Phones disconnected!!!
Have an appointment to be moved, made a down payment and now the phones are disconnected and email bounces back!! Beware!!
So BAD!
This is the worstmove I have ever had in my life I am a veteran and got help with the expenses to pay for the move this company is so unprofessional. What kind of movers showup 3 of them with only one marker to write on boxes about what's inside the box? I supplied the markers and workers them they don't get even a lunch break! They did thx to me. They had to tear even the tape! So unprofessional and ruined alot of my good furniture! They brought furniture in and just dumped it. I am old and live alone. I have no one to help me put it where it shouldbe I could not be any more upset about this company! Please people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! U WILL WISH U HAD HEEDED MY WARNING,!

Poorly Moved
We hired them February 2021 and the staff was very friendly. However, when assembly one of the beds they did not put the screws in; therefore, causing the the bed frames to slide all over the place. They also broke several glass dishes such as plates and cups. They also broke several storage bins including tops. For the price we paid nearly $450 it was definitely NOT worth it! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Family First fought for me to do the right thing
I selected Family First for a move from California to Colorado. They offered a fair price, and didn't try to play games with me. They were also the only one who could promise a particular pickup day, which was important because my storage unit in California needed a specific pickup window.
Family First was the broker; the problems started once the carrier (Prime Relocation of Littleton CO) picked up my belongings. They tried to lie and claim I had 500 cubic feet of storage, even though I had documented proof that I had only 292 cubic feet from my storage unit. Laura and Dan at Family First went to bat, and got it sorted out. Then the day before delivery, the carrier tried to pull ANOTHER scam, claiming that I had to pay an excess fee for a shuttle service. Again, Laura went *above and beyond* to get it sorted out, and set this scamming carrier straight. My stuff was delivered this morning, and I didn't pay a penny of shakedown money to those crooks at Prime Relocation. Thank GOD for Laura at Family First! I would absolutely use them again.

Faultless from start to finish. An incredibly polite and helpful young guy collected delivered a 220Kg treadmill, I can’t rate him highly enough.

I do not recommend this company to anyone moving! They'll lie to you, steal your money and charge you more after they pick up your stuff. You can wait days waiting for a response from them. If you get in contact with Laura, will, or Yaniv please know these aren't honest or professional people.
