Be Wise as a Serpent And Harmless as a Dove!
My husband and I were relocating to Savannah GA. from New York an we needed to bring almost all our belongings with us. We thought we had found a moving company that gave us one quote for our move and we got another. While delivering my belongings they also had someone else's and had a accident in their moving truck! Thank God no one was hurt but my belongs got mixed up with someone else's stuff, plus some of the furniture was missing and got chipped. I tell you Efficient Transportation movers really took advantage of us. When looking for a moving company "Be wise as a serpent and harmless as a dove"! They have yet to see that my claim for my furniture has gone through! They put me on hold for long periods of time on the phone! and Tasha so called: "customer service just gives me the run around! one of the workers borrowed my husbands hand truck an never brought it back! Toni plays nice nasty, like he wants to help you! that kind of help you do not need!! He leaves a tel,. no# for you to call an leave a message lying that he will return your call and does not! I could go on but I'm disabled and can't get too stressed out! They are greedy for money and mess people's belonging up in the process and overcharge people being greedy for money once again!!

This was the worst moving company we have ever used. They quoted us $3,500 for our move from California to Oregon and it was almost $10,000 in the end. It took them months to deliver our things. They attempt to deliver to the wrong address even though we had given the the correct address 6 weeks prior. When they finally arrived 75% or our furniture was damaged or broken and many boxes were crushed. They hired day labor, we watched as they carelessly unloaded and broke many items right in front of us. We are filing a claim but I'm pretty sure they will weasle out of it. The whole experience was a nightmare. Do not move with this company.

I am only to let any body want to move to no lestening to any one in this company and read every world in contract and not sing any thing becouse if you sing you well loss every thing after all this company most be out of business. I buy double prices after thy toke my furniture to the truck.

I am all for the little guy who works and makes an honest living. So far I have single handily cost this company 5 customers and two more on the way, because they were smart enough to reach out to me via email and I gave them my phone number so I could explain their scam to them directly. I encourage anyone who has had a horrible experience like mine. To not only give a review, but also some type of contact information.
P.S. Inefficient Transportation Scammers, that extra $5000 that you ripped us off on, wound up costing you $39000 in four months, just from my review, and climbing.
Warning: Liars and Thieves!!
My wife and I sold our home and decided to move to Florida, we called around and got some quotes from different movers, (we should've went with Mayflower, they quoted us $4500.00 including packing. My wife was dealing with Tony A. From Efficient Transportation and he quoted us $2800.00, so you can imagine the shock my wife and I were in when the foreman, who wreaked of marijuana.
Told us the bill was going to be $7800.00, we immediately called Tony, who said not to worry, that he would work something out. (He wouldn't answer our calls anymore) when our furniture arrived, many boxes were crushed and we noticed that the two boxes tagged video games (our stupidity) were both cut open and to our surprise, we found some discs missing from the original covers. Two lamps were damaged and my inversion table was destroyed. I am warning anyone considering doing business with this company to run the other way.. I am not one to complain, but I also don't like being taken advantage of, especially when they knew I was disabled. They totally take advantage of female customers and the disabled, they yes you to death, until they have your belongings on their truck.. I strongly believe in karma.
Tony A. Embrace yourself, I don't know how you can sleep at night, then again judging from the people you hire, I'm sure you go to sleep feeling just mighty fine and on cloud nine. I will admit that my wife and I never called after all of the damages, but we just felt they wouldn't do anything about it anyway. My wife and I are willing to speak with anyone considering using them, don't be a sucker like we were. Terrible Company.
This was the worst moving company, dishonest, late and destructive. Delivered a crushed item took way to long to deliver, so long that I had to email several times very concerned on where the shipment was. State that they are not insured now that I have had to file a claim and claim that they are handling "In House" Now they will not return my emails or calls. They are dishonest crooks DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE!
