Aside a couple of boxes damaged the move went well. These guys were very accommodating. They were courteous and effective! I recommend this company. They were very thorough. Moving is a pain but they helped make the transition smooth.
Worst experience
Please be aware before giving this company your money. I can speak from experience that this place takes full advantage of you and then became extremely rude when I called to inquire on where our items were. Basically told me I just had to wait to be contacted....NO! I want to be informed. Felt left in the dark from the moment the truck left with our items. Over charged us by double from the original quote. Disgusted with these people. Never have I dealt with such unprofessional people. Wish I had gone with my gut and moved ourselves-it would have been hard but better than giving these terrible people my money. Anyone who put a good review on here has to be a fake review.

I will suggest them to everyone of my friends and family, and I will definitely use them again! The driver arrived on schedule and called to notify me of the paperwork required to get the products. He kept in touch with me to let me know when he was on his way, and he was really polite when he came. When the products came, they were in excellent condition.

These movers arrived on time for the assignment and immediately began to work. They went above and above to meet my very particular requirements. This work was difficult for me because I lived on the 10th level, but they made it easier for me, and I would use their services again! Move that Never Happened - No Refund
I contracted Express Moving Consultants to make my move from NH to Texas for July 18th and July 19th. They never showed up. It was critical that I move out of my place on July 19th, since the walk through was on the 20th and closing on the 21st. They call back and wanted to discuss a future moving date. Up till July 19th evening, they kept texting and calling me saying the moving truck is on its way. At 8:00 PM on July 19th, they stop answering calls. I called the driver of the moving truck (provided by Express Moving Consultants) and he never returned my call. Finally, at 11:00 PM on July 19th, he calls me and asks who I was. I told him there is a move scheduled for me for today. He said, he has no intention of coming to NH, he was doing a move in Boston, MA that day. I asked him if he will be here on July 20th, he said no. He just told me to call back Express Moving Consultants and they will dispatch.
Express Moving Consultants are consultants and do not have their own movers or trucks. They use a company called RADIUS. After this incident, I called up Express Moving Consultants and asked them for a deposit refund. They refused to give the refund back, it was for $2,016. They claimed the reason the move did not happen is because it was cancelled. They did not show up on the day and had no plans of showing up.
Plus, on July 19th at around 7:00 PM, I got a call from [NAME EDIT]. [NAME EDIT] is the president of Express Moving Consultants. He accuses me of lying to him, he said the movers on the drive way. I wanted to video call him and show him my drive way and he hangs up the call. I called him back and no response.
The next day on the 20th, [NAME EDIT] ([NAME EDIT]'s) brother calls me. I asked who [NAME EDIT] is. He says that is his brother and owner of the company. I ask [NAME EDIT], Why was [NAME EDIT] accusing me. [NAME EDIT] says that [NAME EDIT] did not have a GPS. Plus, Express Moving Consultants was moving another Indian family from NH and he confused you with them.
Lesson learned when working with Express Moving Consultants - You will not get your deposit back if they cancel and do not show up. Up till the move date and time, [NAME EDIT], [NAME EDIT] and [NAME EDIT] are very courteous and responsive. They will stop responding, in my case they stopped responding on July 19th 7:30 PM. I called [NAME EDIT] and asked for a refund. He told me to put down in words that the move is cancelled. Be careful here because they are waiting for you to say the move is cancelled by you, not because of Express Moving Consultants.
It was a terrible experience. If you are considering them, I warn you to do your research and figure out a way not to give them a deposit until they show up. You will not get your deposit back if they do not show, they walk away with it.
For the record, Express Moving Consultants signed an agreement to move on July 19th. There are three text messages on July 19th informing me that the movers are on their way from [NAME EDIT], [NAME EDIT] and [NAME EDIT].
The move got complex since Express Moving Consultants did not show up. No further response is required from Express Moving Consultants. Thank You for letting me share my experience.

I Had a really good experience with Express Moving Consultants. I needed movers quick, and they were available and extremely easy to work with. I've recommended them to several friends and family members. Tip them well these guys deserve it. They will take care of you and your stuff.

These guys were excellent - efficient, professional, and friendly and our experience did not disappoint. They had our stuff packed lightning-fast, brought all the right boxes and supplies. I highly recommend this company as compare to another moving company.

You can definitely find cheaper moving help out there, but this company was worth every penny for the peace of mind. They were great.
Excellent Job
The movers were cautious, productive, and convenient. I got a statement rapidly upon solicitation, and I had the option to plan things without trouble on a lovely short course of events. Upon the arrival of the move they showed up inside the guaranteed window, and they were extremely fast with both pressing and unloading. Their unique statement was exact both in cost and the measure of time they took. I would utilize their administrations again for a move nearby.

I had to move lot of things that could break easily like my tv, washer, refrigerator etc and while doing my research I decided to go with them and it was the best decision I've made. Everything was taken care of and reached my new location safe and sound!

Movers were very efficient and fast. This movers crew repacked things that they thought could be destroyed while on the move on delivery and installation in our new home, no object was harmed and they assured that it was placed together properly before it was completed.

These guys are fantastic! They relocated my unit in a timely, cautious, and efficient manner. They took special care with each of my boxes and pieces of furniture. They sent two movers who were both professional and friendly. They even wiped their feet at the door to avoid tracking dirt into the area I had just cleaned. To keep my stuff clean, they provided complimentary mattress bags and bubble wrapped it in plastic. I will certainly utilize them again.

On both load and delivery days, our moving company arrived on time and was incredibly efficient and attentive. On top of that, two of our ":team" members were Lithuanian, as is my wife, which was a wonderful coincidence. Overall, we would strongly suggest Gentle Giant.
