  1. International Move

My experiences with this company have been outstanding. From my first contact with Ken Treschitta and the BestGuy crew until I received my shipment in Europe the whole process went very smoothly. My items were packed expertly and the guys were very professional, friendly and patient. I was kept informed all thru the shipping process. Thumbs up for a great team that is courteous, polite, respectful and taking pride in their work! I can recommend them highly!

  2. Perfect move between New York City and Paris.

EuroUSA took care of every single step of my move between New York City and Paris, and it couldn't have been smoother. From packing in NYC to delivering everything at my place in Paris, everybody involved was always very kind and on time. Ken from EuroUSA coordinated everything and it was always a pleasure to talk to him. Amazing service.

  3. Easy move! Outstanding service by all involved.

EuroUSA coordinated our move from southern France to SW Florida. This was a move made during the COVID19 pandemic, and had to be rescheduled by us several times. Ken Treschitta of EuroUSA was our original contact, and stayed in contact with us the entire move..coordinating with European Relocation Services in Marseille for packing and export, and American Fargo in Miami for clearing and delivery. Service throughout the move was outstanding. We have moved countless times internationally, and this was the easiest of all!

  4. Moving small shipment from California to France.

Excellent service--the packing was excellent; kept on schedule for pick-up of items, packing, and shipping. Lost some time after the shipment got to Rotterdam due to covid's impact---had to consolidate my shipment with others to make a full load. And in the age of covid, very few people moving and even fewer moving to or from Lyon, France. So that was delayed.

  5. Great Experience.

We used EuroUSA to send furniture to our daughter in the UK, where she had gone to work temporarily and eventually decided to relocate. We contacted Euro USA and ended up working with Ken Treschitta. Ken responded quickly to our questions, was very easy to work with, and accommodated all our needs. It was our first experience shipping overseas and Ken made it good one, from beginning to end. We'd use EuroUSA again and recommend them without hesitation.

  6. Great Customer Service.

I used EuroUSA for a move from Chicago to Switzerland for work. Their rates were competitive, but the customer service was what set them apart. Our relocation specialist, Ken Treschitta, was incredibly communicative and responsive. Anytime we encountered any snag or issues, Ken was quick to resolve. Highly recommend!

  7. Multiple Moves, Never an Issue.

I'm an international teacher and I have moved countries multiple times. I have used EuroUSA's services for my last 3 international moves (UK-NY-UK) and I have found them to be personable, highly professional, accommodating, and I never had an issue with them. In my last move, the team moved my entire household--close to 900 cu.ft.--to Europe and they have been incredibly nice and helpful throughout.

  8. Extortion and incompetence.

I used this company for a move from Wyoming, USA to Germany. At first, they are very pleasant and appear knowledgeable. When they have all of your earthly possessions, things go downhill very fast.

Despite a contract indicating we needed our things to take as long as possible, they screwed up and sent our stuff blindingly fast, arriving in less than a month. They then informed us that we would be paying storage fees for their mistake, despite the contract. It didn't matter who I talked to, whether it be the owner or this Stephanie Cardone character. It didn't matter that I had emails, contracts, and written proof that they screwed up. Over and over they lied, invented facts, ignored the contract, and pretended like their emails didn't exist.

The fees kept changing and growing from the German side, and then both their German agent, Active Moving+Shipping GmbH and UPakWeShip started stop answering calls. Eventually, I bought a plane ticket to fly to Germany early to register my domicile (Anmeldebestatigung) so I could clear it out of customs, unpack it, and then fly back to the USA to finish the move, all of which was not disclosed to me until I was in the middle of the crisis.

All told, I ended up wiring $2300 to the German agent, and spending $1300 on travel costs to Germany as well as a week of my life. This is all to prevent the storage fees from exceeding $5000. This company, nor the German agent gave a hoot about my situation.

It was extortion to the max. I intend on filing legal action to recover my costs. These people should not be allowed to be in business.

  9. Don't do the trucking for this company.

We did the trucking for this company, picked up a container for one of their customer's to do a live load and took it to the rail yard for delivery. It has been 7 months and we are STILL trying to get compensated for our work. Ruby (Accounts Payable) does not use any communication, phone, e-mail etc. all you get is her voicemail. We tried contacting another company they used along with us (SEA CORP) and they said they have not paid them as well. This seems to be a continuing problem with this company. Avoid trucking for this company at all costs..

  10. Their liability is 60 cents per pound.

These guys are also called UPakWeShip. Their rate was competitive and I tried to have business with them. When it came to the business they sent me a pdf file which they called Contract. This "contract" has my name, my contacts, delivery destination, price and terms and conditions telling mostly about how they are going to charge me. Also the "contract" is supposed to be signed by only me - there is no place for signature of their representative. The only thing I found about their liabilities is that they pay you 60 cents per pound of damaged/lost goods if it is by their fault. It felt like my hi-fi or tv could be very well "lost" during transportation and I would get fantastic $25 as refund for this.. and only if I will be able to convince court that paper signed just by me is a real agreement between me and Euro USA! I was not surprised to read another review about stolen goods. I am glad that I did not use their service.        .

  11. EuroUSA Shipping.

I had my personal property shipped from the UK to the USA through these guys.  When it arrived there were several items stolen and there was damage to numerous boxes and the contents inside.   Their investigation into the matter was pathetic.  I had to press the rep who was handling the shipment to get things done, had I not, nothing would have happened.  As it turns out nothing happened anyway.  EuroUSA uses Troy Container Lines as a supplier to handle shipments into the US, at least they did in my case.  I'm pretty sure that it was the Troy folks who stole my stuff, although I can't say for certain.  Troy is not an accredited business in the Better Business Bureau, go figure.  Troy never reported any damage or items missing when they delivered my stuff to another carrier in my locale for pickup.  It wasn't until after filing a complaint that they said my things were handed over in good order.  They pointed the finger at everyone but themselves.  I was never provided documentation of their "investigation"  The rep from EuroUSA defended them too.  In the end I lost out big time.  This was insult to injury. Had I known upfront who EuroUSA does business with I would not have used their services.  I would NOT recommend their services to anyone given what they've put me through.  .

  12. A truly honorable company.

After having a serious issue with another moving company, Mark and the EuroUSA team stepped right up and completed my move. EuroUSA helped me to organize (or re-organize) paperwork, negotiate with Australian customs, manage the movements of my shipping container and ensure that our belongings got to us safely.  I would recommend EuroUSA without hesitation and I have a renewed faith in the goodness of companies like this one!
