Local Move.
They arrived on time. That's it for the positive. The negative is as follows. A dresser was scraped against the wall causing paint streaks across the dresser. Not a huge deal, but when I pointed this out the crew foreman called me liar and told me that paint was already there. I asked him to wrap the furniture before carrying stuff down and he got mad, started yelling and threw a pile of moving blankets from the back of the truck at me. We both yelled and both cussed, then he got right up in my face and threatened to "knock my fuc**ng teeth in".
Cool.
Management blamed me for instigating the incident.
Awesome.
Our story continues. Upon arriving at the new place we are told that unless we pony up some extra cash right now, they're leaving with our stuff. An argument ensues and my arm brushes up against one of the mover's arm as I walked by him. He starts screaming that I assaulted him, all three guys proceed to threaten me with all sorts of not that creative bodily harm (ass kicking, ass beating, ass stomping, very ass oriented). I have to get in my car to block the truck from leaving and call 911. That's right, the police got involved.
After several threats of harm, threats of theft, extortion, and a visit from officer Adame from the Arlington P.D. the truck was unloaded without further incident.
If this sounds like a quality move then by all means, hire them.
But you were warned.
Excellent Service.
The movers arrived on time and were very professional throughout the move. They first went over the paperwork and explained everything to me. The movers were very careful with all of my belongings and they were very fast. They completed the move much earlier than I expected which was great for me. I used their packing service for my 4 bedroom home which was very affordable and saved me the trouble. They wrapped all of my furniture in blankets and shrink wrap for protection. I have never been so pleased with a local moving company. These guys are great, I would highly recommend them.

One star is too much! Awful, uncaring, and unprofessional.
Unprofessional, uncaring, and damaged things with no responsibility. Too many things went wrong to list here, but they promised 3 movers, and one mover in particular, but only 2 were sent, and they weren't the one I was told would arrive. They got lost twice, which made me help to move my things, so I wouldn't get the gate to my storage locked before the move was complete. They parked the rented Penske truck they had loaded with my things overnight at their facility and drove to my destination the next morning, about 3 hours away, to find there were items which were not damp, but WET and I mean soaked! Oh yeah, did I mention, they then proceeded to tell me there was literally a hole in the truck, and that was why things were wet. Then my furniture was dropped HARD, and the items I had in their truck were carried through the rain without being covered. I wiped them off as best I could with my own clothes, since nothing else was available. It was a horrible move, and to top it all off, the battery on their rented truck was dead, so they asked me for a jump. I told them I could not jump them, so they waited till I was home, and then called my personal phone to ask me once again to jump them or to call a family member to jump them. VERY unprofessional, and when I called to speak to the owner or management, I was not allowed to speak to them. Interesting, since the website promises satisfaction guaranteed! Do NOT use this company. You will regret it!

We had over 1500.00 in damages to our goods.
Easy Moving Company out of Fort Worth / Dallas is the worst ever. Beginning with the crew. They had 1 grouchy old guy who seemed to resent being there. And two kids. We were not told that children would be moving our belongings!
They rushed so fast that it was impossible to see how they stacked anything. But then they moved the fridge. Moved it out the wrong way and dropped it on a cement back patio!
I have no idea where they stored our stuff but where ever it was, it was abused. My dresser was badly dented (dented!) at the top, other pieces completely broken and tons of nicks and scratches every where. Only one piece went unscathed.
I sent photos and everything to make a claim. They charged us $2700.00 for an in-state move. The damage was estimated around $1700.00 And they offered us a whopping $150.00 even though the damage was obviously their responsibility.
DO NOT HIRE EASY MOVERS IN DALLAS / FORT WORTH!!
The worst moving and storage ever!
Our family has been moved for military moves over the years. Once in awhile we will have a broken item or scratched belonging. But I swear to goodness EASY MOVERS and whomever their storage company is, went out of their way to ruin our belongings! A chest I had for 20 years has deep gashes and scratches. Two tables are horribly scratched and gashed. They dropped our fridge and now our television doesn't work right! Also a beautiful hand made ceramic carousel made for me by a friend many years ago met its demise because of these goons! And then they tried to cover up damages with stupid wax and marker pens!
If you ever think of hiring them, DO NOT DO IT! I would rate it -10 if I could!

PRESSURES YOU INTO LEAVING A DEPOSIT FOR YOUR MOVE STATING THAT THEY HAVE TO RESERVE TRUCK (S), SO I LEFT $300 DEPOSIT AND CANCELED WITHIN A WEEK AND MY MOVE WAS STILL 3 WEEKS OUT THEY HAD NOT RESERVED ANY TRUCKS FOR ME YET AND STILL WOULD NOT REFUND MY DEPOSIT--SAID IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE--- BECAUSE I TOLD THEM I COULD NOT AFFORD THEIR SERVICES..THEY STILL HAD 3 WEEKS TO REBOOK SOMEONE ELSE IN MY SLOT IT WAS ON A SUNDAY..RHONDA MILLER DID NOT TELL ME IT WAS NON REFUNDABLE WHEN SHE ASKED ME FOR IT!! I SIGNED NOTHING, SO EVERYONE ON THE INTERNET TO BEWARE!
The Absolute Worst Moving Experience!
On 5/5/16 this inappropriately named company (Easy Movers) showed up hours late, were rude and unconcerned about it and then damaged a wall of my new home. They have refused to deal with me or the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. They are the most dishonest company of any type I have ever dealt with.

They were suppose to be at the house between 12-2. Did not arrive until 2:10 due to traffic and weather. Loaded quickly. Headed to next location to pickup more items. It took an hour to get there. A little longer than I thought. Took an hour to load up items there which I thought should not have been that long. Altogether it took almost 4 hrs. to do the job, which I thought could be done in 2-3 hrs.
I ended up paying double the price. The driver said he was new to the area and was not familiar to where he was going. He was using his GPS.
