truck, and the garage was not empty. I had to beg them to find space for the few remaining items in the house, and even then, I ended up taking most of it in my car. In the end, it took them as long to load the third truck with garage items which were mostly in boxes as it did for the other crews to load the whole 2000 sf house. They charged me an additional $1113 and did not even clean out the garage. My husband had to borrow a trailer and go back up there (90 miles) to finish loading and cleaning it out since we had to be out by midnight.

When I began unpacking, I found broken China and glassware, plus my beautiful new desk had all four legs snapped off and was hidden in the basement. No one bothered to mention it to me. They also broke a large glass shelf to my curio cabinet and left the pieces on the ground by my chicken coop, again without mentioning it. I understand no move is perfect, but I do believe they should have acknowledged up front the big items that were broken.

Now, to be fair, I called the company and made a complaint. The guy was polite, helpful and concerned, and he said he will do his best to make this right. He is to call me tomorrow with an adjustment number. Overall, I appreciate the work of the first crew even though they didn't mention the broken items. Their work ethic was everything I expected out of veterans, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cesar and Ivan's crew. Just stay far far away from Guy and Chuck. They will rob you blind and do a half-way job.

  14. Moving 2 rooms.

They started out great, but then they slow up took breaks. I didn't eat until 4:00pm late in the afternoon. I bet them to the storage. He said they stop to eat and use the restroom. They took almost a hour to get from the old address to the storage unit. They charged me way what the company said on the phone to me so no, I would not recommend this company to any my friends or family members.
