Failure to complete move
We went through a moving broker to move out of state and ended up with Deluxe moving as the company who would move our stuff. Our pick up date was June 16th, I did not receive a bill of lading for everything they loaded on the truck, and our delivery date was supposed to be June 19th. It is now the 29th of September and our family still does not have our household goods. We received a phone call from a different transportation company telling us our stuff was going to be delivered on Thursday afternoon and our remaining balance to pay before they unload our stuff. That phone call was 3 weeks ago and we still haven't received our household goods delivery. I tried to call the number of the guy who called about my delivery but he never answered his phone. Over the past few months I have tried to call Deluxe and he never answers his phone or return voicemail. The office number is always busy. At this point I would expect my delivery to be free and be reimbursed for everything I have had to repurchase so my kids have clothes to wear and beds to sleep in. I will be contacting an attorney about legal action.
