  1. Worst company ever!

    Elite Anywhere is by far the worst shipping company out there! They guaranteed a two week delivery and it took over 9 weeks for them to deliver my package. They literally made up excuses for the delay then informed me it was sitting in their warehouse for over a month and a half. Then when it arrived it was missing items and damaged and they refused to take responsibility or reimburse me and cut off all communication with me. I left probably twenty voice messages with them and they never returned my calls, and the only people who supposedly could help me during the whole process where “on vacation” and no one else would help me.

    If you want the worst customer service I’ve seen from any company, choose Elite Anywhere. If you want your items to be damaged or missing parts upon delivery, choose Elite Anywhere. If you want guarantees to be unmet, choose Elite Anywhere. If you want a dishonest, unreliable, and overall terrible shipping provider to be responsible for handling your valuables, choose Elite Anywhere.

    But if you want a good shipping company who will deliver your packages in one piece and on time, CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE!!

  2. Deceitful.

    Elite Anywhere Corp.was hired to transport newly manufactured furnishing from California to our Port Ludlow Washington residence. They committed to deliver the new furniture on June 13, 2017; but failed to do so and then engaged in a series of lies and deceptive practices. Following is a summary of what transpired. I called Elite Anywhere mid-morning, Tuesday, June 13 to ask what time to expect the delivery since contrary to their assurance in writing they had not notified me the day prior (Monday, June 12) about the timing. The representative from Elite Anywhere, Kevin Steedle, told me "we were just about to call you to let you know the truck broke down over the weekend. I then asked when the delivery would occur and was told I could expect delivery by 4 pm on Wednesday June 14th. Midafternoon June 14 I called Kevin to check on the status and was told the truck was on the way for "cross-docking" and that my load needed to be moved to a smaller truck in order to deliver to our town. Shortly after 5 pm on the 14th, I was informed that the truck had not made it to cross docking and that the delivery would take place on the 15th. On the 15th when I called to inquire about the whereabouts of the truck I was told that the truck was running late and assured delivery by end of day. Close to the end of business day I was told that the truck had just arrived but that I would not be receiving the delivery because it was too close to closing time to dispatch the truck to my residence; but instead would receive my items early in the morning Friday, June 16. Same thing happened on the 16th - no delivery as promised. At 4:30 on the 16th I received a call telling me the truck had finally arrived for cross-docking but that it was too late to deliver to my home and asked if the delivery could be made on Monday, June 19. I asked if the delivery could be made on Saturday June 17th and was told the company did not deliver on Saturdays. I reminded them that they had been informed at the time they took the order that I was leaving town and would not be available for several weeks. The company then proceeded to threaten me with storage charges.
