Beyond worst experience I've had.
When I called to schedule my stuff to be picked up I was told it would cost $1400.00. By the time it was said and done I was told my total was doubled. I literally had 62 items it took up one wall in the back of the moving truck and a half of a stack next to it. My stuff was picked up on April 10th and was told it would be delivered April 30th. When they didn't shoe up on the 30th I tried for over a week to contact someone to find out about my belongings and then was told they legally had 21 business days. I finally got my stuff on May 10th which is 5 business days more than the legal time they had. I had no idea it would take that long and also be moved from a moving truck to a semi. My stuff was the only stuff in the semi and it was in the middle of it just thrown all over the place. The guy tried to make it ok by saying yea its ok its because its the only stuff in there. The guy he called when I had an issue with the way things were changed and handled he was really rude kept telling me I had nothing he wanted and that I was lying about what was going on. as he unloaded my stuff I found that my TV was broken so now I don't have a TV which he tried to tape it back together and said its ok it still works that happens sometimes. my boxes were completely busted open from being thrown around and somehow some of my stuff got wet causing my babies clothes and blankets to get moldy and my babies bouncer is cracked causing it to be unsafe to put him in it and I have to replace it all. after telling one of the guys I origionally talked to about what happened he told me he would have a lady contact me to file a claim. now I can't get ahold of anyone there to even discuss the problems that went on. at first I thought I found the right company and everyone was really nice. now, I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company. I will never use the again for anything.
