Bad experience with Direct Moving Solutions LLC, Missouri.
Direct moving solution was assigned to move my stuff from st Louis to Texas. They promised to deliver within a month.I was asked full cash payment during pick up. Its been one and half month still my thing are not come. When I call them they don't pick up the call to let me know the updates. After calling them at least 15 times they pick up once and tell me the things are delayed for a week. They have said this for at least 3 weeks now. Please for God Sake don't take any service from this company even if you get it for cheap.We are suffering without our things.I am going under depression because am not getting my things. I told them I have 2 small kids and we are all suffering without our thing's they said what can they do.
