Reckless, unreliable movers.
I have moved with these people multiple times over the years, but this company has a new name, and a horrible new reputation. These movers were reckless and obviously in a hurry. They left things we told them to take to trash out on lawns of our neighbors, anddeparted to the new home without even informing us. At our BRAND NEW home, they were rolling metal dollies all over the hardwood floor, and did not take care in moving large items in and out, constantly banging into walls and rails. By the end, they were clearly checked out, and did not care anymore. They were leaving boxes in piles inside of our garage without asking us where anything went, or looking at the labels. They also made MANY excuses for why they could not get our Washer/Dryer upstairs, until we finally just told them not to do it because they will break everything. Had to sell them and buy new ones.
There were many other concerns, like not draining the machines properly before loading, leaving things we told them to take, and bringing things we told them to throw away, only to be told now that they are here, it's our responsilblilty now.
In the end, this was just unacceptable behavior for a service that not only guarantees your stuff will arrive, but also be taken care of along the way. After 10 years, I can finally (unfortunately) say, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
Moving furniture and boxes.
Over a few years I have used E P M to pack and unpack a Units container, and to move heavy furniture on other occasions. They have always been professional and hard working. They moved belongings around to maximize space. They reassemble furniture pieces, etc. I will call them the next time I need some heavy lifting and moving.
Do not recommend.
Please stay away from this shady company. They will destroy your belongings and refuse to pay. They also steal stuff. They cracked my new LED Tv and scratched the furniture and walls. Have to take them to court to get all the damage covered.

I have moved many times (Civilian and military) and this is BY FAR the worse experience I have ever encountered. I was promised 3 movers, and only got two. Guaranteed to have the move completed within 6 hours (out of small 2 bedroom town home) and 10 hours into the move and they weren't complete. But the WORST part was the basement thy flooded by unhooking our Washer incorrectly, the broken dresser and the broken dining room chairs that they denied they ever broke. THEN..how they left misc personal belongings all over the lawn of my town home I moved out of (to include my king size bed frame)..only to tell me the "move was complete"
They took ME to court because I refused to pay the full amount they tried to charge me and only gave them a check for partial charge (to include the cost to mitigate the flood and fix my furniture). He recently LOST the court case and was ruled that I owe NOTHING because of all the damages and unprofessional behaviors his company displayed. He thought better of the court ruling and cashed that partial payment anyway..against court order. Well guess what- he will now be held in civil contempt with the courts..NOT SMART for business.
Long story short..Don't use this company!! thanks for listening ;-).
