  1. Worst Move Experience I've EVER had

Let me begin by saying that I have relocated cross country THREE other times before this move, so I know what to expect and how the process works. This was, by far, the worst moving experience I have EVER had.

I'll try to get to the key points of frustration and dissatisfaction. The driver showed up at origin without enough capacity for our 3,000 sq ft home because he picked up an extra load before ours. Only 25% of the semi was available for our items. There weren't any dividers between our items and the previous load. All of our items would not fit into the semi- as we predicted when he first arrived. We had paid $1,000 for a shuttle Uhaul to transport our items up to the semi truck due to the length and shape of our driveway. But ultimately they NEEDED THAT TRUCK in order to take away all of our belongings! That Uhaul was JAM-PACKED and the loaders had to LITERALLY body-slam the doors to get them to close! We requested to NOT be charged for that Uhaul since THEY NEEDED IT TO TAKE ALL OF OUR THINGS!

During the initial quote process, we specifically asked if our items would NOT be handled again before delivery. We were told they would not be. This was NOT TRUE. The TWO TRUCKS went to a warehouse where EVERYTHING was unloaded and reloaded again.

Even more disturbing was HOW our items were handled. OUR THINGS WERE PLACED IN A HEAP ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD as neighbors drove by. SEVERAL neighbors stopped to ask if they should call 911 because it looked like an ACCIDENT. We have PICTURES of this! Our 75-inch flat screen TV was on the side of the road mere inches from cars driving by. When the driver finally started to leave, he hit the neighborhood street sign, causing damage. The way our things were handled was ABSOLUTEY UNACCEPTABLE. We have PICTURES OF ALL THESE THINGS.

Barcode labels were found in garage so many of our items weren't labeled, leaving no confidence that we received all our things. The truck driver on delivery side was different from loading due to the above. The driver who delivered the items said he has never seen anything like the inventory list we received. The complete lack of detail on the inventory list made it IMPOSSIBLE to identify any particular item so we have NO IDEA what is missing.

The Moving Coordinator would not allow any concession whatsoever based on this experience. There was a COMPLETE AND TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION AFTER THE LOADING FIASCO!! There was RADIO SIILENCE the following day! I had to REQUEST for someone from Corporate to call me! This is NOT what a $10,000 move should look like. We have pictures of all the above if anyone cares to see them.

Our advice would be to NOT put your trust in this company for your next move.
