All Went Smooth!
Communication was excellent. The price was fair. Movers arrived on time, worked very hard, were professional, and didn't break a thing! En-Route Relocation made a move less stressful, by being so good at their jobs. I would highly recommend them for an upcoming move.

They called a half-hour in advance as promised to notify me of their arrival time. The foreman even noticed a loose leg on one of my living room chairs and got his tools to tighten it. This was surprising as you don't see many workers go beyond their regular job. He even checks the rest to make sure. The move was made in a very reasonable amount of time, and my items' reassembly was done perfectly. I would highly recommend En-Route Relocation to any of my friends looking for a top-notch firm to move you. Thanks.
All Did Well!
These guys were fantastic! They could get all of my furniture moved from TX to FL in 5 hours. They wrapped it all up with great care, and everything arrived safely. Extra bonus points for carrying my washer and dryer down a flight of spiral stairs without any breakage or dent.

They were also very calm and efficient where they knew the ideas to move big-size furniture through small doors and down the stairs. Overall, the move went great, and I would refer En-Route Relocation to others. They are trustworthy people who know what they're doing.

The owner is highly professional and is very responsive. Their prices were very reasonable - for both the labor and any unique packing supplies needed. The mover team itself was highly experienced. They packed certain items for long-term storage. These movers are everything for me and are my go-to when I need anything moved.

All did Well!
The move was very smooth and professional. 3 guys came with the truck. They worked from 830am to 630pm without lunch or broke if though I asked many times and offered meals, but they were so professional they did not rest. They handled all the items regardless of heavy or light, furniture, refrigerators, glassware, etc. They wrapped the delicate items professionally in blankets or plastic, and no object was damaged. They made 4 trips for us, and all of them were no hassle to us. I recommend them to anyone and give them 5 STARS. Will hire them again, if required, in the future.

These guys were charming and accommodating from the beginning to the end. Very careful and also efficient!! They could pick up my things from my storage unit and apartment , get them to my new house 40 minutes away, and get everything unloaded in 7 hours! They showed up a few minutes before the actual time; we were glad and ready for them to start. We had a heavy safe, which they agreed to move beforehand, and they moved it without issue. It was a three-person team, and they were professional, fast and careful with all of our things. Thanks for the help, guys! I will recommend them to all!

En-Route Relocation was on time and worked quickly. The price was fair, and I appreciated them treating our belongings so gingerly. We would definitely use them again for large or smaller moving needs.
Worst & Costliest Moving Company (-5 stars)
To begin, my original contact, [NAME EDIT], is exempt from my comments below. Indeed, EnRoute and S & M Relocation LLC. is lucky to have him as he is the only person with whom I spoke that has any integrity.
The two organizations made hollow assurances regarding pricing and service. The movers provided were substandard and unprepared, and their employee, [NAME EDIT] is apparently empowered to cheat you under the guise of, "there's more to your move than I thought...". This is a bait and switch moving enterprise with brokers working together to increase the cost of your move while you wait for the moving to begin.
None of the movers either in Michigan or Louisiana professionally introduced themselves via email or phone call. The first leg of my move was delayed 3 hours while [NAME EDIT] and the mover found ways to increase the cost of my move $4500.00 (if the new buyers were flexible, I would have sent them away demanding a refund of my $2400.00 deposit.). Before the move ended at 10:10pm (arrival time, 11:00am), another $2100.00 was added due to the need for packing materials for the extra items the mover kept discovering. Unbelievable.
The final leg of the move was to take place today. I left classes to be here to await the delivery which, according to [NAME EDIT], had to take place today because the driver had been in town since Friday...okay. Why didn't the driver contact me until Sunday? Oh, I know. He tried, right? Garbage.
Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and hire a large, national and reputable mover such as Allied or Van Lines who will honor your business, respect your property, and quote you a fair and reasonable price, upfront.
Stress less!
Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Competitive rates and top-class service. They were very efficient and supportive with all our moving needs and handled all of our items with great care creating a stress-free move.
