Iam writting my experience about Emerald Relo team
Iam writting my experience to allow other readers to understand the shipping company we used. Ours is a pretty low items ie- half of the container for which they mentioned some 10 cubic meters capacity. As it is 1/3rd of the full container the sales guys given me sharing container option and we went for it. No regrets no pain, we received our items though delay than promised. Otherwise okay to recommend Emerald Relocation services team.

Our family entrusted personal goods packing and shipping services to the company called Emerald Relocations.
Mr. Manoj Kumar gave us the competitive quote followed by various clarifications, Thanks to him.
Though the packing team arrived late in the morning they completed the packing on time and the documentation process went smoothly. All the items except one mirror reached safely but the time promised by Emerald were not met, about a week delay happened.
However, we will recommend Emerald shipping company as they have helped us in this pandemic.

Emerald Relocations has done a great job with shipment of my stuff from India to Australia. In the times of COVID it was really a great relief to get the stuff without any damage and loss.

The packers was quite professional. Price was moderate for a move management.However some of my fragile parts were damage but other than that everything was good.

Our family moved recently from Bangalore (Bengaluru) to Warsaw in Poland. We have selected Emerald Shipping company reluctantly due to cost factor that they were the cheapest. I was given two choice namely sharing container & seperate shipment. I picked seperate shipment option. They promised 7 weeks and I got them mid 8th week. Quality of packing and handling was very good. No single missing/damage. Thanks Emerald

Shipment review.
I wouldn't recommend this agency as we had terrible experience. We shipped from England to Bangalore. Sales person was very well engaging and informative before sign the contract. After paying money there is no response. And with-out any notice or explanation they have delayed 3 months. They wouldn't even responded to phone. Contact person (Manoj) blocked our number after he got the payment. Completely unprofessional team.
Could have get better attention after sales. Shipment collection and delivery was good. In-between there was no/less communication which could have handle in a better way.

My Experience with Emerald.
First off I want to say thanks to Manoj & Chitra. What is the minimum standard expectation to have from a company that ships your stuff across the world? If the expectation is just shipping door to door then I must say Emerald shipping did even more, the whole process taken care of whole heartedly as if it was their own items. The packing members took great care and all my stuff reached Sydney without hassle. As far as iam concerned, I would recommend Emerald Relocations team for any of your overseas household goods transfer.

I used Emerald shipping chennai based company from London to Bengaluru recently and found to be professional without any expected issues like delay/tension/damages.
