  1. Moving disaster

These people are liars and horrible movers. Destroyed a lot of my high end furniture. Broken in pieces. Put my things in storage and we didn’t see our belongings for over a month because they never had someone coming our way. We were missing many boxes and several pieces of furniture. They didn’t care. When I went on line to file a claim (prior to the 9 month deadline) with their claims servicing company, I was told Falcon was going out of business so I had several weeks to complete the claim. I met the deadline and then was told Falcon was no longer using them so they couldn’t resolve our claim. We were left high and dry. Our household goods also came in three shipments. The final one showed up with a missing piece to my pub table set and he arrived at my house at 1am. Total disaster. They also didn’t bring boxes into the house. Literally were throwing them in piles in the garage. It was obviously a lie that they were going out of business since I see they are still in business. Worst move in our lives and we’ve had many because we are ex military. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

  2. Move from Phoenix to North Carolina.

Don't use this company! They have no regard for your personal goods or belongings! Once they are out of your sight, all bets are off that you will receive anything intact. IF you are going to use them, then select FULL COVERAGE REPLACEMENT, as your belongings will be damaged, broken, scratched, marred, bent, mishandled, or lost and they do not care.

My wife and I selected this company for a cross country work-related relocation. They showed up at my house in Phoenix, AZ in a box truck that was to small. I told William, the companies representative, that the truck was going to be to small when he drove up (based on my prior experience with work relocations of my belongings). He disagreed and then started to explain to me why they were using this smaller truck. He explained that the tractor trailer rig was in the shop. First warning flag!

Once the truck was packed and full, the remaining items were left in my garage for the next crew to come and load the remaining items. It was explained to me, by William, that my belongings would be stored in a warehouse and reloaded for the trip across country. Second warning flag!

My belongings were transported to North Carolina. I was immediately concerned when the delivery crew opened the back doors to the trailer. Third warning flag!

Our belongings appeared to have been thrown, stacked, wedged, and basically piled into the trailer without any regard or care with other's belongings. Immediately, the two-man crew, unloading the truck, started apologizing for the condition of every item that was unloaded.

In short, you will deal with a third party claims company, Claims Service International (CSI), which will provide you their summary of your claim that you will spend countless hours/days on preparing. Their job is to dispute and reduce the claim as much as possible. They claim to be neutral in the claims process, but it's apparent who they are representing. You have 30 days from receiving their email, which I never received, to decide on whether you accept or dispute the claim. Fourth warning flag!

So if you don't check Full Replacement Coverage, you get $.60 a pound (which I selected) on a multi-thousand dollar move. In our case, it's $252.40, which is no big deal to Falcon Relocation or CSI.

I should have checked the box for Full Replacement Coverage, then maybe they would have taken more care.

We are very disappointed in Falcon Relocation and we do not recommend them for any type of relocation.

  3. Stay Away!!

    DO NOT USE!!
Went to several companies and decided to use Falcon Relocation from AZ to FL. Everything went very well up until delivery! We had our belongings placed in storage for 1 month prior to delivering. OK, no problem. Falcon repeatedly stresses the quality of their inventory checks.
Now the bad part. Delivery DID NOT include 8 to 10 boxes! We contacted Falcon and, if anyone actually answered the phone, got the major runaround. No one seemed to care! How can you lose boxes if your inventory is so good? Have filed a claim, but don't expect anything. Law seems to be on their side for this one!

  4. Terrible Company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Our initial quote was 1700. We wound up having to pay 7K. They gave us a bogus quote when they got their the day of the move they were extremely unprofessional. They were there from 1:30pm till 10:30pm. The guys that did the moving to smoke breaks and drink breaks all the time. Haley the girl that set up the move didn't tell them they had to stop at our storage unit. Very inefficient and unprofessional. She sounded very sweet on the phone and frankly sounded like she knew what she was doing but trust me she does not know what she is doing. 21 days go by and our stuff is finally showing up at our new home. The dispatch team and the driver said we have to pay remainder in cash even though contract says cash or money order plus we are getting charged an extra 650.00 because their truck doesn't fit in our complex. So 7k and 21 days later along with very unprofessional interactions with management our stuff is finally being delivered. I am disgusted about how this company runs their business. If I could give them a ZERO rating I would. They are a bunch of scam artists. Go with this company and you will be sorry. Once again first quote 1700 had to pay 7k to get or stuff back.

  5. So Bad, so Very Bad..terrible.

THESE GUYS COME IN AND RUSH RUSH RUSH. IT'S GOOD THAT THEY ARE FAST, HOWEVER FAST ENDS UP BREAKING THINGS. THINGS YOU DON'T FIND RIGHT AWAY. LIKE A FLAT SCREEN TABLE WHERE THEY BROKE ONE CORNER OFF OF THE WOODEN BASE AND THEN THEY HAD THE GAUL TO TAPE IT BACK ON LIKE I WOULD NEVER KNOW. REALLY? HONESTLY THEY ARE NOT WORTH SAVING THE FEW BUCKS AND I KNOW I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.. EVER!! WHEN I ATTEMPTED TIME AFTER TIME TO FILE A CLAIM THEY TELL YOU TO GO THROUGH A THIRD PARTY COMPANY AND MAKE IT NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT SOMEONE TO FILE. THEY ABSOLUTELY RUN IT LIKE THAT FOR THAT PURPOSE. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT MANY THINGS BROKEN..MANY THINGS..

  6. Robbed of valuables - so sad.

I write this review with great sadness. While packing my belongings, one of the moving people stole my family heirloom jewelry, my only link to family lost. The company denies responsibility but the theft was obvious for anyone who cared to find out about it. I have now filed a police report.

Also, when our belongings arrived at our new home, they had been packed so shoddily that there was an enormous amount of damage, damage that can't be repaired.

    Very sad, very disappointed.

  7. Excellent Service.

Falcon Relocation was the only company that would come out to Apache Junction to do an in home estimate. Their estimator came out and gave a detailed report of my belongings with a price match guarantee. I went with their bid, and everything was as their estimator said on move day with no surprises. They did such an amazing job with everything that I cannot begin to explain. Thank you Lynda for all of your help, you were amazing.

  8. Worst experience.

I chose Falcon relocation as my mover to go from AZ to MI. I was very impressed with there rate as well as speed of delivery. Unfortunately this is where the good new stops and the bad news starts. The people came to my house and we went through the expenses. They saw I had a tv and asked if I wanted to pay extra to get it boxed so it wouldn't break on the trip since it was a glass screen. I happily paid extra for this and left for MI. Upon delivery I was saddened to see that my TV was shattered and the stand had snapped off. The guy delivering it said they had left the tv stand on so it would have snapped no matter what. He said if they had removed it then everything would have been fine (literally you click a button and it comes out). he came to deliver the rest of the stuff which was about a small apartments worth of stuff the guy brings out a large arm war. He then promptly lets it drop into the mud and when he looked at me he says "it happens" and continued his work. I asked him why he didn't have more people to help with these larger items and he said he couldn't get his employees to show up for work. Ok.. now I am a little upset but hey its just a little mud and they will pay me back for the tv they broke. So I call falcon relocation and they direct me to a third party claims department. I fill in the information and called to make sure I had all paperwork that was needed. It has now been 4 months since I submitted the claim and after numerous calls to both the claims department and Falcon relocation it appears like nothing is going to happen. ll though my status on my claim says pending no one can tell me what's going on. Even though this company has good rates do you really want to have to deal with this stuff. A company that wont even help you with a claim of damage they did and your stuck footing a 850 dollar bill to buy a new tv hoping that one day you may get your money? I will let you decide! This is my last resort to let people know that if its happened to me then its probably happened to many! Think about all those older people who don't know about the power of social media! Either way think twice about this place.

  9. Falcon Relocators Moving.

Same con different Family. Driver arrives with trailer, can't find our road. Husband goes to meet him shows him where we live. Then he refuses to make delivery to our home. My husband showed him 2 different roads to come in and out of to deliver. He still refused. Says he can't get his truck in. Guess they need to hire and train their drivers. My brother-in-law is a retired over the road driver. He could not believe the driver. Should of hired him. Driver says he can unload furniture where he left his truck along side of the road and we get a u-haul. Or he can go get the u-haul and deliver and we owe him extra $$. My husband takes him 50 miles to the nearest u-haul company. He also gets 2 College students he hires to unpack our belongings, they don't have the same people to deliver as when they first pack you. They made 2 trips with the u-haul with our belonging crammed in the truck. A few things were broken that we unpacked later. There was a piece of furniture that wasn't ours that they had and everything was piled in our front room. The service they had stated was far from acceptable. When we hired Falcon to move us we were told the service would be the same as when they did our packing. The only thing that was set up was our dinning room table and I had to ask them to assemble it. The driver was not happy about that either complaining he was only the driver. We unpacked everything and assembled everything. They didn't put together beds, nothing but the table. We had expected to get a call from Falcon to confirm our belongings were delivered and we were satisfied but no one ever responded to our delivery. This was the first time we have ever hired a company and will be the last.Knowing this is how the company runs I would not recommend them.

  10. Liars.

    Hello -

AVOID THIS MOVING COMPANY! THEY LIE ON THEIR QUOTES! I recently used Falcon Relocations to move me from AZ to Seattle. I just want everyone to know that if they quote you a price be prepared to have an increase at delivery. I was quoted $1030.00 for my move. Last minute my 70 year old grandma decided to take her full size bed with her. The movers quoted her $300.00 extra (which I thought was a joke considering she stated the truck had plenty of room but because it was based on sqft I let it go). After I made my 2nd payment I got another quote which was a good chunk extra. And they also charged me $75.00 for stairs when the original quote said 1st flight of stairs is free. There is a reason they only have a 1 star rating. I should have known better. They sell you really good and then after that they just stick to their business. They don't care to keep their customers happy at all. So do yourself a favor and go with another moving company that does not lie to their customers. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

  11. The Worst Moving Company Ever.

Stay AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. Hayley is phenomenal at her selling skills and she is the sweetest thing ever, but the whole process of move is a nightmare. They don't care about you or your furniture the only thing they care about is making money and overcharging you for every little detail. They damaged our brand new things that cost over 1600 dollars and after 4 months of submitting a claim, they are only willing to pay 39 dollars for it.. They will give you the cheapest estimate to begin with, but trust me once they arrive to your house they will add additional things to it.. STAY AWAY Not worth saving couple of dollars for them to screw you over at the end.

  12. Falcon worst moving co ever.

Worst moving company ever, Haley sell the company as a family own business, that they use their own trailer, the more cost!!.. everything is a lie. First they quote me 2100, at the time of pick up I realize Haley did not add to the estimate all the item I mentioned, they increase the cost to 3000. This is what really frustrated me, I was CLEAR I am moving to Portland, that my house is uphill no big trucks can go up in to the neighborhood. We even map Google my house, Falcon new my house is not an a easy street for big trucks. So the day of the delivery the driver call me (contractor driver) that he has a big problem, he can not deliver my furnitures because he is driving a huge trailer, that I need to pay 900 to 1000 for a shuttle.. What!!. I am really disappointed. I called Falcon and the answer was then we put your stuff in storage until you pay and you have to pay for storage too. I paid and I received a lof of stuff broke even a chair, and they disassemble some of my furnitures, and they did not bring tools to assemble my furnitures. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

  13. Bait and switch.

Classic bait and switch. Quoted ~$800 to move equivalent of a studio apartment. Sent three guys to move this stuff into the truck. Chief Mr. Mover tells me it's $300 more for a kitchen cart that I added to the move. Ok, so I pay that because I want to get on with my move. Delivery day: Guy shows up, alone, and tells me it's $500 more for a "shuttle fee" because a semi wouldn't fit on the hills by my new apartment (I had warned them about this, and obviously they didn't listen). Guy says that we now have to wait until someone comes to help him (why did he come alone in the first place?). So now we're up to $1600, and my stuff still isn't delivered. I so wish that I had just gone with Mayflower. Mayflower quoted me $1800, and I wish so badly I had just sprung for it and paid once, and not had to deal with the bait and switch that has occurred here.DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS.

  14. What an amazing service! would greatly recomend!!

Everything started from my initial contact with Hayley.
She was AWSOME! She was very thorough and on top of it, always calling back on time with the exact answers I was looking for. She made sure to back her words up with facts and not hide any tiny detail form me. I love that these guys understand the fundamentals of relocation and do all they can to ease the pressure off the shipper, as you know, we have too much on our minds as is.
The move day finally came, with a big family that includes a wife, 4 kids and 2 dogs I am usually in fear of this date and my blood pressure rises the closer I get to it. Hayley and the team were so confident that I felt like everything will be a smooth sail. AND I WAS RIGHT! William and the team came in on time, and went straight to work, they made sure to load in an order that fits our family. They left the dining table and sofas last, knowing we need a place to sit and eat. Everything was professionally packed and efficiently loaded leaving no space in between the items. When we first saw the truck we did not believe all our junk will fit in one trip and were amazed of their tetris skills!
When the crew arrived on delivery they unloaded everything fast unwrapped and reassembled each and every item. They placed all items and boxes in our room of choice and were extremely nice and polite.
We ended up paying 200$ over the estimate ONLY because we wanted to put in a nice tip. this is the first time the actual move cost is same as estimate for me.
I would greatly recommend falcon relocation! They really do soar above the rest!! J.
