Expedited Failure.
My wife and I moved from Illinois to Massachusetts we had a month to find a home and pack..the first company promised us that our belongings would be at the new house the same day that we arrived. That was a lie, so I started searching for a new Moving Company and found Dependable Movers. Their Representative told us we could expedite the move and guaranteed that our belongings would be delivered that Monday Aug 20th for an additional $1809 bringing the total to $7500. Even the two Gentleman who loaded all of our stuff onto the truck, which by the way was only big enough to hold our belongings, told us they would leave the next day from Chicago to meet us in Longmeadow. Ma if we asked for them specifically to deliver our belongings. Well, I asked and it never happened, and our belongings took over 2 weeks to get to us! On top of that the Guy who was delivering our belongings called and said he couldn't come down our street (truck to big) which is a thorough fare through town with Semi's traveling up and down all day, moving trucks parked on the street and in Driveways all the time, and it would cost us an additional $1500 to deliver as he had to rent a UHaul and hire 3 guys to unload it! What a bunch of BS..I told him Uhaul is $49.99 and he told me he could charge what he wanted and if I didn't pay it our belongings would go back to Illinois! Total he paid was 250 for the truck and 3 Guys..we were blackmailed into paying for our belongings..what way to do business. Half of our stuff is missing, items damaged and destroyed and our anger and frustration level is through the roof! From $7500 to a Grand Total of $10,611.50 and with damaged goods and lost household items having to be replaced our total is over $15,000 out of Pocket!
Advice..DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!

They were prepared and did a quick and good job, & their cost was affordable & reasonable price. Depenable Movers did an awesome job of packing & unpacking of my apartment contents. Delivering to the right room for the right content which was on the box labels. The packing services and the packing materials were provided by Depenable Movers. The packing of the apartment & unpacking, took the Movers good six hours to do their job. The overall price was 400 dollars which was a very reasonable & affordable pricing. Their storage space of the moving truck was big enough to hold all my apartment contents. Driver & Movers were hospitable & efficient. Well organized & timely movers. I would recommend Depenable Movers to my Friends & Family for their good hard workers. The company had the right tools for the right job and experience. All my apartment contents arrived to my destination in excellent condition. My move was 8 km away, nothing was damaged on arrival. .

First of all, I will say this moving company is in Toronto Ontario. The proper address is 262-A sherbourne st., unit 6 M5A2S1. They moved me last week. I called because my movers didn't show up. I only had my elevator for 2 more hours and they came quick. I was so happy. They we very experienced. I could see they knew what they were doing. They handled all my stuff with care and they were prepared. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Great job guys.
Province to province moving.
I was happy to see such hard working men and they were very presistent on letting me know what and where to put my items and they were not bad on giving the time I had with my job and how late or early they can come in.. thank you mike and his crew did a very good job .
